The project with Homelane or to say the day I decided for Homelane and paid my first instalment of 48k was on 18th December 2021. The project handover was delayed a lot and during their installation and after their Quality check during first week of April 2022 Homelane had realised that the wardrobe doors are not proper and new order was placed for the same. The delivery of new doors were done on April 15th 2022 and same day Homelane project manager Libin had visited the premise and checked the color of door and found the wrong door was delivered to us. He placed order for new door and then he left for his marriage. During this time no one followed up our request and till May 15th 2022, untill we escalated our issue it was not informed to us that the door laminate was not available and they absurd reasons like auditing. The worthy point to be noted here is that since April 15th 2022 the huge doors have been lying at my home in the hall comsuming lit if space. We are 3 ladies at home : me, my mom and sister. I lost my dad recently. It was not possible for us to move the doors. When i had asked to them to take it back and bring it along with the new doors they said it is not in their hand. Now comes the installation part where they came for installation on 23rd May 2022 after the new doors were delivered on 18th May 2022. This time we realised that the old door which was delivered is bent and the handle is not present. Now we need to wait for more days.
1) The doors were delivered to us late and moreover the door doesn’t have the handle
2) we have been keeping the doors in our hall since April 15th 2022 till May end. These doors are consuming lot of space. When asked to take it back and bring with the new door no one responds
3) carpenter visiated the premise yeaterday on 23rd May 2022 and installed only the sliding wardrobe not the wardrobe on kids bedroom. He said it was not communicated with him.
4) The sliding wardrobe door installed doesn’t have a handle and is bent again. How should we use it??

What about our time? Our space utilized to store products from homelane?? Homelane team not respecting our concerns and no one is giving proper response or to put it in another way they are not respecting women. I had told to them my issue and my family situation yet they played with my feelings.

The Homelane have completely cheated us and I have fully flow of email artifact's of the entire fraud of this company... I can email you all conversation that had with this company..

In 2019, my wife and I approached Homelane in Kodambakkam (Chennai) for entire interior furnishing of our dream home (an apartment of 3000 sq.ft). Little did we expect it to end as a disaster.

Initially the quality of customer service and attention-to-detail seemed too good to be true but as the project unravelled, it became obvious that Homelane as a company, compromises a bunch of deceptive incompetent individuals at the top, managing teams of fraudsters with excellent marketing skills. Their workforce is outsourced and their products are inferior in quality.

After several blunders in the initial and execution stage of the project, we opted to withdraw. This is when Homelane revealed their true colors and refused to return our advance payment in mafia style. Yes, there was an agreement contracted while paying the advance but in spite of acknowledging to having underperformed with inadequate services to justify the advance payment, they refused to compromise.

After numerous fruitless meetings and several unanswered emails, Homelane gave us peanuts in way of kitchen furniture, for the 2++ lakhs they owed us. During that time, we even received nasty responses from Srikant Iyer himself, the CEO and co-founder of Homelane.

Trusting Homelane, we handed over our hard earned savings and they turned our dream into a nightmare.

We booked homelane interior package in March and paid 50, 000 as sales person was calling 10 times and asking to pay token amount immediately. Now, we are selling off that property and don't want to have interior work done. When reached out to homelane team to cancel and refund or reimburse with some furniture, I am having very hard time. Every employee is telling different rules and policies and we are not able to proceed and close on this.

Please look into this at priority.

We have enrolled for home interior for our apartement salarpuria sattva east crest h703 on june 15th with registration number ben-pg-[protected]. They have promised us to deliver and complete the work as per deisgn in 45 days. With multiple followups and they have delivered my interior with lot of snags (Defects) on the 30th august. There are many design issues and missing items from the design and weh have paid the amount for the missing items. Now homelane is not responding the emails and not providng the solution/money back for the amount which i have paid, also managment/team is not responding our emails.
