Jakhauli Toll Plaza Complaints & Reviews

I had entered from Ghaziabad yesterday and left Eastern Peripheral at Kundli after passing Jakhauli Toll Plaza. Now I received a message of deduction of 265 rs. Instead of Rs. 90. Many users had submitted such complaints and thus need to be rectified at the earliest.

I am Kaurna, and my vehicle number is HR05AY4881, wrong deducted toll tax Rs.265/- instead Rs 90/- from my PAYTM Fast tag. The message details are as under.:

My car regn no. Is UP14DH 7607. I entered EPE yesterday (17.Jun.2022) from Ghaziabad and exited at Jakhauli Toll plaza at 20:50. For travelling through EPE on this stretch Rs. 90 should have been deducted from my Fastag Card, but Rs. 265 was deducted which is totally wrong and much higher amount.

Please refund Rs.[protected] to my Fastag account because it was incorrectly charged.

On 3rd of June at 7.02 am when my car cross this till till plaza they deducted a amount of 265 rs from my wallet actual charged is nearly 80 rs hardly.
After complaining to my fastag bank and consumer compalint but no action can be taken.

I travelled from crossing republic, ghaziabad to Kurukshetra and crossed Jakhauli Toll plaza at 8.13 am on June 13, 2022...they deducted Rs 265 from Paytm Fastag instead of Rs 90.

Vehicle no HR 26 BF 8782. I wanted to travel from Sonipat to Gurgaon via Western Peripheral however I mistakenly started from Eastern Peripheral. But took a U-turn after crossing First Toll Plaza. And got a message of INR 265. Which is too high for a short distance. So kindly check and refund accordingly.

Wrong toll tax deduction!

I am Mohit Kumar and my vehicle number is HR79D2461. Yesterday (07 June 2022 at 02:09:18 PM), I passed through Jakhauli Toll Plaza and they have deducted 265 Rs. from my FASTAG account but my actual toll amount is to deduct is 90 Rs.

Please enquire and refund my amount that they have deducted apart from the actual toll.

Aman this side. I have travelled through EPE twice in last ten days. There’s been an incident of higher toll collected twice at Jakhauli toll plaza. My vehicle details are DL4CAN6699. Transaction details are below:

Total amount deducted was 265 rs both the times. It should have been 90 I believe as per what it is.
So ask is to refund (265-90)*2= 350 to my fast tag account. Or whatever is the amount as per actual toll charge.

My vehicle number is UP14DS3915, on 05- May-2022, I entered eastern peripheral expressway from Ghaziabad and traveling to Sonepat. I got message on 05- May-2022 deducted toll tax of Rs.265/- at Main Plaza Village Jakhauli with Transaction reference number FT[protected]. This is not appreciated by toll plaza.

So kindly refund the extra amount.

I got message on 06- May-2022 deducted toll tax of Rs.265/- at Main Plaza Village Jakhauli with Transaction reference number 0010022206061843106373. This is not appreciated by toll plaza.
So that kindly refunds the extra amount which is wrongly deducted from my Fast tag.

My CAR HR02AE8745 has crossed from Jakhauli Toll on 03-06-22 at 7:42 So Toll amount has been deducted 265 instead of 90.

Kindly refund my excess amount ASAP

HR32E6314 CAR NUMBER CROSSED THE PLAZA ON DATE 3RD JUNE 2022 AT 7.02 AM . TOLL AMOUNT TO BE DEDUCTED NEARLY 100 rs but amount to be deducted from my fastag is 265 rs. Please refund my balance amount ASAP.

The actual deduction should not be more than. Rs.115

I was charged 265 rs at Jakhauli toll plaza instead of Rs.30.

I received a slip of entry during the entry to the western peripheral expressway. At Jakhauli toll plaza I was told that Rs.30 will be deducted. However, I got message of Rs.265 deduction.

I have seen A LOT of complaints of this toll plaza.

Please refund my money into my fast tag wallet.

2 days later on 30th May 2022 I received the text message that Rs.265 were deducted for toll on Main Plaza Village, Jakhauli which is so wrong and thief work. It shouldn't have been this much. There are so many complaints on this platform saying the same thing.

Please fix it and refund my amount as soon as possible and impose proper penalty on this toll plaza as they are charging wrong to each car passing through.
