With refernce to the concerned case, a person has come from HDFC bank as on 9th March 09 for the EMI collection. He called me up from his cell no. [protected] for almost 4-5 times before he arrived at my office at R 47, Greater Kailash 1.
He told his name as Vinod and has taken the EMI amount of INR 31413/- . When I confirmed with him if he will be able to deposit my homeloan EMI he said that he has been in to this business...

non receiving of provisional certificate for income tax and pass sheet of loan a/c
Mr. nikhil deshpande with me availed home loan from centurian bank of punjab. my loan accounts no. are 90127065 and 90116168. on 13th dec 2008 I gave application to your Kandivali (W) branch to get provisional certificate for income tax and passsheet of loan a/c. Your costumer care representative told me that I will receive it with in 7 days. there was no reply and nothing I received with in the 7 days of application so I phoned your costumer...
