I purchased led Philips tv on 16 Aug 2016, the is not working from 19 Feb 2017. Complaint raised on 22 feb. 24Feb your staff inform to us that 28 of Feb tv will devices, due to unavailability of panel.
Same I inform to girias ambattur Mr.joel, he promised me that serviced will come by Monday, but till nothing happen even through no one responding the call.
Note : I need unconditional replacement for my Tv.

Avoid ambattur girias ... I have purchased an lloyd ac on tuesday they said will deliver the product in a day or two, but they delivered it today after i went to the shop today for three times and after one hour arguments i have received the product... They have collected deliver charges of rs. 200 for delivering just 3 km away the showroom.. Don't know when they will send the person for installation.. Worst customer service and response...
