The booked cab was Innova. 1 hour before departure the driver/owner is calling and saying that Innova is not available.

On top I had a flight to catch and the driver was late by more than half hour.

Is this the kind of service that we should expect as a paid client???

The answer for the delay was that he was washing the car. Seriously

I booked a cab from Mohali to delhi on 19th of June got a payment link to make advance payment of 1050 rupees paid the same amount on razo pay link but after payment got detected from my bank account I haven't got any information about the cab also trying to login the website but not able to login their customer care is also it responsive please help me to get my money back as they are all frauds

I booked a cab online on www.hippocabs.com from Mohali to delhi, they asked for advance payment of 1050 rs and i paid it thru razo pay link but I have not got any booking confirmation after payment even not able to login the website, no responce on customer care, they are completely scam please help me to get back my money

I Have Booked Hippo Cab as given detail above.
On the day of traveling there is no status of cab provided by the Hippo cabs and also the contact no. Of driver Provided by them was switched off. As the journey start time passed I have contacted to Hippo Cab customer care. They told me that they can't do anything thing.

After one and half hours the cab driver called me and we started the journey 2hrs late from our scheduled time.

During traveling on the way driver told me that he can't drive the Taxi further because his owner telling him to stop the car due to payment not received from Hippo Cab. This happened two to three times.

Very Very Bad Services Of Hippo Cab.

I booked cab from hippo cabs from manali to delhi for 5.6.2019.cab broke down at 11.50 am. Despite repeated requests no help was provided .At 4pm cab driver arranged cab of his relative who dropped us at delhi. Despite knowing that we are senior citizens and knot well their attitude was most pathetic and uncaring. I request every one to not travel with this company

It's 2 hours after my scheduled pick up with Hippo cabs, which I've paid online in advance. The cab never showed up and customer service is not responding. I've contacted my credit card company to refuse payment. I had to cancel my tours for today and I'll need to book another car to take me from Jaipur to Dehli.

What's more troubling is they are listed as India's #1 cab company and have positive reviews. My hotel said, chances are the positive reviews are probably mostly their drivers.

Well i booked a sedan from agra to delhi airport and was terribly shocked how they cheated me.
1. The cab tata indigo bearing registration number dl1 z 5540 driver devendar and booking id is fbekjb0j36476 was in such a pathetic conditions that it not only looked shabby but it had a annoying smell o[censored]rine and [censored].
2. The driver mr devendar is the worst to top it all. He was uncourteious, rude, and started demanding money from the start.
3. He finally stopped the car in the mid of express way and started threatening us for the money. When i told that the money will be given after reaching the final destination he threatened us.
4. Full time the driver was talking on mobile and was spitting out gutka opening his door.
5. Hippo cabs executive are big cheaters... Initially i objected to travel in tata indigo and when i called them they promised me a brand new car and said the car model is 2017 and has the best driver with them... Later when the car reached it was in worst state and stinking with urine and [censored] needles to mention that the car it self has its engine knocking even at 40 kmph.
It is my sincere request to all foreign travelers and domestic travelers to never book their rides via hippo cabs and never get into false promises of the hippo cabs executives. They are big cheaters.

Pathetic services. The driver arrived 1.30 hour late and seems to be telling me that don't worry here it is always like this only.

I had my pick up at 11.00am, he made me check out at 9 am as he wanted to reach early. He arrives at 10.30am

I do not suggest hippo cabs to any professional and the services are super pathetic and unprofessional.

I would rather pay more and select professional services.
