I received one parcel from Mr. Davis Joseph his mobile number [protected], +[protected], through John good shipping company united kingdom. Consignor shipper account number is 6029E and send the parcel receipt via global express courier, 411, Brisbane street, Houston, Texas 700064. When i contact that courier company he simply said i want to pay 1, 66, 518.55. Some staff of this courier company shared this information to their friends in India one Mr. Ajay shah, his mobile number is [protected], [protected], [protected], and one Mr. Rohit wagh his mobile number is [protected], and one Mr Daniel abiya his mobile number is [protected], [protected] all are residing at Mumbai particularly Mr. Ajay shah is a chartered accountant his office is function at 14, Kailash mansion, agarkar road, dombivilli east, Kalman, Maharashtra. these peoples are formed one group headed by one Mr. Dinesh Upadhyaya. They cheated nearly 18, 00, 000/-INR from me through different bank account number .kindly suggest me what i want to do

I am a regular returning customer of VLCC various weight management programmes.I booked an appointment at VLCC, Marine drive, Mumbai centre at 0930 hrs on 28.07.2022. I reached there exactly at 0930 but no one was present.As it was office time for me also, I could hardly afford to wait for 20 minutes ( as we were asked).I, alongwith my wife came back unattended and carrying a bad experience of an institute, which we had always held in high esteem due to its high standards of professionalism.Would like to shift to other options available now.Thanks

Switching off the main for personal requirements

Hi, this is to inform you that at our location individuals are switching off the main (main supply of electricity to more than 10-15 houses) for personal requirements such as cutting trees, fixing damaged devices at their house and also if there is any fluctuation of electricity instead of contacting EB they themselves are hitting the transformer using long stick to fix this. By doing so this issue can be fixed temporarily but this may cause serious issue some other day and by handling the transformer carelessly without any experience this may also cause harm to people please look into it and send a commission to make inspection on the same. It's not an individual issue but it's for the sake of public interest. Also without any prior information from EB they are switching off the main for a complete day this is being happening for a week

I tried to fill the pan application through the nsdl website and selected the e-sign verification process. after filling in all the required details it took me to the payment page and I have made my payment of Rs.106.90 using Paytm.
The payment got deducted and it took me to 'your request cannot be processed, please try after some time. I am not able to proceed further.

Irregular water supply and deviated response by the valve man on a regular basis.

Subject: water supply at the mercy by the valve man.
Practically, on a very regular basis we are at the mercy of the valve man. In fact the BWSSB ( High grounds) office personnel are very receptive and respond to the query concerned. We have Mr. Mahesh, AEE the officer concerned perfect, receptive and solves the problems if any in a jiffy.
I request your kind self to kindly to instruct the area designated valve man to be evasive but be more responsible to his duties.
Could you kindly intervene and straighten the valve man and respect his duties so that problems prevailing can be sorted out amicably.

I would like to draw your kind attention towards encroachments croped by one of the owner of Green valley society behind my row house E7 kharghar sector 12.
Mr Prabhakar who is the owner has constructed a perpendicilar wall touching my back boundry wall and covered the top area with PVC & M.S grid work roof. He has directed the slope of the roof on my boundry peripheri wall.
My say is as follows
1. He has enchroached the space given for seawage drainage & rainwater flow.
2. He has blocked excess for emergency escape and movement of fire fighter in case of fire.
3. He has sort of amalgamated his area with my row house area.
I have been requesting him to remove his wall and roof covering immediately since the slope of the roof is touching my wall and the rain water falling on the roof is directly hitting my boundry wall. The seepage has spread on the entire wall damaged my interiors.
It is very important to take early action so that encroachment of the "no mans land" ( space left between both the plots) can be demolished and cleanliness / ventilation, law and Order & emergency fire excess can be maintained in a good society developed by CIDCO.

Customer care executive attitude
I called CC to raise a complaint against sewing machine. An executive named SANTOSH attended my call, spoke telugu and asked me to specify the model name. I was unsure about the model and said "Janome" "Wonderstitch... i am not exactly sure".
He, in a very rude tone was telling me that I had to pay rs 2000/- if the model I mentioned is wrong during the home visit!
He could have helped me find which model it is or could have said politely that it is not possible to raise a complaint without knowing the exact model.
I have been decently speaking to him and i expect the same response from a CC executive.

