As per doctor prescription gopalapatnam branch has to made tests. But they made tests 1 instead of 2 on 21 sep. I made complaint on 22 sep through mail with full details.

Since then your executives made calls to me enquiring about what was happened.
Is there any action taken on this complaint or the executives are making calls for any other purpose.

Can i expect the action taken on this complaint.

    Army canteen facility is one of the best honor to the defense personnel's provided by the nation.

    However it was observed the staffs (Especially the asst manager in charge) was quite rude. Instead of helping the old & weak individuals they command in loud voice. For eg - my mother is scared & tries to avoid the groceries section.

    I was there to help her as she had some medical issues & was dumbstruck by the manner in which they treat the personnel's at the store.
    Request that some steps are taken to ease the individuals in choosing the items they need to buy, as they have no choice but pick whatever is available without any proper inspection.

    Also needless to say any good items are never in stock. It was noticed few service men travel all the way from remote corner & end up going empty handed or part of their quota eg - liquor section not in stock, hence half the quota was served, so they have to make another trip adding to the cost which makes no sense buying the discount offered.
    When pointed out they were quiet annoyed & abused in loud voice.

    I lost my father in year 2016 nov - few days before in oct 16 (He was suffering from heart disease) we faced similar situation at the canteen facility in virajpet (Where the same asst manager was present).

    Point to be highlighted is to provide a humble, sincere & helpful environment to the service personnel or their representative who suffer from health issues not make it a battle ground to the people waiting in queue & tensed.

    After giving warning also he is continously abusing her.

      There is no street light and no sweeper come to this lane

        My payment for ht coupons has long been cashed on receipt number 10002737 but the coupons have not been delivered. Every time on checking at[protected], the regular reply is under process, besides them not picking phone most of times. Today were more than 10 attempts. Last month i had to pay cash. Kindly act fast. More than a month, complaint is pending and my last calling was on 11 sept. Should it take so long, if so the process need to be designed consumer friendly.

          Today dated 22nd september there is rain in amritsar. We are residing in amritsar kabir park area where there is no chambers for waste water we are facing sewerage problem and there is 2 feet water in our houses. We are paying property tax for the lavish life of our ministers and officers. Please remember there is god also will not forgive for this negligence. So do the needful.

                I am happy with Airtel when I ported from reliance few year back expecting much from you I continued with 4G sim card but I feel I made mistake I could select other network for the browser I residing in Karnataka mysuru where I get poor Network. I was in Telangana where I was not getting proper network present for few days I am in jharkand jamshedpur being a well built city here too very poor Network I am very sad about you.                     I went to withdraw cash from ubi atm located at keota, latbagan, sahaganj, hooghly, 712104 on 01.09.2018 at 1921 hrs via txn no. 111890, resp no. 8, a/c no.[protected]. But cash did not come out from atm machine, but receipt came out in which it is written "sorry for inconvenience. Transaction timed out. Please contact bank. But i sorry to say amt rs. 20000 is debited from my account. Please do needful action.

                      The park near house no 423 to 434, sector 51, gurgaon is not maintained for kids and family members to access. Malli is appointed by rwa however still lot of wild plants grow and the cutting of grass and trees are not done timely which leads to insects. The interest of the children playing in the park is not appreciated as there is no swing applied. Also there are many manhole open in park which is risky for small kids. Old people cannot walk inside the park as the condition of park ground is not good. We are living here more than 2years and facing challenge in accessing the park. So request you to please take necessary action to get this park maintained and to ensure that swings be put for kids.
                      Nearly two months ago road wideing has happened in new hafizpet they informed with in 10 days the new road will be done but two months passed no action till now, please look into this matter as this road connectivity to hitech city.

