I am Gautam Pahwa, and my vehicle number is UK 14C 2591, wrongful deducted toll tax Rs.160/- instead Rs.90/- from my Fast tag. The message details are as under.:

INR 160 toll debited from Tag 3XXXBF00 for vehicle no. UK14C2591 AT Main Plaza Village Jakhauli on 22/04/22 18:53. Avbl Bal INR275. IDFC FIRST Bank

So that kindly refund of Rs.70/- in my Fast tag accordingly. Thank You

So that kindly refund extra amount in my Fast tag accordingly asap.

So that kindly refund of Rs.150/- in my Fast tag accordingly

My car number is HR06AB1860, swift dezire. I am travelling from ghaziabad to Panipat and in transit i have passed from jakhauli toll plaza. toll deducted rs 240/- from my paytm wallet, while correct toll should be 90 or less.

As a customer when in inquired about the break up high charges she started shouting that she is charging reasonable . She stood from her seat and became violent on me. Such people should not be mad to sit at customer facing seats . I need action else will report to media and to Yogi . I am part of media . Looking forward for ur action and revert

There should have been a deduction of Rs..90/-.. Kindly get this corrected & issue the refund of Rs 150/- to my account.

I am Jitendra nagar, approaching you to seek help for reimbursement of extra toll charges for which I have registered a complaint ticket with paytm, id-[protected] for my vehicle - UP16BQ5711, dated Feb 6, 2022. This is regarding WRONGFUL deduction of the amount 240 at toll charges for Main Plaza Village Jakhauli txn ref no. 0010012202061137428883, dated 5th February 2022 at 10:49am. I got deducted on February 6 11:37am, and I duly registered a complaint at 6/02/2022, and provided all the required details. But there has been no resolve to my complaint and it has been resolved according to them. My FASTag Id:34161FA820328E400FEE40E0, Wallet Transaction ID:20220206111212800110168185400857955 . Rs 240 has been deducted from my fastag at Jakhauli Toll plaza but already the respective amount deducted from my fastag. My Vehicle Number is UP14ER6771.
Please look into the issue on priority basis.

Jakhauli Toll Plaza — WRONGFUL Deduction, Hi I am approaching you to seek help for reimbursement of extra toll charges. This is regarding WRONGFUL deduction of the amount 25 at toll charges for Main Plaza Village Jakhauli dated 4th Sep 2021 at 5.22 pm. Toll was closed from backend and they still charged me money by deducting it from fast tag.

I am Manoj Kumar, approaching you to seek help for reimbursement of extra toll charges for which I have registered a complaint (NO[protected] for my vehicle - UP16BC3886, dated March 21, 2021. This is regarding WRONGFUL deduction of the amount 375 at toll charges for Main Plaza Village Jakhauli txn ref no. 881615540364871638579P, dated 12th March 2021 at 5.06 am. I got the message on March 16, and I duly registered a complaint[protected] at 14:55, 17/03/2021], and provided all the required details on the given Whatsapp NO. I was shocked that the earlier complaint was closed without any reason. I will appreciate if you could help to reimburse the amount at the earliest. I am also seeing that in fact, 490 rupees, NOT only 375 has been deducted from my fast tag account. Please resolve it. Regards, Manoj Kumar
