Cheating by Hometown after taking advance money
I have been cheated by Home Town (pantaloons retail) when i purchased a recliner after paying Rs. 25000 from my credit card. The company initially supplied the most dirtiest & oldest piece in their warehouse that no one would buy and then later taken the piece aback.
Till date Home Town has not supplied the recliner as per CDD within 48 hours and they refused to return my money as well. Now they are forcing me to take...

I have bought some furniture worth > 60, 000 Rs. from Home town. They presented them selves with great promises on on time delivery and excellent service later on. But the fact remains, they are worst. Now that I have discovered it, I would warn every body to shy away from HOME TOWN.
I want to have some ID where I could log my complaint....
