I purchase the jeep compass in jan, 2019 pertrol at. (Up 12ay 0775)
In few months it have so many problems like horn not working, average is to low (7.50/ km), a c not working properly and even centre lock not working, i have a very bad experience with the jeep india. & big problem from my city the jeep showroom is so far i can’t visit again & again to the service center.

    I gave my jeep compass for bodyshop and they found that i have to change the right front door, first they dont have any parts available in workshop, even bumpers or name stickers at first they told me to deliver on 10th days, and they never inform me for the status of work, even if i ring they dont pick up calls. On twelfth day i went to workshop and they told that they had wrong ordered the door and received the back door. Now they are telling that they are again ordering for front right door.
    I guess now i will receive my car after 30 days.in fact had lodged complaint in call center also but they are so stubborn and rude worthless service that i would suggest nobody to buy this brand of vehicle, for the information the workshop is in city ranchi jharkhand

      I have purchased jeep compass in 2018 jan. It is been less than 18month and we have a battery problem. It is weird to have such problem in a so called premium suv like jeep. Are they using sub standard battery. I recommend not to buy this substandard jeep compass. For the cost i invested in jeep compass i could have bought 3 sedan. I took a wrong decision.

        We havebooked the car 25 days back and were promised to give the car within weeks time. after doing all bank formalities and loan approvals it was promised to deliver the car within 3 days again 10 days are passed and they do not have any confirmation of delivery. when we told we donot want the car now as you have delayed it too much, they said we have to pay processing charges which is unfair as the delay is from their side. can we take any action against them

          I am a jeep compass user since march 2018. Initially after couple of days of purchase i started finding the clutch was too hard. After complaining to service centre, they informed that its the company setting and all jeep vehicles have the same clutch system. But since we bought 4 vehicles at once, two of the vehicles had this issue and when showed the other two where clutch was smooth to the service centre, we were informed that they would replace the clutch at 50 % cost and they charged apron rs. 8000 per car. We did not bother about rs 8000 x 2 = rs 16000, and went ahead with the replacement. But still we feel the clutch is too hard compared to the other two vehicles. Again after aprox 1 year of purchase i am having problem with the brakes. The brake pedal quite often travels very much length to apply the brakes. I. E the vehicle stops after 5 to 6 seconds after the brake is fully applied. This is dangerous. Have taken up with the service centre and they have informed that they will replace the master brake cylinder free of cost.
          My overall impression is that fca is having a very casual approach towards customer satisfaction and are not bothered to capture the feedback of customers who have the problems. Most of the jeep owners do not complaint for minor issues as their pride of owing a jeep brand over looks these minor issues.
          I feel fca's top management should review the complaints and take action to make it a trusted brand and keep up their promise.

            I bought my jeep compass by december 2017. While i was driving on highway car suddenly stopped in the middle road with gods grace i didn't met with an accident. With some of others i managed to move the car from the road. Called for road assistance and towed my car to the service center in chennai where they diagnosed fuel pump failure and replaced with new one. From the last service i am facing lot issues with the car.
            1) rattling noise in front dash board, rattling noise in rear which was irritating while driving complained in service center which was not rectified. Still facing the same issue.
            2) two days back again car stopped in middle of the road between chennai and trichy highway which made me to wait there for 4 hours which u have to take responsible. Called for road assistance and towed back to chennai service center. If i had met with an accident on that day whose gonna be responsible. I am frequently facing this issue which was not rectified by your service team.

              This is to inform you that I am not satisfied with your company's servicing policies.The service centres doesn't even have a minute parts whenever there is any problem to fix.They always ask to park the car for 6 to 8 days as there is not even a single part is availabe at the service center..it happens with me 6 to 7 times in a year since I have purchased the car.
              The status of your company's service centers isn't satisfactory..I am very fed up of it..Kindly review my complain

                I leave my compass at skymoto workshop due to minor accident repair
                Jeep tooks 10 days to deliver new headlamp at workshop from last 25 days my car is at workshop
                Yesterday they call me for delivery of my car after 25 days. When i was reached there my car get scratch by them & my painting work not match to old color
                Is this you do with ur customer? After 25 days of delivery? Incomplete work?
                I comlain jeep india but no one give as good resopnse & took action against it still my car at workshop from last 25days