                        Hi,

                        Its becoming an increasing trend with Ola and Uber cab drivers refusing to come once the booking is confirmed. They call the customers to check the drop location and if its a place they don't want to travel then the pick up is immediately cancelled. Ola also has another concern where cab drivers refuse trips if the customer pays through Ola wallet and ultimately its becoming a harassment for customers. If Ola and Uber cannot take strict action on such drivers by imposing hevy penalty then I think they should be banned from providing service as they have no rights to create conjestion on the roads at the cost of customers paying a heavy price to travel. Drivers in Ola and Uber are behaving like the autorickshaw drivers in Bangalore. If this is customer service they are committed to I think the government should intervene and ban such money making institutions who don't care about customer concerns.

When i met with owner to final date to enter house, discussion was not succes full due to arrogance of house owner. I thought before entering into house this arrogance then later point it's difficult tolerate if some thing is there so avoided home. Now he is not returning advance token money.

                          How to proceed further, to get money.

                            Irctc retiring room cancellation refund amount has not yet been credited since 07/08/2018 vide pnr no [protected] for 20 days in spite of requesting several times through email to all irctc gmails and by telephone. Pl do the needful action having disappointed. I had booked retiring room for bhubaneswar rly stn. For 13/08/18 and 14/08/18 (2days) on 03/08/18, due to some problem, i cancelled the same on 07/08/2018. After 20 days passed, refund amount has not yet been credited.                               I had a 15 years old papri tree in front of my plot. A neighbor shri ashok kumar, living just opposite my plot chopped down the said tree on 22/08/18, just to carve out parking space for his motor car. Obviously, he did it without my consent or permission for the act.

                                First time i bought from shoponn.in my order id: orn[protected] for automatic perfume dispenser which is at very low price. Order was placed on tuesday, august 14 2018 04:38 pm but after 5 days still goods not dispatched. When it will be dispatched? After dispatch courier will take time. Whether seller will send it or they are cheating? Seller's name shows "7 oversea's" nowhere in website any trace available about such name as seller. I think this is cheating.
                                There is no electricity since 20.08.18 night at first floor 112 B pandey layout, khamla, NAGPUR. Whereas in all surrounding areas there is no powercut. kindly set it right immediately.
                                My wife's Airtel Mobile SIM was rejected a few days back. I approached local dealer for replacement. He is asking Rs. 100/- for replacement. Is it OK?

                                  14th Aug I saw Municipality people were planting Plants & fencing them. I support Afforestation & live here permanently so can take care of such Plant/Tree well. Those Municipality people suggested to ask Ramesh (Rajulu) who is a Vizianagaram Municipality Employee & lives just in front of our house. He said his wife threw away all the Saplings (stocked by Municipality people) & there are no more Fences available with Municipality.                                     Dear sirs, we had a nice reliance fresh outlet in thakur complex kandivali e few years back and it was closed down due to mismanagement (I believe).

                                    This is a huge housing complex, lot of people were very happy and benefited relieved from street vendors who were overcharging. Now we are depending on d mart at thakur village which is too crowded and they are minting. Now they hv changed their timing fm 7.30 am till 10.30 pm.

                                    There are lot of empty properties in complex and appreciate i[censored] pl restart asap. This is festive season and the outlet wl do extremely good if well managed.
                                    Can somebody push yr management and restart reliance fresh at thakur complex urgent pl. Many thanks.

                                      I have found out Bajaj fin serv number from Google and made a call to customer care number for enquiring my eligibility for applying consumer loan from Bajaj fin serv. One executive whose name what was he told was Mr. Mishra. He asked from me my credit card details to verify my profile. I gave card number ccv expiry date as required by him from me. Then I received from SBI OTP. But he has told me that he has sent a number and requested me to read out the number. On doubt I enquired his bonafidality. He again asked me to read out another msg sent by him. I saw it was also an OTP from SBI . A sum of rs 24999.00 was shown as trxn for which OTP was sent by SBI. But the guy told me it was from Bajaj fin serv verification number. I after disconnecting the phone called SBI to deactivate my card .
                                      After deactivated my card I called him again and he used at me some derogatory remarks and called as Rascal.
                                      I feared with finder of Bajaj.
                                      But a nonsensical thing I noticed that there is no way provided by Bajaj fin serv to make complaints by a new customer because all customer care number which I called subsequently insisted upon only registered phone number only. My phone number is not a registered one.

