Hi,
I have ordered an item(student sports casual shoe) from GoShoe.in on 13th February 2019 and the product got delivered on 19th February 2019. When I opened the box, it was completely different product which is a low quality product. Then I have wrote couple of mails to [protected]@gmail.com (which I got from the order confirmation mail) and they not given any reply till now.
I was finding every possible ways to give complaints...

Dear sir
Via online shopping { -https://www.goshoe.in/} i requested on dated 15.02.2019 for shoes (Price 1399)
I received delivery on dated 22.02.2019 via courier company (Delevery) when i open my order (Product) it was totally low cost price shoes (Estimated shoes price 150.) my main issue-product is totally low quality not as per my order

When i wrote company's mention given email id of company they not replied....

My name is rajinder kumar nd i have order a shoe order no. 2503 from site goshoe.in on date 13feb.2019. On recieved date 17feb 2019 i found that the shoe was not match what i had order nd not in size, not in colour, totally different, even quality was very poor.
So i want to return or refund order.

And also i had already filed the complaint on https://www.consumercomplaints.in on 18feb2019 but they marked it as...

My name is Rajinder kumar and i ordered a shoe, order no. 2503 from goshoe.in site on date 13feb. 2019. And i received the order 17 feb 2019. I found that the shoe was not the same, which was order placed by me. And now i had mailed them. Still they didn't respond, also they didn't pick my calls, which number they had provided in site.
So please return or refund the order.
