GTPL is not providing me Refund

Don't buy GTPL plans as if you don't get good internet connection then no one will take responsibility...I am new customer to GTPL since 25 days and there's no internet connection showing since 25 days...So that now I want refund and want to use JIO and when I asked for refund... you won't even get your money back as all GTPL Salesperson says while selling the plan that we will get refund...BUT NO REFUND BY GTPL, THAY SAY WE DONT HAVE REFUND POLICY. BUT THEY HAVE POLICY TO NOT GIVE INTERNET CONNECTION TO NEW CUSTOMER 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Poor Service and Miss Informing Salesperson
Dear GTPL,
I'm Vit Godhani who has bought your service on 18th Oct 2022, and router was installed within 2 days but then after my internet connection was not active since 17 days...till then I was making calls to SAIYED SALAUDDIN BADRUDDIN whom I paid in cash for the plan and he was not picking up my phone when he picks up he says my internet will be active in 30 mins but it didn't happened that way...I was waiting and waiting for days and then I removed your router and went to your office in Piplod, Surat and I requested for Refund and the management gave me this email ID.
I request GTPL to refund my money which is as below invoice Rs 6363/- also I paid Rs 350/- extra to get your fiber wire to my office so I also request you to add this amount in my Refund, so the total amount to be refunded is 6363+350=6713/- Thank You :)
Your Router has been removed and I have kept it safely with me at my office, when you will refund me then I'll go to your GTPL Piplod, Surat office and handover it or you send your GTPL executive whatever is fine.

Hello there,
I have paid Rs.6095/- to GTPL Broadband Pvt Ltd to take new internet connection on 27/11/2021. The company is not providing me internet services by saying that they have not received payment. I have payment receipt of that company name. I have received this payment receipt by that company only from official mail account.
Please instruct that company to start my internet service ASAP or refund my payment.

refund required - case of cheating by salesperson

We had conversation and connection talk with mr. Nilesh chunara (Sales person) on 19th nov 2018 and we have paid rs. 5500 to him on 20th nov 2018 vide 15175 for connection confirmation on next day. From 21st nov we follow up started with fellow for convection and the technical person came for connection on 23rd nov and the story starts. Mr. Nilesh has confirmed us that you will get 40 mbps speed in this plan and in your bunglow you will get range till your swing outside as you are getting in your current connection with airtel. Before installation tech guy said you will not get connection speed of 40 mbps as this is technically not possible to my wife. My wife denied for connection at same time and refund the money. Sales fellow said we are installing this as a trial, you take 2 days trial and then if you are not satisfied we shall refund the amount. She agreed and we got connection speed of 30 mbps on day 1.
Day 2 internet connection was not working and after too many follow up and complaint connection started post 2 days on 26th nov. We tried to reach mr. Nilesh over call but he dint responded for full day. We called from other phone and got false argument that 40 mbps is surfing speed and this is our connection speed and bluffed for speed range. He asked for service call number and told we shall resolve and from 2nd day he stopped picking up calls from other number too.
We decided and send refund mail to gtpl and we have sent our first mail for refund and service complaint on 24th nov, very second day of connection but no result we got only response by service request number which eventually gets closed by tech team on second day without our concern and resolution. We requested for second service number and that too gets closed authomitically. We spoke to customer care and they said tech team closes same as you are your connection issue is resolved, which is actually not. Customer care even suggested that in case of refund we have to go to their satellite office.
After reaching satellite office and explaining full case to mr. Alpesh patel we got to know he is not concern person and we have to go to sattadhar office for resolution. Also he has suggested to send refund mail to company which is already sent and showed to him. He suggested some more email address of mr. Nilesh’s boss mr. J d mishra and gave his contact number. We spoke to mr. J d mishra at satellite and asked for refund. Nothing worked.
Mr wife on second day visited satellite office and met mr. J d mishra and tech person vishal, even this meeting did not helped and they said her to visit 3rd office at shahibaug. Shahibaug person mr. Jay said we can only register service request number here for refund you have to go to our office at sindhubhavan only they can help for return.
My wife and we visited sindhubhavan office on same day and met mr. Deepak there and told him we can only speak to him if he is concerned person and can resolve issue of refund. Mr. Deepak said only nilesh and mr j d mishra (Gangdev mishra) boss of mr. Nilesh can refund which is not digestable thought mr. Deepak called nilesh in front o[censored]s and told him to resolve the issue and nilesh agreed to meet me at my home 7 pm on 3.12.2018. And also told me to call back if does not visit. As expected nilesh did not visited and we update mr. Deepak for the same. Deepak said at the time of meeting to help but on call he said he would not able to help more and only niesh or j d mishra can only work for refund.
All in all we understood there is no way to catch the company and we have been cheated by sales person. This is clear case of fraud done by company where there is no person who can resolve. They kept us roaming and explaining the same thing to different people and waste our precious time without any resolution.
On 5th of dec we decided to reactivate our old connection and removed to gtpl modem and thought complaint on consumer for forum for refund. They have installed connection for trial and they need to refund anyhow. We don’t want such low service connection where we already denied for connection as speed was not possible.
