When I open the Courier box, I was shoked when i saw this, Even in the Parcel box mentioned Realme 3(

I'm writing this compliant, because i have ordered honor 9 lite saw advertisement in face book, i have gone through the the process for buying it, done payment with debit card, the price is around 2699 i have paid on date of 29th march-2019 and the order numbers is20279088 received the product on[protected], with ecom. Express courier with awb #[protected], with different product name as viva model v2 key pad mobile...

Kindly refer my order no. [protected] to viraldeal for mobile @ rs. 199/- ordered quantity was 02 nos. But, i have received only 01 no. Mobile on 13/11/2017 throught delhivery courier. Kindly look into the matter and arrange to send 01 no. Mobile as i have already paid rs. 698/- my order details are as follows.

I have ordered redmi 4 note mobile on this site on 27th march 2017. The total amount amount was 2749/- including shipping, which i was paid from my wife's atm. The amount was debited with payment id: 72109465, but in their site no order shown. I also mailed ([protected]@dhamaalshop.com) too many times, but they did not replied. Also i call ([protected]) too many time, but calls was not earthing. I updated the bank passbook, where the debit entry...

I have place order on http://www.dhamaalshop.com/ on 12th july 2016 but still my status is pending order and also i make payment through debit card on same day and payment is also successful but still i not received my product and not received any mail or sms or i try to contact to their customer care number but not get any response from it.
