My self Kala krishna DIleep Brother of kalla Umamaheshwararao resident of Visakhapatnam & having 40 yards small house at Isukhathota Do.No 55-5-35/1, since 1999 & paying House Tax, Water Tax & Electricity charges regularly & sincerely.
Recently my neighbour occupied my house terrace & started illegal construction without inform & consult moreover he used abusing language & manhandled to my mother.
As per town planning it's is very old house because of illegal construction downside walls are going to air line breakages and they don't have any approved plan also
May I request you to look in to this matter & do justice to my family.

Samsung smart TV Model : 55AU8000 purchased on 27th Oct’21 from Reliance Digital Stores panjagutta, Hyderabad and installed on 6th Nov’21. So far It’s Original Invoice not given . Personally went to Reliance Digital store, they have given Duplicate Invoice only . Insisted for Original Invoice. They told me that concerned person on leave . We will handover it to me after he comes from leave . Till today they have not given me Original Invoice and telling only excuses. 3 yers warranty also not done so far .
Request to intervene and solve these issues .

A post parcel imported from Hong Kong (tracking no.UG[protected] YP &[protected] has arrived at Chennai airport on 7.11.21 and sent to CUSTOMS PAD near the post office at the airport Chennai for further processing and delivery.

The parcel is addressed to me as under

Although more than 2 weeks have passed the parcel remains untraceable for delivery.
We are given to understand that they will not give any preference or importance or efforts to take care of delivery o[censored]nregistered parcels.

The parcel contains an additional spare part to run a refrigerator to store insulin and other medicines to store life saving medicines without which our life is at stake
with risks.
Is this the way to run a government department which cares for maximum governance?

Grateful if you request the department to deliver the essential parcel soonest possible time

Next to my house there is a vacant land full of bushes. Many street dogs roam there and could find a dead dog lying over there. Unbearable bad smell coming from the dead animal. Due to ongoing pandemic situation and since have small kids at home we have highest degree of anxiety as it spreads infection. Kindly remove the dead animal at the earliest.

Why I am not receiving my test reports online? Everytime, I have to collect my report from the Lab itself. The following are some Lab IDs against which I didn't receive Lab reports online.

5B cross corner water is leaking from main line on road. At the junction of 5B cross and service road. Some internet compay dig there and made a chamber during that time of diging they have damaged the pipe I think.

Those people who raise dogs as their pets in that appartment make the municipal corporation roads dirty by it's #### . When asked about it my speak some rubbish words, without giving respect to the elder ones . They shout in the road and make nuisance. I'm kindly requesting you to take this matter seriously and kindly investigate about this matter.thank you.

Dear sir as govt made drain(nali) in every colony. some our neighbour block the drain(nali) by putting huge amount of garbage and bricks in nali . because of this too much water block and collected in front of house due to which too many mosquitoes are present in the drain(nali) . In today scenario dengu and malaria are the threats.

The roads from Guar Green Avenue to Vasundhara crossing (Last end of indirapuram) in Indirapuram area along with green belt area / canal is got damaged at many places specially at U turn and Vaishali turning points due to rainy season. This is causing accidents, breakdown of vehicles and traffic jam. Therefore these both side roads may be repaired at the earliest for the convenience of the public and to avoid causes as mentioned above. br...

My bath room shower change over spindle in the combination valve has jammed. I purchased 3 sets in 2015. One of them has developed minor defect. Pls send the technician to free the jammed spindle.

On NH65 BETWEEN SANGAREDDY AND ZAHIRABAD THERE ARE MANY POT HOLES in the middle of the road, WHICH ARE NOT ATTENDED HITHERTO, THERE ARE HIGH CHANCES OF ACCIDENTS AND FEW HAVE APPEARED TOO. VEHICLES ARE ALSO DAMAGED DUE TO THESE POT HOLES. THESE TOLL PLAZA FELLOWS ARE COLLECTING TAXES BUT NOT ATTENDING THE POT HOLES. Few previous pot holes were attended but they are not levelised, some are low with the existing road, And a flyover is still under construction since 18months there is no progress at all. Please do the needful.

Nathakkarai Toll Plaza

Today I had worst experience with the Nathakkarai Toll Plaza support team. I was called the support team on +[protected] and asked to send mobile support since my vehicle tire got pinchar. The person who spoke to me said will send a person but next few hours no one came or called my no. After few hours I called the same number and said no one came for the support. He simply said that the technician is in an another Toll he will not come today. Also he cutt the call before I ask further information.

I am worried a lot like why the support people like this in this Toll even the vehicle is five minutes distance from the Toll.

Kindly take some necessary action and give some warning to them to do not avoid or ignore from next time. Also educate them like how could responsibly take care when someone ask for the support.

I strongly believe this complaint will do some change positively.