                  I'm ratheesh r, owner of jeep compass (Kl07cn3989), met with and accident on 5th march 2019, 9.30 pm and called to the 24hrs helpline number but they told it will take 2hr time to reach there with a recovery van because of huge traffic block cops called a recovery van and i took my car to the service centre as per the guidence from the service head i went to the service centre next day morning, submitted all my documents including my original driving licence. After that in the next day, i called to the service head and enquired then told me car will get within 10 days. But there is no other calls came, today, when i called he is telling it will take another 10 days... I am really worried about my car and my original driving licence. There is no information about my vehicle. Kindly help me.

Till date car can't be repaired due to non availability of spares. Till date there is no one giving the clear information on this issue.
                    The complain already registered but no use.
                    Kindly help me in this regard.

                      Past 4weeks service dealers are struggling to slove the metal noise which comes from rear or middle part car
                      Jeep india is not answering or giving any technical support to slove the issue 4th complain with the vehicle

                        Myself dr. Ajay parchased jeep cumpass from dehradun. Decmber 2018 i regularly visited jeep campass service centre for regular check up as par schedule is going to ring my first visit at 5000 km and i had a complaint of regarding malfunctioning of clutch at my first routine visit at 5000km but no solution giving to me and they told me “yeh to aise hi hoti hai”. During my first service 15000 km i again raised the same issue about malfunctioning of clutch plate but service supervisor told me that this is the problem in jeep compass & “yeh aise hi hoti hai”. No again when i visited service centre at 24, 000 km then i asked the service manager to kindly look this matter as this issue is not sorted by anyone then he told me “aapki clutch plate damage ho gayi hai, you have to change whole clutch plate system which cost around rs.50, 000. Now i want to know where is my mistake why should i pay this 50000 thousand rupees for clutch plate system which is not seen by any service supervisor during my first visit again second visit and now third visit. This is totally injustice for me
                        Kindly solve my problem. As i suffered a lot.

                          Initially in the starting i had problem with head lights they were replaced then the front wind shield wipers and next on the car tyre got busted while driving.
                          Day before yesterday while driving the car it got stopped in the night and when i called for rsa they came around 1:30 in the night they toe the car and took it to vasna ahmedabad workshop then the workshop person said me that it is company manufacturing defect.
                          Also i am attaching the call recordings in which company officials have confirmed me for the replacement at free of cost now the thing is i want only full car replacement please do it at the earliest there is wedding also at my home i want the car at the earliest. Otherwise i need to take a severe and legal action against the company now.
                          Please do it as soon as possible.

                            I had gone to the quadros jeep dealers in goa to help me with the tyre wear on the inner side of the front both wheels of my jeep compass

                            So the owner of the dealership himself told me to replace the old once with new tyres without even analysing and manually checking those wheels

                            I told them to please check my vehicle then they just said that cause of improper allignment you are facing

                            Plz look into the matter n help me sort out the same as soon possible
                            I am a jeep compass onwer please solved my clutch problem.. I go to sonipat jeep dealer their workshop manager sayas its okay if you want we change the clutch plate you pay around 26000 Rupees..

                              This email is on the behalf of mr. Mukesh kaushik, who is your current customer.

                              We bought a jeep on 24th june, 2018 (Automatic) with the hope that we shall be served well and we are buying from one of the most esteemed companies.

                              But unfortunately, we have been facing many issues since then and haven’t receive any after sale services. Please refer below to our concerns:

                              At the time of buying, we were told that car gives average of 14, but initially it gave average of 6 and now maximum average i am getting is 7.5. This was updated but the issue was never resolved.

                              We bought the luxury car because we have big professional group and was very occupied with that but even then we addressed the problems with no answer in return.

                              Hope you can understand, with high petrol prices, the only key feature for a car is good average and i am very unsatisfied in that regard.

                              Also, after 15 days of buying; the gear box of the car started giving a lot of problem. While using 2nd and 3rd gear there is a continuous voice which keeps irritating the driver.

                              Similarly, while using the staring wheel there is problem of noise while rotating the wheel.

                              Not only this, even if we move out of the car and car keys are almost 250 m away from the car, the car is still unlocked.

