Hello,
I have booked a cab from Tamilnadu to Pondicherry i paid 7700 in full for the trip the booking date is 7th June 2020 and the Trip date is 10th June 2020 i have cancelled it on 9th June 2020. I have to cancel the trip for the reason e-pass restriction in both state. When i called the customer care they said they cannot refund.
7700 is taken as a charge against cancellation. These people look to be fraud company. i have to file a case against GOZOCABS

regarding our trip which was planned in gozo cabs but ended up in sour.

Initially vendor and the gozo cabs they gave several promises and hopes to us, they assured that they will completely take care of the whole trip regarding cab.
As we reached in the middle of the trip they changed our trip plan and they asked us to go to daringabadi first and then to chillika lake, since we believed them we went according to their advice. Initially we had a talk that if the km exceeds we will pay the extra payment according to the kms. But when we finished the daringabadi trip, we were travelling towards other side of chillika lake, all of a sudden he called and told that he want cab and make settlement, leaving us in the middle of the high way. Because of his sudden change in the plan cab crossed the kms what we have decided earlier. I told that i will pay the extra kms amount and to drop us in our destination place., because of his change in the itenary and because of his misguidance the cab went around 350kms extra unnecessarily, for that also i told that i will pay, since i was travelling with aged parents and children of my family.
Literally we were begging him around three and half hours in the middle of the high way to drop us in our destination place and the locality was completely far away from the town. This is the worst experience i have ever gone through my life. This created a great havoc to us. After a long discussion and begging he accepted as if he was doing a great favour to us. Since the vendor of the cab needed his cab for his own trip, he tried to leave us in the middle of the high way and we came to know this reason at last.
I called even customer care executive of gozo cabs to sort out the issue but to my astonishment customer care executive’s of gozo cabs supported the vendor, and arguing with us in an unprofessional and undignified manner. My total family got frustrated; we the travellers travel to the different new places, by giving the assurance of these people. Both the side from the vendor and the customer care executive of gozo cabs i literally spent 3and half hours standing on the road. We lost our happiness in this whole trip.
Only god saved us by changing his decision at last after the 3and half hours begging.
I have ever never passed such tough time in my life.
Literally gozo cabs are only for vendors not for customers.

double money charged for advance payment
I had booked a trip using Gozocabs. I had paid advance of Rs 2650 to Gozocabs. On the day of the trip, I requested for change of pick up time, Gozo support team did that but accidentally they cancelled my trip in their system and told me that my advance payment will get refunded back to me in 7 working days. (Rs 2650)
They again activated my trip in the system and asked me to pay the advance amount of Rs 2650 also to driver in cash. So during the trip i paid this amount to driver in addition to other agreed amount of Rs 15000.
However till date I have not received my advance amount refund of Rs 2650. Hence Gozocabs have taken Rs 2650 extra from me for this trip.
And now their support is saying, they dont see any status in their system related to my refund.
They again activated my trip in the system and asked me to pay the advance amount of Rs 2650 also to driver in cash. So during the trip i paid this amount to driver in addition to other agreed amount of Rs 15000.

cancelation
I had booked an outstation cab scheduled for 21 dec 19 8 am. Booking i'd ow[protected].
Despite making the booking a week prior on the day of my travel the booking was cancelled just 1 hr before the time of travel which led to financial losses.
If you were responsible enough you could have informed a night prior which could have saved from making arrangements at the eleventh hour. I want to file a complain in this regard

refund money not credited in my bank account even after 30 days

I am very disappointed the way i am strugling to have my refund money credited in my bank account
Background
I had booked your two suv, s under booking id ow[protected] and ow[protected] on 3rd november 2019 for journey date 17th nov 2019. For each booking, i paid advance of rs 786 (Total rs 1572) through payumoney (Payment id, s[protected] and[protected]
Merchant order id : [protected] and [protected])

I have received mail below mail but amount not recieved
Last one month gozo riding me in his cab that contact payumoney, contact your bank, but not refund my amount.

