Delaying of Loan disbursment by ICICI Franchises or Office

i would like to bring to you notice that the franchises working under ICICI are delibaretly delays the Disburments of loan amounts if they do not gets the Bribe means they are involved in
malpractices.
example in my case is that they delay my loan 1st disbursment more than 6 months even after completing all documents.because i never asked or gone for undertable payments.and when they issued me loan amount in...
