transactions were under GOOGLE *OCTRO INC . i didn't got any OTP before transactions. please refund the deducted amount the statement of account is attached please find the attachments

available balance before transactions was RS 6799.32

There is an unauthorised on line atm transaction in my sb account on 24/10/2018. I have registered a complaint. I would like to know the status of my complaint. My ticket no. Is [protected]. My attempt to get information through [protected] was futile.

On 14/04/2018 there have been 22 unauthorised transactions using the particulars of our sbi debit card thereby i lost rs.7113/- from my savings bank account maintained in state bank of india, purasawalkam branch, chennai 600007.in response to my complaint 12 unauthorised transactions each for rd, 249/- have been resolved.
