Ordered 4 sarees. All of them are fake quality and no where near the description or photos in the web site.
Not able to reach them over phone number they mentioned in website or the support email id.

Kindly enable return and refund of the items as soon as possible.

I bought saree from ibis fab online. But i cantbfind return option. There is no way to contact them

I have ordered a soft silk saree for rs 998 by last week...i received the parcel by 17/8/22... i received a worst material ..which is of very poor quality...i need to return back the saree and get back my refund

I ordered a linen saree from ibisfab.com on 11 august. I received it today at 11AM. The fabric was not linen and had a cheap quality. I feel like cheated. They are fraud. I've initiated the return policy through email.
They haven't responded yet.
The fabric is so cheap and poor quality.
I want to file a complaint against ibis fab. And I need my money back.

Such a cheap quality product, maybe worth a 50rs for they charged 998rs.

I have bought a saree recently on Ibis fab.
The product shown on the website and the product sent is totally different.
If asked for return they are asking us to courier it

And we have send them so many follow up mails for the return

Fraud and very bad service

Received wrong product, phone number is not working and no reply to email. Order ID is SA[protected], order date:[protected]. I paid Rs.998/-
Not sure if the company is fake or genuine as there is no way I can reach them.

I had ordered for 2 Linen Sarees and received cheap variety synthetic fabric. The colour design and materials have match or connection to what I had ordered for.

Ibis fab is cheating.

Please help to get a refund and return the cheap variety sarees.

I ordered a linen saree with price 998. They delivered on time but the quality of saree too poor. It isn't linen material at all. The color is also faded. The picture actually misguided us. When wrote a mail the response was prompt but no use as they wrote back saying "You have received the same product you ordered from our website"

No refund or return so far intimated. Kindly help others also not to get affected by this site. Please do the needful at urgency.

I ordered ibisfab vide order.no SA[protected], 10th Jan 22 but receved 23rd Jan 22 a fake one.paid rs998.
I.made complaint to ibisfab to whatsup.no [protected] and e mail [protected]@ibisfab.com. but no use.hence I.returned the ibisfab fake saree to.ibisfab, surat 395010, on 31st April 22 by professional courier .requested to take their fake saree

Saree against above order is wrong, not matche with appeared in image. Refund policy is costly courrier charge and refund charge will be Bourne by customer.

I had purchased a sari from ibis fab and paid for it also. What I received was a defective product full of grease stains. Tried contacting them and asked for pick up and refund but they refused. Inspite if many requests they did not engage or respond. There are many complaints against this fraudulent company and they should be taken to task so that they do not dupe the public. Thanks

I received my sarees from Ibis fab and that sarees is different I received cheap quality sarees..I want to give complete on Ibis fab sarees that ibis fab is fraud...I want to return my product and I want my refund money back...I want to return my two sarees for ibis... Just now received a saree bought from Ibis Fab. Very disappointed to be honest. Didn't expect this kind of cheap quality saree which was bought for Rs.998. Couldn't reach them after the product was delivered. Waste of money. Fraud alert. Kindly do help us. Thank you.

I ordered for Linein Cotton saree but I got cheap local synthetic saree which is not even worth of Rs 100/-
In the website they are diplaying original product with Models & original product pictures & tempting the customers with offers & after receving the payments they are delivering duplicate replica products

The quality is very bad cheap. It’s very different from what I have ordered also.I would like to return and get back my money.

Hi, I purchased saree a week back. It got delivered on said date but there were many black dots on saree. Raised a complaint on same day but didn't get the satisfactory reply from them. Shared all the required images on mail. Kindly look into the issue and refund my money back.

I have ordered two sarees as per the following details and paid Rs2197/- in advance through Debit Card of SBI on 11/012022 vide order no54164.
1. Softsilkrefreshing green-colored, wedding wear 1 no @ Rs 998.00
2. Sana Silk embroidery work blue saree, festive wear 1No @ Rs 1199.00

On 18/01/2022, I received one pack containing one green saree only which was totally different than the displayed one, very rough in texture, color, very cheap, and unsuitable for wearing. The second blue saree was not dispatched at all but as per level on the pack mention the order ID of both saree whereas the packet was so small that it can not accommodate two sarees. I am several WhatsApp msgs, me-mails, about 10 reminders but no response at all. The address is FAKE, the company is totally FRAUD FRAUD, unreliable. Please never order them otherwise you will be deceived and befooled and no one will respond to you. Please never make an advance payment to them as they will not supply without advance payment.

I have ordered cotton saree worth 1309 and they sent some silk saree which is of worst quality and I raised return request on the same day they said it's not in their return policy if we dont like the saree.
They don't lift the calls and reply the mail saying we can't help.

Worst experience ever.This is clear cheating. There should be action taken on them. Its fraud.

Such a fraud site I have never ever seen...I have ordered one saree worth Rs.998 but after receiving my parcel I was totally disappointed bcz it worths For not even 100 rupees...for return itself they won't respond...pls be aware ppl.
Anyone knows please shut this website and their online business because they are cheating lot of people everyday. Please take it seriously.

Wish i could read these before i order anything from this fraud company. Same thing they did, when tried to contact they blocked me . They fool customer by pictures and send us the worst quality products.