                              For that matter, even lights do not get off when the car is locked.

                              Lastly, while using the gear box,
                              Parking light (P)
                              Drive (D)
                              Reverse (R); the lights automatically gets close

                              This makes us doubt on all the features which were guided to us. We thought we would get all the luxuries but it seems that it was just a fascinating sale pitch.

                              We have been very busy due to professional and family reason so we expected company to help us immediately, but even after promising no body turned up for any help

                              We shall request you to replace the car so that all our queries are resolved and we can still be a dedicated client to the company.

                              Hope you can understand the list of problems we are facing and get us the required help.

                                I had purchased jeep compass 4 to 5 days ago and, i am facing problems. Yesterday while coming out from a speed breaker crossing in 1st gear then i noticed lot of smoke coming from the bonnet. I just parked the vehicle on the road. It self and called the workshop engineer, technician from jeep had come and told me that he has to take this vehicle to service station for checking.Today a guy from jeep service station called me and saying that they need to change the plate which is near about clutch plate. I have asking the reason for damage plate. They saying that you are continue drive car in 1st gear. But we have also driving the car 15 years ago.
                                So please resolve the problem in jeep compass 1st gear driving problem, because we are living in small city. So many times, face the traffic on road so I can’t drive the car in 4th and 5th gear.

                                  I changed lamps from showroom. They put led lamps even these lamps are strictly prohibited. My problem is headlights are not working properly. Even in high bim lights are only 10ft maximum. And service man has broken my lamp cap. Now i am using old lamps and company has taken rs20, 000 of led lamps. Kindly solve my problem either i will take legal action against company.

                                    I had purchased jeep compass 1 yer ago and from then only i am facing problems of ac vent smell, vaccume inside car during rainy season, i have given this car more thsn 10 times foe resolving this complaint at your autherised dealer at satara district in maharashtra state, india. During this period complaint is not resolved from your side. Let me know how jeep india is going to help me out to resolve this problem. I want to exchange this car as this problem is not resolving from your side since it is purchased. Now i dont want to resolve this problem i want a new exchange car behalf of this issue. Otherwise i will go for legal action (Go to consumer court). Before taking this legal move i am just intimating you for exchange of this car or else i will go with legal actions

                                      I have jeep compass sports. Taken infeb18.
                                      Weekly once i have to fill nytrogen in all tyres due to not maintaing pressure in all tyres. I feel quality of new tyres is poor. Product defective.. When we contact dealer engineer will some stories but i feel product of tyres defective. I heared also fro several jeep compass owners. Pl respond. Request for repalcement of all due to product defective

                                        Iam using jeep compass limited version from march'18 on wards, yesterday[protected] while coming out from a theater parking i noticed lot of smoke coming from the bonnet. I just parked the vehicle in the theater parking itself and called the road side assistance, technician from jeep had come and told me that he has to take this vehicle to service station for checking. They only towed the vehicle, i just gave my car and went by taxi. Today[protected] a guy from jeep service station called me and saying that they need to change the clutch plates as they have damaged and asked me to pay for it. I don't understand being a new vehicle (9 months old) and driven for only 11, 000 kilo meters how will this issue had come and why will owner pay for the new vehicle. I have been driving cars for almost 17 years now and had not faced any such situation with any of my cars earlier. Jeep being an american company how will they cheat like this? I will definitely go to consumer court and file a case against this company. If this is the situation for a 9 months old car then what will the fate if it becomes 3 years old or driven 30, 000 km's? Seriously a serious concern about #jeepindia, want to understand from them how will they manage this kind of service

                                          On the 11th of November 2018, while driving back home from palej to bharuch with my 10 year old son on the passenger seat, I had to go through a unimaginable situation when the passenger seat air bag system opened on its own accord, without any kind of impact or accident to the vehicle, causing injury to me & my son by the instant tightening of seat belt. once this situation had occurred the vehicle came in to stand still and its braking system were on & I was unable to start the vehicle. I called the Team Bhaskara Jeep the Authorized Dealer's for Jeep India, for assistance, in spite of my request for assistance, i had to wait in the middle of the road for 4 long hours, for the assistance to arrive, The Bhaskara Jeep Team had sent a towing vehicle with a fully drunk driver & his accomplice, while on the spot inspection done on the site, the vehicle was found without any impact or any damage on any of its outer body or vehicle. We were called o the 12th of November to the service station, where the vehicle front seat were already dismantled without any kind of intimation given to us, and the technical flaw was overturned on to the customer for his negligence in installing extra floor mat. whereas the situation requires a special inspection from the Jeep India company technical officials. But the way the wire beneath the original floor mat was not at all disturbed. So I request the authority to kindly see in to this matter at the earliest.

