why displayed in my cibil report.

Dear sir/ma'am

My name is sudipta chaudhuri and my cibl report shows that i have taken some loan from ivl finance ltd. I found this issue as i had applied for a personal loan in axis bank and i was shocked to see 11 emi defaulted on my cibil report from this bank for a loan which i have not applied nor did i receive. I tried to reach their customer service desk but no response.
This is a clear case of identity theft...

Brief of my case, how ivl finance ltd (Indiabulls) had proceed my case and how much financial losses i had beard

In the month of june 2018 my file had been logged in system of mithakhali branch of ahmedabad (Guj) and same got sanctioned in the month of july 2018 and the conditioned was

Loan amount 2, 15, 25, 000
Loan tenure 180 month
Rate of interest offered was 9.75%

Ivl finance... Indiabulls has provided false information to credit bureau this has affected my credit history and my credit score has declined it shows that i have applied for a personal loan and another credit bureau shows that i have applied for a business loan from ivl finance which is completely wrong as i have not applied any loan from this finance institution it has affected my credit score......

As i could i noticed that my pan is been miss used by ivl finance ltd by applying loan of around 14, 00, 000, however i didn't applied any such amount as i had recently applied only for 200, 000 but it is showing as 14, 00, 000, kindly suggest how should i get safe from this frauds.

Please request you to help me with this as in future my pan shouldn't miss used by anyone....
