Had a very bad experience with this airline. The most worst flight I've been on. Why there has to be scheduled delay of both the flights which I took from Kolkata and the one by which I came back to Kolkata. On a working day, I should've reached my house by 11 whereas I had to stay awake and come back home early just not to attend my course classes....

My flight has been cancelled due to issues beyond their control. Whatever that means. There is no option to cancel the flight for a full refund on their site. There are only alternate flight options. My husband and me were travelling to Delhi on Go air flight G8 319 on 27th Nov 2021. We tried doing web check-in but we could not proceed without paying minimum Rs.900/ person.
So we decided to get it resolved on the airport but they charged us Rs. 200/person for not doing web check-in.
Even after explaining them that the web check-in didn't work due to their glitch, we were charged extra....

While travelling to Mumbai via today’s early morning flight, Airline staff at Mumbai Airport could not return our Employee’s luggage (pics of luggage and bag stickers attached herewith).
