Dear sir/mam i have bay a i ball andi 4.5z mobile on last year 5.11.2014 but battry problem on feb 2015 i have complain on shop keeper 3 months regular basis then i have compliant on services center on may month then he order my new battery after warranty on 9 june 2015 but till date i have not received my battery today on 25.6.2015 i have mail compliment on customers care i ball company.
my order document no. [protected] date on order....

When I search mobile on net the i got that Iball mobile will be good cause it has many features. So I bought I ball Shan mobile after approx 15 days I got that the display has been gone. Camera is not good, show full memory after getting approx 5 photos, functions are not good and convenient.
When I request to I ball center to replace it, he refused to replace and asked for it's service.
