I purchase the jeep compass in jan, 2019 pertrol at. (Up 12ay 0775)
In few months it have so many problems like horn not working, average is to low (7.50/ km), a c not working properly and even centre lock not working, i have a very bad experience with the jeep india. & big problem from my city the jeep showroom is so far i can’t visit again & again to the service center.

I gave my jeep compass for bodyshop and they found that i have to change the right front door, first they dont have any parts available in workshop, even bumpers or name stickers at first they told me to deliver on 10th days, and they never inform me for the status of work, even if i ring they dont pick up calls. I have purchased jeep compass in 2018 jan. It is been less than 18month and we have a battery problem. It is weird to have such problem in a so called premium suv like jeep. Jeep confirmed me a test drive as i was interested in jeep compass.in the morning they didn't show up nor i received a call. When i ask the customer executive who confirmed my booking, they were cool enough to reply back saying you can choose another day slot as today we cannot give or whatever the reason.

I had purchased jeep compass on 27.12.18 & tcs was deducted at the time of purchase by moharir autotrade pvt. Ltd., the dealer of jeep company in nasik but till date the tcs is not reflected in my account nor the company is ready to give the tcs certicate.