                                            जीप कंपनी के compass गाड़ी ख़रीदने वाले भाईयों से अनुरोध है कि ख़रीदने से पहले ये जानले की 3000 km पर egr valve ख़राब होना, अगले 5000 km पर इंजन सीज होना, ये इसकी खासियत हैं.
                                            जी हाँ, ऐसा हम नही कह रहे हैं, ऐसा सोनपुर निवासी ललित नारायण सिंह (रोहित हीरो) का कहना हैं. उन्होंने बताया कि उन्होंने 5 महीना पहले जीप compaas गाड़ी लिया था, व गत् 19 अक्तूबर को वो दिल्ली गए उसी गाड़ी से और वहाँ से वापस आने के क्रम में 20 अक्तूबर को कानपुर में उनकी नई गाड़ी जो अभी तक बमुश्किल 8000 km ही चली होंगी उसका इंजिन सीज कर गया. जिसके बाद वो उसे कानपुर में ही जीप के एजेंसि smart motors (कानपुर) के निकट खड़ा कर सपरिवार कैब से सोनपुर वापस आए.

                                            जी हाँ, ऐसा हम नही कह रहे हैं, ऐसा सोनपुर निवासी ललित नारायण सिंह (रोहित हीरो) का कहना हैं. उन्होंने बताया कि उन्होंने 5 महीना पहले जीप compaas गाड़ी लिया था, व गत् 19 अक्तूबर को वो दिल्ली गए उसी गाड़ी से और वहाँ से वापस आने के क्रम में 20 अक्तूबर को कानपुर में उनकी नई गाड़ी जो अभी तक बमुश्किल 8000 km ही चली होंगी उसका इंजिन सीज कर गया. जिसके बाद वो उसे कानपुर में ही जीप के एजेंसि Smart motors ( कानपुर ) के निकट खड़ा कर सपरिवार कैब से सोनपुर वापस आए.

                                              Dear sir/ ma’am,

                                              I purchased a jeep compass ltd optional 4x2 diesel in feb18 from landmark jeep mohan estate badarpur.
                                              The fast sticker was out of stock when i took delivery. I said i didn’t want it as it wasn’t available but was told it is mandatory and was billed and paid for it.
                                              It has now been 8 months but i haven’t received it. I have frequently sent whatsapp msgs to mr mohit but he has chosen to ignore them. I am transiting through delhi and msged mr mohit on saturday ie13oct that i would be available for 3-4 days but again no response.
                                              Fast sticker was charged rs 1000/-. The amount is not much but the attitude of a renowned company and the adverse effect on its reputation apparently does not concern the salesman.
                                              I visited the showroom a few times before i finally booked and bought the vehicle. His behaviour before i paid for the vehicle and post it was remarkably different. The new low is the indifference and no-response now.
                                              I shudder to think what would be your reaction should the jeep breakdown or create problems.
                                              Finally, the whole experience has left a disappointing taste. I wonder if jeep landmark will respond or will be happy and content by charging for something they have not delivered.

                                                Your acclaimed suv was unable to make its way through the water logging of gurgaon.
                                                I first waited for 12 hours for the tow on the 28th of august 2018 and then have waited for the last 42 days for it to be repaired.
                                                Still no communication from your team and no date of return has been communicated.
                                                The vehicle is with landmark jeep gurgaon. It seems they have no intention of fixing the vehicle and are not equipped / capable of doing so.
                                                How long will i have to wait for this to be resolved?

                                                  I recently bought the much hipped safety oriented international car jeep compass from your s g highway based concept dealer. The reason behind wiring this e-mail is to replace my faulty car with new jeep model or money in cash.