poor service of gozocabs

I have booked a taxi from gozocabs for 4 days round trip. But in the first day of my journey, the vehicle breakdown on the mid of my way. I have called immediately to gozo for replacement of vehicle. Instead of replacing the vehicle, they asked the agency to repair the vehicle and after 3 hrs, i have able to move again. Due to this 3 hrs. Late, i have reached my hotel at 1am instead of 8pm. And lost my pre-booked meal. On the same day, after temporary repairing of vehicle, i have asked them to replace the vehicle for next days trip. But this time also they didn't respond to me and asked me to continue my trip with that temporarily repaired vehicle for which it became breakdown in mid of the road again in the next day during my site seeing journey. After that, i have booked another vehicle personally and returned back to my hotel. From 3 day of my journey, ultimately gozo have provided alternate vehicle for remaining two days. Due to the poor response, my entire trip became spoiled.

gozocabs is unprofessional and fraud company
I booked online suv from bhind madhya pradesh to kanpur and made 15% advance payment, gozocabs confirmed my booking but on journey date (Morning) i called gozocabs to send me cab details and driver details they said booking is confirmed we will provide all details 3 hour before journey time. But gozocabs cancelled my booking & said we don't have cab and driver. They have not arraged any car then i have to hire other cab and paid 4700/- rs. Extra due to urgent need of car. I want to get back my money which i had to pay due to this company gozocsbs.

odometer tampering
Gozo Cabs & Divya Travels of Bangalore – Biggest Fraudsters.
Booking ID: RT[protected],
Taxi Number: KA 53 A 3166 – Divya Travels Bangalore (Innova),
Name of the Driver: Mr. Hemant,
Mobile Numbers of the Driver: [protected] & [protected],
Travel Period : 29th May 2019 to 13th June 2019
I had booked a cab from Gozo Cabs for a total of 2900 kms with a minimum commitment of 4000 kms i.e. 250 kms per day.
I had been wondering since a couple of days while my trip that the kilometres run by the car as shown by the odometer were much more than what we actually travelled so I started keeping a close watch on the odometer from 8th June 2019 wherein I found that the kilometres were enhanced drastically at times even if the vehicle was not running.
On relieving the driver from duty on 9th June 2019 at 4.30 pm, I clicked a photograph of the odometer in front of the driver and the reading was 170645.
From Kodai we directly went to Madurai at a location with exact distance of 111 Kms. (8.25am - 11.10 am.) There we went to see Meenakshi Temple. (Local travel in Madurai was 25-30 kms max). At 1.40 pm we left for Salem. On the way just 75 kms before reaching salem at around 4.20 pm I saw that the odometer showed approximately 520 kms instead of 290 kms actually travelled. (230 kms extra). From there only I complained to Gozo customer care but they asked me to give a mail.
We reached Salem covering a total distance of 372 kms but the odometer was showing total kms for the day was 590 kms (in a travel time of 7 hours). I wrote a complaint to Gozo with snaps of the odometer starting & end reading and details of the fraud.
I was unable to understand that when the driver has not driven the car beyond 80 - 100 kms per hour at any point of time how can he cover 590 kms in 7 including ghats driving.
The car provided to us was very old (12 years old) and was in pathetic condition and seats were torn with cushion coming out of the seat. The car was extremely dirty and was continuously making noise. The driver on the other hand stopped the car on every signal stopping the AC in scorching heat. Also he stops in between to have his tea or food and switched off the ignition in extreme heat leaving us in full sweat. When asked, he said it’s the company policy.
The Driver kept on talking on his mobile almost 90% of the times during driving. He used to see videos while driving. This was very risky and dangerous.
I must have called Gozo today at least 10-12 times but could not get any satisfying response.
Thereafter I could see the driver manipulating the kms everyday to the tune of 50-100 kms and I kept on writing mails to Gozo but of no use. I always got a reply that the complaint is under investigation and will be solved before end of trip. They assured me to go with the driver and there will be no problem to us.
We kept on calling & writing mails to GOZO customer care since that morning. Gozo kept on lingering the matter till the end.
Last day we reached near airport 4 hours before the flight. Before dropping us to the airport (Me, My wife & 2 daughters), the driver took us to some place near airport with more than 100 taxis standing there and demanded money (15000 extra than what was decided at the time of booking)
When there was just one hour left for the flight, the Gozo Customer care executive told us to go to the Police Station. We were like Stunned and could not do anything but had to give money to the driver as I did not want to take any chances with my family along with me.
We were humiliated and were feeling as if we were hostages. I also clicked a photograph o[censored]nwanted wires which were under cover which i felt have been used for tampering the odometer.
Following is the final mail I wrote to gozo for your reference to which I did not receive any reply.
“This is really very sad that yesterday after keeping us waiting and stranded for 2.5 hours, your customer care officer asked us to go to police station just 1 hour before our flight. Finally he asked me that he will call in 5 mins and never called. I tried calling the customer care after that but it kept me waiting and finally I had to disconnect.
Finally I had to pay all the unjustified amount the driver asked. He took approx 15000 extra from me. He did not even give me the receipts for the permits.
Other than the above, we we're harassed a lot for full 2.5 hours. We we're kept away from airport and we're not allowed to leave. Our luggage was also kept in the Innova and we could not remove it.
My daughter wanted to go to the toilet urgently but there was none nearby and she had to urinate in the open in front of 100s of males. She cried a lot due to her such disrespect and she told me that she will never forgive me for this.
This is not at all acceptable and I require full compensation against it including and not only limited to mental harassment, extra payment, emotional and psychological torture, etc.
You guys did not even bother to track us and know if we were alive or dead.
This has been my worst experience with any taxi services.
The last few hours were the worst hours of my life full of torture, harassment, agony. I was feeling as if we are prisoners. It was due to my wife and my daughter's safety, I had to pay the excess amount. Gozo was not at all concerned about our safety.
The driver kept on threatening your customer care executive that he will not leave us and he knows how to get the things done and your executive asked me to pay money otherwise the driver won't leave us.
I had informed gozo about the problem and updated almost every day for the last 4-5 days, but you guys didn't have time to listen and sort out the matter. You kept on lingering the matter because you knew at the end of the day when you and your driver will hold us as prisoners, we will have to shed money.
I am highly disgusted, disturbed and offended due to all this. My vacations have spoiled. We spent so much to refresh our mood but we came back much more depressed.”
Dear Friends, I don’t want such things to repeat with any other family.