Unauthorised construction penalty in Property tax
I have a flat bearing Assessment no:[protected] under revenue ward 13, Zone 9. In recent revision of property tax calculation Unauthorised construction penalty was imposed.
We have Occupancy certificate in 2016 and the same was submitted to avoid penalty in year 2016 it self. In the same apartment some falts are getting this penalty and some are not. Please rectify it.
Every time we can not roam aroud offices for their mistakes.

Service for housing loan
*My name is Zaffar Anwar, I bought housing loan in IDBI last month, from the day the loan got sanction, the support from the point of contact became zero, even before its not great but at least they are reachable and now many of them is not answering our calls.
*Its been a month but still we haven't receive our sale deed and MOD copy from bank, they are making us to visit the branch frequently and issued the same copy we provided them at the time of loan request(completely useless).
*Vijayroshan, the person who came to handover the cheque has demanded for extra money when we already paid in register office and now I don't have any idea, how it has been processed without any extra amount.
*Worst service I have ever seen and received in any private banks, still I haven't get my copies and interest started to get deducted.

Please send somebody to catch these dogs at the earliest before it bits anybody's leg. Everyday we are coming out with fear to walk in the street.

I purchased a khaitan cooler from Dehradun suburb Premnagar, dealer name is Riddhi electronics, Premnagar, on 14th June 2021 but today when water was being fed by pipe it was broken its bottom from the center near the wheel,
I think it is a design problem or something else, it was an expensive product for me but now is as a waste, sir i would like draw your attention on this problem,
now I want your response on this major problem, its bottom is made from the light weight plastic having not much strength to sustain the water force or something else. please assist me and inspect its body, other things are woring but water tank is broken near the central wheel.

FYI, the below notification received. But the problem is not fixed and nobody visited the location. Still issue persist unattended and drainage overflowing at colony road manual.
Not happy with the update sent on service provided and it creates unhealthy impression.
Kindly look into it immediately and resolve the problem.

Unsafe construction of individual house in a residential lay out.
An individual house construction (3 level building) going on next to my door. The construction look unscientific and unsafe not only for the owner(aged couple) but also for near by homes. Understand that the building contractor is cheating the owners who are senior citizens.

Unjustified penalty
Dear Sir,
My name is Sankaramoorthy A. On 11.05.2022, at 10..35 hrs, I have requested for 2 return tickets (one for me and another one for my Daughter Mrs. Subbulakshmi M) at the Maraimalai Nagar Railway station to go to Beach Station by giving 30 rupees for each ticket. We commenced our journey by 10.50 hrs. On the way, unexpectedly for an medical emergency, we have been forced to get down at Tambaram Sanatorium station. After medical treatment, again we picked another local train at the same station and at 14.30 hrs, we reached our destination Beach Station A ticket checking officer checked our tickets and asked to pay the penalty of 265 rupees from each o[censored]s as a total amount of 530 rupees. Though we explained in detail everything, she accused us to pay the penalty by mentioning the following reasons.
01. She told us that we have taken the ticket at 10 hrs (but we bought the ticket exactly at 10.35 hrs at the Maraimalai Nagar counter) by showing the seal on the ticket (manual )as just 10 (there is no mentioning of "HRS") and since we reached the destination after 4 hrs and 30 minutes and I should have reached there within 1 hr.
02. And she accused us that we should reach only the destination compulsorily without getting down into any other IN BETWEEN stations at any cause within the stipulated time and it is offence against the Indian Railways Rules.
I requested her in a polite way to show us if they have any written instructions with her for justifying this as a real offence but she had no proper reply and continuously forced us to pay the penalty.
Then I myself checked in the railway related websites and I explained her the following points
01. Within one hr after taking the ticket, we must have to commence the journey and we have bought the ticket at 10.35 and by 10.50 hrs, we went inside the train.
02. The return ticket is valid up to midnight on 12.05.2022 but we reached the destination point at 14.30 hrs on 11.05.2022 itself.
03. In the penalty lists which were mentioned in the Indian Railways websites, have not the particular offence.
Though after explaining the above points, she was not ready to hear and was not ready to show me the proof or justification in written format and she repeatedly told that the ticket was expired and we must have to pay the penalty.
Since we had some important personal works and also to maintain our dignity in that place where lot of passengers there were viewing us accused, we paid the penalty and left that place.
We kindly request you to go through this issue and we believe that we will get proper proof and justice soon.

