I am ex employee of hcl technologies and i have been trying to follow up with hcl pf team to transfer my pf balance since i left the organization in 2016, but i have not received any acknowledgment/feedback on my concern, neither my issue is taken care of.

My father's name & relationship field against my uan number is blank.
Without updating these information, i am unable to transfer/claim my pf amount.
Please help me contact hcl pf team to update the details.

I have worked at hcl for about 10 months. Currently i am working at hp inc. And initiated pf transfer to my current company on august 2019. When i checked my claim status in epfo portal there it's showing "settled". But amout has not been transferred to my current organisation. I have been following hcl bangalore pf team but i only get auto generated mail.

From last 3-4 years, i have been following up with hcl gurgaon eps cell via grievance raised on epf portal to transfer my pending eps service record of previous organisation to current organisation but all in vain. While transferring, hcl only transferred the eps service record of hcl to my present organisation but service record prior to hcl was also transferred to hcl but that is with held with hcl till now.

Many times as per the instructions from eps gurgaon team, i submitted manual form 13 so that previous record can be transferred but no proper action is taken yet. Currently also there is a transfer request raised by me. I got following message after the same. “your transfer claim (Gnggn[protected] has been received in epfo on 21-06-19”

Could you please help me to get the previous record of infosys limited from 28th june 2010 to 14th feb 2014 transferred to tcs from hcl as soon as possible.

I served the company for almost 3years now... I got enrolled in t2id process on 17/01/2019 and cleared it on 15/5/19 which is an internal track change promotion process of hcl. I got released from previous project cummins on 05/08/19. This was a growth academy but still i could not get any academy incentive bonus and not got any confirmation from department so far.
On dated 11-feb-2019 i had signed an agreement with the company but i could not get anything on such dated neither project nor any increment.
Now i don't want to continue with hcl. But they were asking me 1lac amount for bond. I want my experience letter... Please suggest me any way out.

I have sent important documents through DTDC on 9th July from Hyderabad to Noida.
They were supposed to get delivered by 11th and tracking website shows as successful.
But the recipient did not receive it. Please look into the issue on priority and help in getting the parcel delivered.

I have applied for the pf withdrawal since 15-16 days and on the pf portal under the separation portal it's showing the status "Received and under process " since very long. That day only I received one message that it will be processed in next 20 working days but still the status is same. I want to know the current status and when the money will be credited to my account and for that I have mailed pfhelpdesk team and spoc person KM Kanchan Yadav but haven't received any proper reply. They are just giving me canned responses. PF withdrawal from HCL has become a task. Very pathetic company I must say. Now I want your help in this. I want to know the current status of my application and when I will get my money.

Hello team, one of my friend has gone through the interview process of hcl via naukri and after clearing this round asked to pay 10200 rs security money after that only offer letter can be released. He has paid amount but he did not get any offer letter.

Please help me to get offer letter or help me to get my amount refund to me.

One person had call me on 9 April 2019, he told me he was calling from naukri.com and My resume is shortlisted at HCL..
He told me there were openings at HCL for software testing, Software developer, Android developer, BPO and many more.
He asked me you are comfortable for which Profile ? then told him for software developer.Then he asked for payment to generate reference ID .The charges was 1800 Rs then I had transferred that amount from my account online.He told me you have to pay it on our finance department account. Then he had SMS me that detail.

I had paid that amount on 9 April. Then he told me HR will call you anytime today.Then HR called at 11.30am on same day.He asked me some questions and told me if you are selected you have to send your documents. Then within 1 hour Mr. Ranjeet Singhania Called me and told that you are selected at HCL. Then he told me that you have to pay some job security amount which is 7200 Rs and this amount is refundable. Then again I had paid it .

