I bought a Saree. On receiving the product found it worst in quality. I tried to communicate with the ibis fab but they did not pay heed to any query. I messaged them several times for exchange facility but no one was there to answer my question.
In fact IBIS Fab is a cheating company. They cheat on customers wasting their time and money. Even they play on the emotion and feeling of people. IBIS Fab must be taken by horns lest some more innocent people will be the victim of this fraud company.

I purches onliine saree from ibisfab gujrat .but the is mismatch from order.so I return the product & refund my money. but company will not option for return policy on that website.only mobile no.display on website.

I ordered a golden red border linen saree at a discounted price of Rs. 998. A completely different product was delivered to me, which in no way is linen. The border is orange instead of red. The product quality is extremely cheap and synthetic. The customer service is poor too, nobody picked up any calls. A whatsapp number was provided to me, on which I didn't get any response. And I have absolutely no idea how to return the product. It's just horrible!!!

My sincere advice to everyone would be, not to waste your hard-earned money on such fraud website. Rather give it as charity to the poor.

Site mentioned that fabric will be linen but its far different in reality like somewhat synthetic. when I asked them to share the steps for the return, they didnt reply back.

We have not received the saree as per the color, design and quality ordered vide order number SA[protected] dated 23.6.21. We received poor quality saree with different color and design. There is no response to our emails from the supplier either.

Which is I booked 2 sarees it's worth 998 Rs/-

But it comes when I opened the pracel it
Different item and totally it not good very damaged.

I have order a saree from Ibis fab 6 days ago and its been delivered today. the product quality is too worst and there is no return available. and the customer care number is also not reachable. its really a fraud company cheating 1000's of people.

Please help me with the right solution to return the product and get my money back. Thanks in advance.

I purchased saree from Ibis fab and when I got the saree it is totally different from the pictures on in the site so. Quality of the the product is very war poor and after that I emailed them about the concerned complaint, and still no reply from the side. I request you to take necessary actions against them.

I had ordered 2 linen sarees but I have recieved some cheap cotton sarees instead of the one I selected

I ordered two sarees and confirmed the order only after they said the sarees were pure linen sarees but what I have received are real cheap quality sarees . The customer care numbers are not responding and I guess have blocked my number from WhatsApp . I need a return and refund from them . Such fraud brands have to be sued .

First of all company’s customer service number is not reachable that’s the most frustrating part. I have order a parrot colour saree and they deliver orange saree from different material. After than I have been trying to contact them but contact number is not working so I have sent them mail but still wasn’t get any answer. Completely wasted my money. Not satisfied with service and product. I am here to alert other buyers from this kind of scammers.

Ordered a saree online on their web site. Few days later they shared a tracking number but the item was never delivered. On tracking web site it shows it reached Surat and shows as store pickup.

Tried reaching out on the number provided on their web site, they never answer to the calls. Posted messages on whatsapp, though they were read, never responded to them

Due to these substandard guys, the real people who does genuine online business will get impacted. People will not trust them any more.

Have noticed many complaints on this Ibis Fab and an action should be taken on them

The item I ordered was a green linen saree. I got a pink saree which was of cheap quality. There is no return policy. So there's no way I can return it or get a refund.

I had ordered two sarees order ID IS[protected] SKU NF 2004 of cost 1199/- and IS[protected] NF 1042 of cost 999/ on 29.12.2019. On 4 th Jan I received the courier and I paid an amount Rs 2198/. But when opened the pack only one saree ie 999/ was delivered. Other saree was not sent. I called the courier person to take it back but he denied saying that whatever he had to deliver he had done. I immediately called the WhatsApp no. Of Ibisfab who had asked me to send the details. For three to four days continuously I am trying to get some response but they are fraud and not giving any response. On Monday I received a call from Ibis fab customer care. I explained the above details but the lady on other side didn't give me any reply. I tried to message them through Facebook but they asked for my contact no. and had blocked the facility of messaging them.
I agree as humans we do make mistakes but isn't it wrong to cheat others. And Ibis Fab is a big concern.For them one saree is not a big thing.But to lose the trust of a customer certainly will affect their business.

Had ordered lehenga but he delivered some cheap yellow gown.. Have paid 2200 rupees.. Now after delivery he is not picking up call nor replying to any msg.. Have called some twenty times but he never picked up the call but at the time of order he replied so fast.. Now i want to return it and want any money back.. But he is not replying to msg or call.. Plz help

I order a saree from above website.
Company contact me for oder confirmation. Company is in contact wirh me on whatsapp till the oder delivery
They deliver the wrong item.
Now i am tring to contact them the are not responding. Even they are reding my msg from whatsapp still aren't reply to any msg and not picking the phone.
It my appeal to every one its a fraud one don't buy any product from this site

I had purchase 3 sarees online, looking at the photos posted on facebook, when i opened the packed i was shocked to see the quality of those sarees. The sarees are absolutely on what it is shown on the facebook. I emailed them on help. [protected]@gmail.com four times and no reply. I called 91-[protected] several times but they don't answer and on the same number when i whataspp they read the message (Blue ticks) but don't reply.

The is fraud company, when you place an order they immediately call you and confirm but when you what to raise issue on their quality of product and return & refund there is no one to hear.

This company should be closed, its cheating people and on their website they have mentioned so much about return policies...

How can this be sorted... Please help

Fake sub standard item delivered which doesn't have any resemblance to the item ordered. Sent an email to help. [protected]@gmail.com, requesting for refund and return. No response. Have been trying to call and whatsapp on +91 [protected]. Messages are being read, but no response either.

I have tried to attach the pictures of the originally ordered product versus the actual item which was delivered.