We commenced our journey by 10.50 hrs. On the way, unexpectedly for an medical emergency, we have been forced to get down at Tambaram Sanatorium station. After medical treatment, again we picked another local train at the same station and at 14.30 hrs, we reached our destination Beach Station A ticket checking officer checked our tickets and asked to pay the penalty of 265 rupees from each o[censored]s as a total amount of 530 rupees. Though we explained in detail everything, she accused us to pay the penalty by mentioning the following reasons.
01. She told us that we have taken the ticket at 10 hrs (but we bought the ticket exactly at 10.35 hrs at the Maraimalai Nagar counter) by showing the seal on the ticket (manual )as just 10 (there is no mentioning of "HRS") and since we reached the destination after 4 hrs and 30 minutes and I should have reached there within 1 hr.
02. And she accused us that we should reach only the destination compulsorily without getting down into any other IN BETWEEN stations at any cause within the stipulated time and it is offence against the Indian Railways Rules.
I requested her in a polite way to show us if they have any written instructions with her for justifying this as a real offence but she had no proper reply and continuously forced us to pay the penalty.
Then I myself checked in the railway related websites and I explained her the following points
01. Within one hr after taking the ticket, we must have to commence the journey and we have bought the ticket at 10.35 and by 10.50 hrs, we went inside the train.
02. The return ticket is valid up to midnight on 12.05.2022 but we reached the destination point at 14.30 hrs on 11.05.2022 itself.
03. In the penalty lists which were mentioned in the Indian Railways websites, have not the particular offence.
Though after explaining the above points, she was not ready to hear and was not ready to show me the proof or justification in written format and she repeatedly told that the ticket was expired and we must have to pay the penalty.
Since we had some important personal works and also to maintain our dignity in that place where lot of passengers there were viewing us accused, we paid the penalty and left that place.
We kindly request you to go through this issue and we believe that we will get proper proof and justice soon.

Requirement for Thai Pass not provided by GO FLY

My Family (4 Passengers) were scheduled to travel on GO First flight GA8 25 from Mumbai - Bangkok on 23rd May, 2022 and return on 27th May, 2022, this was our first flight post covid. As we were checking in at the counters at CSIA Mumbai for the given flight, we were informed there that we had to have "THAI PASS" for our travel to Bangkok as it was Mandatory by the government of Thailand. We tried our best to obtain the Thai Pass through our Mobile Phones but to no avail. We were at the risk of losing the amount of cost of the flight. Hence the counter staff offered to revalidate our tickets for the next day for which the substantial sum was charged to us INR. 40 K.
We were also not informed that this Thai Pass are freely available on the Govt of Thailand Websites as a result my family and other passengers ended up paying INR 6 K per ticket to obtain these Thai Passes. In the bargain we also lost our Money on account of missing the connecting flight on reaching Bangkok airport. The amount of money we lost was INR 31 K.
Being aggrieved, it was the primary duty of the Airline to inform the passengers well in advance about the Government rules and regulations of the visiting country so as to not cause any inconvenience, hardships, mental sufferings, and agony to the passengers especially those who are travelling for the first time after COVID.
There was no help or assistance from any of the airline staff but instead they capitalized on our ignorance and extracted money for altering the tickets.
It is therefore requested that such type of shameful incidents do not be repeated again. It is the moral duty of the airlines to inform the passengers well in advance about the rules and regulations.

sir, i am having five different airtel connections in the home. All are working well except for the mobile phones. The signal is poor to the extent that only missed call note is received.
No speech is received after the ring tone is attended.
I have raised this issue with customer service multiple times.
Years have passed. But no resolution.
I thougyht to get this background to your notice for a resolution at your earliest, else i may have to opt for other service!
i am sure i will not be disappointed!