                                        The flight was rescheduled on 23july, 2018 at 14.30 pm without informing me.
                                        A simple email was sent regarding the rescheduled time. No telephonic call
                                        Nor any sms or information through what's app or through any other medium
                                        Was provided. Hence, without any information of rescheduled time i missed
                                        The flight though i was in time as per as original information (16.10). I
                                        Missed a very important work. I request you to kindly look into the issue
                                        And refund my full money. It is the duty of service provider to inform
                                        Passengers if any such reschedule take place much before the departure
                                        Time. Simply writing a single mail is not sufficient.

                                        The issue is not resolved. I dnt know why the status is showing resolved. Goair refused to pay back my money, instead they are putting their blame on customer. I request consumer complaint department to inquire into the matter and provide justice to the customer

                                              Sir, i am fanish chaturvedi pan card no adhpc3662q. Last year and this year during preparation on my it returns my ca informed me that as per form 26a i have an account with allahabad bank, which i have never had. Last year i tried to find in which branch of allahabad bank someone else has created account in my name, i failed to get any information on this. I suspect that someone is trying to misuse my name. Please help me to find out what n where's wrong.

                                                Through this forum, I want to complaint of the fraud on OLX by the person named Fekir Ramon as told by the buyer on WhatsApp no: +[protected].
                                                I had put an ad on OLX to sell Rolex watch (my watch that I didn’t use & it is worth a lakh, was selling it for half rate cos I was badly in need of money).
                                                This person fakir said he is from Canada & he is buying this watch for his son who is in banglore. He asked me to courier it to the following address
                                                Hammed Soman, 7th cross, Kullappa Circle, Kammanahalli, Banglore Nehru Road, Chkkana Layout, Near Mary statue, Kullappa circle, Bengaluru-560033, Karnataka. Mob: +91 [protected].
                                                I asked him to deposit the amount in my savings account in SBI. He mailed me the transaction of the amount Rs. 50, 000/-. And told me that when you mail the receipt of the courier to the bank, the Royal Bank of Canada will release the amount, but after two days I again asked Fakir that my payment has not been credited yet, then he responded that the policies of the Royal Bank of Canada has changed & they have asked me to deposit Rs.15000/- more as the minimum limit to transfer is 65000/- 15000 to be transferred to Fakir Ramon address in Canada through Money gram& to send the receipt to the Royal bank of Canada & the will release the total amount of 65000 in my account which I have provided. I refused to do so & asked him to transfer the total amount but he goes on refusing saying bank won’t return the money to me to authorize any other transaction, so u have to do what the bank has asked you to do.
                                                I shall be highly obliged if anyone can help me to recover my money & make culprit to have punishment for the Breach of Trust. also let this be an awareness to others .

                                                But before shipping my item i checked online and found this post.
                                                Thanks for posting this and saving me from the scam.
                                                As for the scammer himself, i suggest we visit the spots he mentioned to you and me, as there must be someone there recieving these courier.
                                                We must take action against this guy.
                                                Thanks Buddy for Post, Same happened with me today. I was lucky to find this post while searching with Name he mentioned. He had asked to courier the parcel for below mentioned address. Definitely action needs to be taken on him before he fools others.

                                                    I had gone to reliance fresh outlet at salunkhe Vihar road, pune on 7 July 2018 and purchased Amul masti butter milk packet. When I opened the package of Amul masti butter milk and child drank it, he started vomiting and then I also drank to taste, it was having very bad smell and taste was horrible. The manufacturing date was March 2018.
                                                    I went to reliance fresh to compliant, but they told that all products of March 2018 are sold out and they were not ready to take compliant.
                                                    But I gave the compliant in one of the book kept at counter.
                                                    I request reliance fresh not to play with the health of people.
                                                    Finally they gave me another Amul masti butter milk of April month 2018.