Mr.Ranjeet Singania had told that is Pofile Manager at HCL. He asked me which location you are comfortable with? Then I said pune location. He told me about salary.During training peroid 18, 000 Rs and after training 26, 000 Rs.
Training period is 3 months. Then he asked about in which month you want to join ?, I said June.
After that he again asked me for payment to generate Training ID. He told me you have to pay 13, 000 Rs which is refundable and this payment will be added in your fourth month salary, so your month salary will be around 40, 000 Rs. He told me that there is transport facility, One time food and health insurance at HCL.
Then again I paid that amount on same account. When i called him and asked about to send me details and offer letter, then he told me you have to wait, I am working on your profile and your batch will be started in June, Now we working on May batch. Then after 1 I called him then he asked for payment again. Then asked him this payment is for what? I have spned so much amount. Then he told me this payment is for agreement later and You cannot leave company before 6 month. He told me 16, 000Rs for 1 year agreement and 14, 000 Rs for 6 month agreement.
I asked him to send me your ID proof of HCL then he didn't send me.

I have been suffered from health issue on last july i have eligible for esic claim. I have spent more than 70k they are not supporting for this claim as they cannot able to give back my form with changing dispensary address past 7 months. They just deduct esi amount from my salary each month but no answer. I made call to my hr lots of time and i sent mail too. I really ashamed to say i am a employee of a big company called hcl. Is there any solution for this.

The same call i got from a lady asking me to pay 1350rs for offer letter of hcl company. I refused many times but she didn't gave me time to think on this. I paid via bank transfer and also submitted all my documents including photograph, educational certificates and address proof certificate as well.
When i did all this, i recieved a call to pay 4000 more to get original offer letter and final date of joining. At that time, i noticed it was all fake as how can such a reputed company asking for payments. Then i decide and called her to say that i'm not interested and refund my 1350 rs. She disconnected the call and when i tried again, her phone switched off..

Asking to pay a sum of 2000 rupees for the rounds and said there will be two rounds 1 telephony 2 F2F
The account details were given and said that if I couldn't clear the rounds it would be refunded
And said that these rounds will be taken by the HR

in the evening I received a call from the number [protected] she claimed to be the HR of HCL company and took my telephony round and said that I had cleared it.
The next day I received an email from Naukri.com([protected]@engineering.com) containing joining date and offer letter and was asked to pay a sum of 10000 rupees for bond of 6 months and said there won't be any further rounds

Then they said even i[censored] pass/fail in this interview we will refund your money then i passed it but now they are not refunding my amount. I need justice. Dear hcl,
As you know i am the student of this hcl institute in time of mr. Krishan (No 1 frauder). He says that he provide 100 % to hcl, wipro, ibm and many mnc company he provide the details after that i take a admission in mcsa (Mcrosoft certified network associate)
In this course a+, n+, linux, mcsa, course cum my trainer amit kumar he does not know about what is the meaning chip level and technical level work. And after take in the time of exam he has help for exam no comes 55% after that he does not know about a+ and n+ after this linux faculty name (Abhinav)
Minded guy knowledge of all commands, server knowledge, after this 49000 rs for complete course after the complete this course i ask for job he says companies coming in this institute and take interview one company comes (For making aadhar card - innowin company two person take interview i know the complete question paper because hcl has given answer copy to everybody. And this institute in my life is the vast place wastage of money and wastage of time...
Mcsa teacher is always sleeping...in this instute we have 5 friends (Chander prakash, deepak dagar, yogesh kumar, anil ruhella, tarun sharma) all people get job on over onself no job provided by this institue and detail you want to me call...

Laptop is not getting started..... Power is indicating that device is on but screen is not being lighten so it is and because of it we are unable to operate the laptop.

This problem is persisting for a week's time and we don't want to get it repaired other then the service center.

Therefore you are kindly request to look into the matter and resolve the problem persisting as early as possible from your end.

I hold my hands
& kind request you to please ban these companies HCL TECH MAHINDRA DELL AMERICAN EXPRESS .. After showing experience they are also rejecting & playing with students careers...there fraud consultants are playing games on Naukri.com & haressing us on phone daily, come here and there, please kindly BAN ALL THESE COMPANIES IMMEDIATELY as they are only hiring 10 pass & 12 pass .. they always reject Btech. please help.

