Missing Baggage resolution
I travelled by go first on 31st dec, 2021 in the flight number G8 1509. On arrival at the Dubai airport one of my luggage was not present at the baggage claim. We had filed a manual report at the baggage information center. We also called go firsts support for which they asked us to send a mail with all the information.The file number for the same is G[protected].
We suspected that another traveller must have taken our bag by mistake since a similar looking bag was left unclaimed.we had noted down the PNR number and bag tag details of that luggage. We requested the airlines to contact this traveller or to provide us with his contact information as to clarify if something of this sort had happened.
For three whole days we kept calling the airport and airlines just to be told that there is no update and they weren't able to track luggage.
On the thrid day, we went to the airport in person to which they told they haven't received any information on the location of the bag. Then we went to the Dubai office of Go First where they asked us to send a mail once again with the details.
By this time we had send alot of mails on the same issue and made a number of calls which weren't fruitful.
After alot of phone calls and googling fortunately we were able to get the name of this person and his contact and on calling him, he told that he had returned the bag on the same day once he realised the mistake.
We went back to the airport for the second time that day to find it there, to which the airport staff replied that they never noticed the tag properly. This is a clear picture of how responsible Dnata is. Utterly disappointed with the way this issue was handled.
We had spent such alot of time, money and energy to track this down. Very disappointed with the airlines and it's responsiblity on addressing this issue.

Delay of flight on a working day
Had a very bad experience with this airline. The most worst flight I've been on. Why there has to be scheduled delay of both the flights which I took from Kolkata and the one by which I came back to Kolkata. On a working day, I should've reached my house by 11 whereas I had to stay awake and come back home early just not to attend my course classes.

Flight Cancellation by the Airline

My flight has been cancelled due to issues beyond their control. Whatever that means. There is no option to cancel the flight for a full refund on their site. There are only alternate flight options. The alternate flights offered are not viable as I would have to leave at an unearthly hour. The PNR no. is A38INY. Please ensure that I get a full refund. One must go through their facebook page to know what the airline is worth. I expect someone to call me on [protected] and ensure that I am refunded in full. Why should I suffer for no mistake of mine. They have the cheek to ask me to pay extra for the alternate flight offered. This airline is a total scam.

I am complain about being charged extra for web check-in
My husband and me were travelling to Delhi on Go air flight G8 319 on 27th Nov 2021. We tried doing web check-in but we could not proceed without paying minimum Rs.900/ person.
So we decided to get it resolved on the airport but they charged us Rs. 200/person for not doing web check-in.
Even after explaining them that the web check-in didn't work due to their glitch, we were charged extra.

Luggage of our employee Mr Rishab Kanojia lost in Go First airline.

Reference subject matter. While travelling to Mumbai via today’s early morning flight, Airline staff at Mumbai Airport could not return our Employee’s luggage (pics of luggage and bag stickers attached herewith). The airline staff also refused to provide acknowledgment of the lost luggage to our employees. Kindly get our complaint lodged to the concerned authorities and get our luggage returned.

Loss of money and mental harassment
Hello,
We booked flight tickets at go air from bombay to jammu. Travel date was 13/07/2021 and timings were departure 10:05 am and arriving at 1:00 pm. We selected this flight because it was very convenient to reach airport at the given timings. We also booked railway tickets from kolhapur to mumbai. So, that we can reach airport. But, they rescheduled the flight and change timings from 6 am to 2 pm. Furthur, we were having business deals in jammu on 13/07/2021. But, we had huge loss of business deals and money because of the flight rescheduling. We also booked our furthur flights from jammu to ahmedabad. We had to cancel all our business trips because of their rescheduling. We called customer care for 6-8 times regarding this problems as well they kept us on hold on call for more then 1 hours they did this for 2 times after keeping us on hold for so long no one answered calls. We also sent email 3 times to them regarding this complaint but no one is reverting back. Because of their mistakes we had to face loss of all flight cancellations as well our business deals we had loss of 25 lakhs. I’m very disappointed with their behaviour against customer.
(There is no business because of covid situation and this airlines are making huge loss for us because of their mistakes.)

Cancelling flight every time
Dear Team
I Booked flight with GO FIRST AIRLINE On urgent base due to reach my home immediately for journey date[protected] from pune to varanashi via delhi.
PNR NO. H2TB7Y NO. of passanger are two.
my timeing was 14:20 P.M From pune to delhi with flight no. G8-174, air line company cancelled that flight and reschedule my flight in diffrent flight with G8- 2541at time 16:45 PM, After some time they again cancelled my flight from delhi to varanashi to flight no. G8-182, And reschedule my flight on next day that is 14th of july, and waste my 1 day of 13th july, now again they cancelled my flight of date 14th of july. due to this my 2 days gone waste, and i felt very harrassment because of them, 26th is my returning date but they waste my day again and again, and i dont have much more money to book flight from other air line, they are not proving my miney immediately so that i can book from other airline,
he said money will return in 30days, so how i can book other flight, neither changing my departure destination so that i can book flight from mumbai to varanashi.. they gave very harrassment to me, ii want to complain on company for my return and also harrassment compensation money as well.
