PROVIDENT FUND

Hi am Prabhakar i worked in Icici securities limited from Oct 2005 to June 2007 after my resignation i have applied for PF claim and till now i have not received and the employee worked were left and there is no response and now i don't have any particulars and kindly help me how to get the details of my PF number and employee number....

loss of personal documents given to branch

This complaint is on absolute lack of co-ordination between branch & processing centre and control of flow of documents.

I opened a demat account with ICICI bank in August 2010. Since i already had a trading account with ICICI securities, i was told to submit a linking form at the nearest ICICI direct centre and the request will be processed in 10 days time. Final Settlement of P.F accumulations and withdrawal benefit against P.F.a/c No- MH/48707/1224

I have received a letter dated 31-12-08 issued from your provident fund office showing remittance of my p.f/p.s dues to The Manager, ICICI Bank Limited, Uttamnagar, New Delhi.

But the said cheques have not yet reached ICICI bank even after lapse of 3 months as enquired by me from ICICI Bank.br...
