I had placed an order with India Times Online shopping (Order no.[protected]), my total order values was of Rs.476/-(Four hundred and seventy six only) but after one months of waiting no products has been delivered to me. After repeated following up with the customer service of India Times Online shopping they refunded me only is Rs.368/-(Three hundred and sixty eight only). The difference amount of Rs.108/- is not refunded to me till date...

India times shopping is one of worse and pathetic online shopping services I have come across.
I booked my order on 13th April and my bank account was debited immediately.

I have made a payment of Rs 150.00 against order no. 11525713 dated 13 Feb 2009 at 01:29 PM through my ICICI Credit Card, amount deducted through the above transaction showing in my credit card statement is Rs 10000.00 instead of Rs 150.00.

I am really very upset with service of IndiaTimes shopping and now want your intervention to help me out and save me from ruining.
On 30th of Sep, i booked an 1GB MP player of Rs 574 from IndiaTimes shopping online and made the payment from SBI Credit Card. After sometime i checked my SBI Card a/c and was shocked to see that Rs 10000(10K) was credited to IndiaTimes shopping. Immediately I brought this discrepency...