                                                  Just before few days when we were travelling on ahmedabad to surat highway your jeep compass had serious build and make issue. While the running conditions at only 90kmph the fuel pump (Diesel) started draining out heavily. But to our fortune we smelled something wrong in the car and we immediately stop it by the side of highway. While inspecting the car on the highway we have found that its fuel pump was full of leakage and the diesel was draining out fast. As you already know that i have purchased it just before 6 months and has drawn it for just about 20000 kms with all regular paid services from your dealer.

                                                  In any case your jeep compass model in india is not conforming to the safety and performance standards of international level which you try to claim in your much hipped marketing in television and other related medias. However, in that case i want full refund of my money or if you provide me enough assurance that this type of problem will not appear again in your vehicle than i shall be ready to have a new car from your company as a replacement to my existing car.

                                                  I hope that jeep india team will understand my situation as i am paying my hard earned money behind your faulty and damaged jeep compass car, i shall not be ready to collect back this faulty model from your dealership after repairs and would like to request the competent authority to provide prompt justification in my case on urgent basis. Due to your faulty model jeep compass my business plans are totally disturbed and i have already faced a moral and indirect lost of more than 1.5 lakh indian rupees during last week.

                                                  In short, i am providing you the only two options to choose from before i personally litigate you in the court of law:

                                                  1) refund my full money of jeep compass and take back your faulty vehicle.

                                                  2) replace this faulty vehicle with the new vehicle and provide me an assurance in writing that if the same problem is found (With in12 months again) in the new piece of vehicle you shall be liable to refund my full money in cash.

                                                  I am writing this letter as a formal complain to justify my stand and provide time of 5 days to your company authority before i initiate a legal procedures against your company and the dealer from where i have been made fool to purchase this faulty and damaged vehicle.

                                                  Look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.

                                                      Jeep confirmed me a test drive as i was interested in jeep compass.in the morning they didn't show up nor i received a call. When i ask the customer executive who confirmed my booking, they were cool enough to reply back saying you can choose another day slot as today we cannot give or whatever the reason.
                                                      This is what the customer service of such a reputed company is?

                                                        I had purchased jeep compass on 27.12.18 & tcs was deducted at the time of purchase by moharir autotrade pvt. Ltd., the dealer of jeep company in nasik but till date the tcs is not reflected in my account nor the company is ready to give the tcs certicate.
                                                        I doudt the company collects tcs from customer but do not deposist it in govt. Account (Income tax dept), its is embezzlement of tax collect in name of govt and not depositing it.
                                                        The due date for filling of i. T. Returns r 31.8.2018 but i am not able to take the credit of tcs collected from me.
                                                        So please help me...

                                                          I purchased Jeep Compass Limited Optional from LSC Autowheels Private Limited, Dehradun, Uttarakhand. 248002 on 17th August 2018. I am not satisfied with my purchase at all even after spending huge amount on this car. Below are the reason for the same:

                                                          1. All the lights front, back, fog lights are having moisture from the day 1. During delivery I assumed that due to car wash it is having moisture, but even after three days the moisture is not going and it is looking very weird. I did not expect to get this kind of service from such a huge brand JEEP. I am not at all satisfied with my purchase. I would not want to get it repaired rather I would need better solution for this problem. I do not want to get into the situation that the issue is repaired now and then later point in time it comes back again. I need permanent solution of this problem...it can be replacement of my car or whatever is best suited for me.

                                                          2. Another issue is the KM's shown on the meter when I took the delivery. Ideally the meter reading should not be more than 20 KM but for me the meter reading was shown as 70 km. I am not sure where was this car driven for 50 km's before delivering it to me.

                                                          I expect quick response from Jeep management and the response should address my both the concerns seriously with resolution. I do not want to mess up in these issue in future as well.

                                                            Dear sir,
                                                            I have purchased new jeep compass 10 months back.in just 4 months the clutch plates had gone and then they replaced under warranty. Now in last one month my car suddenly has stopped 4 times in the middle of the road and then does not start. I had to get it towed and sent to jeep landmark service station gurgaon. And they are saying we cannot find any fault in the car and the car is ok and starting normally and sent the car back to me. Again yesterday my car suddenly stopped in the middle of the road on gt karnal road and again it did not start again. Then i got it towed and sent it to landmark jeep service station moti nagar, new delhi. Now please help me what to do?