cab cancelled at end-time

I have booked a cab for 21st april 4:30pm from ooty to bnagalore on 18th of apr and paid the advance 15% amount as asked. I was continuously following-up from gozo team about my booking and they were assuring me that booking is confirmed each day.
Later, on the 21st night 00:37 am i got a message from gozo that we are unable to find any cab and refunding your advance amount. I tried reaching to support agent which didn't helped me in any way.
As i booked the other convience at last point of time, i end-up paying double the normal charges for cab plus my entire plan for 21st got ruined up.
While taking the advance from me, it bounds a legal agreement between me and firm to provide me services, merely refunding the advance doesn't cover the damages. If they have told me before or doesn't took the advance from me i would have looked out for other options but due to gozo services i ended up paying rs.500 more. So to cover the total damages from agreement, i claim rs. 500 to be given me as compensation to me from gozo.

booking fraud/advance payment confirmation
I have booked a on 10th feb 2019 with the 15% advance payment of the booking amount and got the confirmation for the cab from sikar to delhi as we had to catch a train from newdelhi railway station to kolkata (Rajdhani). The cab was scheduled at 7.30am on 11th feb 2019, till 3 am we didn't had any response from the cab services about our journey details and we were calling them continuously. Every time when i called there was just an assurance to provide us the cab details as soon as possible. After waiting for too long i again called them at 4.30am to know about my cab details and the response was very unprofessional that they couldn't provide us cab for the journey. Just before 3 hours from the scheduled time that too when enquired by me i got to know about this. It takes around 6-7hours from sikar to delhi and there was no alternative or anything provided by the cab services. We were stuck in the middle and have no other option. This is a pure case of cheating and fraud, if gozo cabs don't have any vehicle for the route why do these guys even take the booking and send us the confirmation about the same. If i miss my train, are these guys going to pay for it?.
I mean how can a company without even having a single cab for the route can take advance and confirm that the cab will be there on time at the pickup point.in the end it all came out as a fraud and cheat again with the assurance of giving us refund. That's it, refund for the cab is not important but for the train which my parents are going to miss. I need my answers and strict actions against the firm so that from the next time no one relies on such a fraud conpany

