Ltd.in icici internet banking my transaction detail "bil/[protected]/pgmib" it's take more then 50 days but product not receive and also amount not refund how to get my amount can you please help me. And also am post complaint their customer support team in that complaint page am seeing so much of people...

I completed place a order and completed payment on 13.03.2017 but it shows payment successfull but no intimation to my mobile number that order is placed and amount deducted 502 from my account on Apple iPhone 7 plus but there is no reference no. Or any proof message to my mail...