I want to draw ur attention towards my complaint that my name is Tushar.Today my hcl connect v3 tablet suddenly got switched off. It had happened many time and every the company takes atleast 1 monthto resolve it. And as my warranty has over2 months back so now I also have topay the service charge.can u plz tell me what should I do.pls reply me back as fast as u can do.

The display screen of my tablet is non functional. I have been trying to contact the toll free number of the company to lodge the complaint regarding the same but absolute no response from any of the representatives. Already lodged a previous complain ton May 27, 2016.This delay in attenton to the complaint is highly unprofessional from the stature of the company HCL is. A person arun sharma in hcl company cheated me by saying that he will offer a job for that to deposit rs6500/- & he will send flight tickets for interview in bangalore. But no tickets came and no proper answering from his side. He was also ignoring my calls and emails, not satisfied with his deeds his contact no[protected]

Hi, 3 weeks back Mr. Rama Koti hired in PeopleSoft Admin team. He doesn't have a real time experience. Please check the documents, Bank Statements and form-16 for all years. Mr. chakravarthi working for Tech Mahindra attended his interviews. Please find out and conduct face to face interview. Please enquiry on him Because we are ex-employee of HCL.

Bought hcl me y2 tab on nov 2014 through flipkart and got damage with in 2 two week and i have given the tsb at hcl service centre trichurthey kept it there for 3 months after continuous request for 3 months it is not repaired saying parts are not available.always saying that parts will come next week .so I told them to return it back. Iam also touched with your south head many time but not get any help. As a branded company It is very sorry to say that your after selling service is very very poor.and try to cheat customers by selling such product through online. I have purchased HCL ME XITE L75 (Sl No. 511AE835995) ON 17.08.2011 with one year on site and additional two years offsite warranty. Till 2013 end the HCL service support was excellent and every single issue related to the service of the laptop has been resolved properly. Since March, 2014 a new problem has been seen in the laptop. It started shutting down and start up automatically. Thus on July 22, 2014, I submitted the laptop to the service center (i.e. Growmore Computer Services, Ghatkopar, mumbai) with the hcl complaint service request no. [protected]. A representative of the Growmore Computer Services has informed me in nov, 2014 that the issue has been resolved and hence I could take back my laptop from their center in Vashi. I took back my laptop on the last week of nov from Vashi service center, where it was informed to me that the mother board has been replaced and the issue has been resolved. I took back my laptop from the service center but after a week, the same problem (automatic shutting down and start up ) has been started and I have submitted the laptop to the service center again on 12.12.2014 where they informed me that the problem is with the motherboard and now they are telling that the motherboard of the same model is not available with them.

I have appended the mail that I have sent to the support. Dear Sir/Madam, I was able to get in touch with the Service center in Visakhapatnam. It is very sad to say that the issue was not resolved and they had identified the problem with the battery which as per them has only 6 months warranty.I had been to the service center after 2 months of purchase of the product with the same issue and they taught me how to charge the tab and had sent me off.The second time I went to the service station they said the issue is with the charger, they did something.But now when I connect my charger to the tab, within minutes the back panel gets overheated and I have a fear that the battery may explode.If they would have identified the issue was with the battery the first time I visited the support I could have got a replacement free of cost.Now when the warranty has expired, I had requested them for a new battery, they have informed that they do not hold the battery and the blame is on HCL as you guys do not provide spare batteries for sale.Within 8 months of purchase if I do not have the Tab for usage, I think I have wasted money on this product.Last but not least the way they treat a customer at the service center is pathetic. Any one visiting the center has to wait for atleast 30 mintues for someone to ask the purpose of visit.I have made up my mind and I am surely going to ask my friends and family members to stay away from any HCL product as the support and the product does not meet the standards as projected by HCL.From a Very Dissatisfied Customer...Senthil Kumar V[protected]