Recently booked this cab from mumbai to pune. Driver was good but overall experience with gozo cab is really bad, i properly communicated them pick up and drop address and i think according to that they generated invoice based on total kms, also i paid 15% amount in advance as well but after the drop they are asking for extra rs.600 and the reason is 21 km exceeded and night charges and pick up was at 5:00am in the morning, i think they don't know what is exactly night charges. gozocabs unethical service

I booked a cab for my relatives who were coming from abroad. The passengers don't have the required currency on arrival or departure. I paid for the cab in full on booking, and yet there were extra charges on arrival and departure.
A. The driver spoke on the phone the whole time from mumbai to pune from 1.30am to 5am (That's hwo long the drive took) passengers were terrified as they don't understand the need to be on the phone while driving at those hours in the morning. They were not happy.
B. The complaint was raised about it, and nothing was addressed.
C. I booked the cab service for a drop from the pune to mumbai and again i paid in full. The driver on reaching the intl airport, asked for extra charges even though he was not entitled to 'night charges'. He extorted that from the passengers. Told them they did not ask to see the speedometer was set to '0' when they started, so there would be an extra charge of 26 kms.
D. I have asked for this issue to be sorted, but the call cneter only take the call adn no follow up. I am highly upset with this service, and will never recommend them to anyone.
The founders of gozocabs need to address their ethical services and consider their values of the org. If they want to succeed. It's pathetic service. Don't ever use them.

Always best if you directly work with GozoCabs customer service, they have an excellent team who listens to customers.

refund not received even after 2 - 3 days of commitment

I would like to draw the attention towards the GOZO Cabs (https://www.gozocabs.com/) as it seems that this is the Cab Company that never respects the Customer as they have never keep there commitments towards the refund of my amount. I had booked my Cab with them from Deoghar to Patna as on 29th Oct 2017 and same day they had cancelled the Cab even after sending 1 message and mail that "Your Cab had been confirmed, Kindly pay the advance of Rs 718/= . Once I paid the said amount, after 30 minutes, they call me back and said that your Booking had been Cancelled as the CAb had not been available and will refund the advance amount within 2-3 days . Even today as of now[protected], they have never refund my amount and I had contacted 2 times for the same with them and they keep Bluffing to me that they had already send the amount via Paytm.
They are seems to be fraud as each time you go for booking they diverted there calls and there Cab Quality is also not upto mark. I never suggested to anyone to go for this Cab (GOZO Cabs). Harassment of my wife and kids

I had booked a cab with gozocabs from shimla to delhi and paid 750rs in advance for the booking. The cab was for my wife and kids. The driver called me up one day prior and took the location for pick up and other details including the phone no of my wife. Late night the driver and cab was changed which no one informed me about that. The new driver was late in the morning for the pick up. After reaching panchkula the driver stopped with my wife and kids in the middle of road for 45 mins waiting to change the cab which again no one informed me and as per company rules they were not supposed to do. At this time my wife gave me a call and i called up the call centre who were not able to solve the problem. When the next cab came he started misbehaving with my wife and started asking for 3000 rs for the fare. At this time again i called up the call centre and they asked me to pay 1500 rs instead of solving the issue. The misbehave of the driver kept on increasing and hence i asked him to take the vehicle to the nearest police station which also he refused. Leaving my wife n kids in the cab on the road. So i got my wife and kids shifted to the first taxy and headed to military station chandimandir. Thereafter they paid for the cab and discontinued the services.

have you opened a case with GozoCabs on this? The company will take your issue and address it if you give your booking ID and be clear with your issue.

I had booked a cab for outstation for 2 days from 29th Apri to 1st May but the driver denied the service on the very day of the trip even when i had paid the advance amount.
I had to cancel my trip as the company did not arrange for any other cab and also did not refund my advance amount.
The cab company refused to help us in arranging any other cab saying that they do not operate well in this city.
Also i lost my hotel amount as i could not reach my destination
