Someone from Dhani App had visited my residence address regarding the recovery of the loan amount. I was shocked as I did not apply for any loan amount through the company.
When I checked the CIBIL report I can the loan amount of 100 rupees has been credited which is effected my CIBIL score.

I have not requested any loan anything on the Dhani app. I have signed up for a medicine order but no I can see my credit score showing I have a loan in the amount of 100 Rs from IVL FINANCE LTD.

Requesting the team kindly take immediate action since it's impacting the finance-related issues.

I have never taken any personal loan from your entity. Yet it is reflecting on my credit report that I had taken a loan of INR 15000 from you guys and had made one emi payment, failed on second. I have never taken any loan.

I'm attaching these screenshots, resolve this asap or else I will take this to RBI Ombudsman.

They theft my personal data and assigned a personal loan automatically without my consent. They couldn't get the correct mobile number though. They also claimed that the loan has been assigned based on OTP while the number they with them is already doesn't exist. Fraud company.

I have made all my payment, still the loan is showing active in my CIBIL and the loan account is not being closed.

associated With them
But my CIBIL report is showing that there are loans of me in ivl finance Ltd

Please help by resolving this issue

Fraud personal loan of IVL Private LTD has been passed which is linked to my PAN number but the name and phone number are different. I have filed an FIR and also registered a complaint in cyber cell. Also your phone numbers doesn't works. I want to notify you for the fraud personal loan but your numbers doesn't work. So kindly get back to me as soon as possible and stop any applications linked to my PAN. I will not be responsible for any future frauds/discrepancy.
