Inb Edupro 360 Bill_rtcoi Payments Complaints & Reviews

Today, 22/10/2023 I have made a merchant payment of rupees 1268.00
my payment is successfull but i did not recieve any confirmation from the merchant side. It seems that the merchant did not recieve the payment amount. I have attached the payment details below kindly help me to solve this problem.

I have done a deposit of rs 5000 amount debited from account but didn't added to benifishery please refund my amount I'm waiting for refund since 1 year

I have deposited money of 10000 rs in parimatch.in bet site through net banking option by ur system .Money got debited but not reflected in bet account nor refunded in my bank accounts.i have contacted bet customer care but yet not reflect please solve my problem

I have recently deposited 3000/- through internet banking at 16.54 pm on 28th October to play the game... But it was not showing in your balance. I immediately contacted their online chat support, email as well as in Whatapp. They said that money will be refunded to me in 7-10 working days. But it's more than 20 days now. Amount has not been refunded yet. I am attaching herewith the screenshot of the transaction details....
