I am already paying my all due on the Dhani app and still reflect on the cibil report that the loan is active, But already the customer support team told me that no one loan is active on the system. I have attached the mail screenshot.

I don't know which loan I have taken before as my mobile number has been changed six months before. Yesterday I was checking my cibil and I found a loan from ivl finance limited was fleshing and affecting my cibil as well.
Its my heartily request please find my records if there any loan on my account. Which I forgot to pay. Waiting for your reply

I have never taken any personal loan from this or any other company but still, my credit score, it is showing a loan of 15, 000. this is total fraudulent activity by the company. the details mentioned for the loan amount are all fake (email-id, phone number, address)

I have never apply for the personal loan with this company even with any of the company but it showing a personal loan on my name from this company. This is totally fraud from this company

Recently, I checked for my cibil score and got into notice that IVL Finance Ltd. company has sanctioned a loan of Rs.10, 000. I have never applied for any loan in this firm. They stole my data, specifically my PAN. The address mentioned, contact number and the date of birth are not mine. This has dropped my cibil score drastically.
IVL Finance is a fraud company. I have Google searched it and they did such frauds with others as well.

Loan of 25000 rupees showing agains me in cibil report but actually i have not taken any loan and even not applied from ivl finance ltd. Due to incorrect updation my cibil score is droping and showing 25000 rupees overdue since 98 days . Check the lapses by Dhani bank as showing in cibil.
This is for information and necessary action please.

I've taken loan through Dhani app & cleared it all timely and still after 1 year later it shows active account plus loan usage in my cibil data.. Hence my cibil score going down for it.
