faulty parts and poor mileage

I purchased jeep compass sport petrol variant in may 2018. Within 2 months the clutch has totally gone. Infact i had to get the vehicle towed to the kht yeshwantpur service station. I was informed that the clutch has worn off and has to be replaced. Even after a week i have still not got my vehicle back. Such poor quality parts they have installed in the vehicle. Just in two months how can the clutch plate get totally damaged. The mileage is also very disappointing. I am getting only 6 kms/litre

not able to rectify rattling noise on all doors

Day 1 of my ride clutch is burnt. Then after a week some minor sound came on the back door. I given service to mahadevpur service centre they took 2 days to returning back. While on retun back they given vehichle with full rattling noise on all doors... Then raised a complaint to yesvantpur branch. They minimised the rattling noise but on temporary basis... Till now not able to rectify the rattling noise from the jeep fca team...ac issue started... My vehichle is just 6 month old and not able to rectify all of my jc issues...

mileage of newly purchased jeep compass

I had raised the issue with my newly purchased jeep compass (Petrol - sports) on may 20, 2018 with the jeep showroom but haven’t received a response yet!
The issue was with the mileage of the vehicle. The arai claimed mileage is 16 to 17 kmpl whereas the actual mileage of the vehicle is only 5.7 to 5.8 kmpl. Each time i talk to the sales person at the showroom they have the same response that the mileage with drastically increase after 500 to 1000 kms. Such a drastic increase in the mileage is not possible and not practical and does not seem like an appropriate response. I seriously fear that the company has sold me a faulty vehicle and demand a replacement or refund for the vehicle.
I’ve also communicated the above to the sales person at the kht prime showroom in domlur.

repainted jeep selling as new
Today I went to X showroom of Jeep for delivery of my new Jeep Compass.
I saw minor scratches on bonnet. Then I started to check the vehicle. After opening bonnet I was shocked to see that the vehicle was repainted from inside. It suggests that the car is having damage history.
I felt like cheated.
I rejected to take the delivery of the vehicle.
What steps should I take now?

no response after taking the booking amount

I have booked jeep compass in the name of parmanand chawla since september and have been charged rs 50000 for the booking in indore (M. P). They haven’t responded a single time after that and still are not giving me the vehicle or a particular date regarding that i would like if there is some action taken towards their unprofessional behaviour. This is to inform you that your staff is very unprofessional and rude. Moreover there is also a video that is viral on YouTube where it shown that your staff has beaten the customer.plz take appropriate action against the staff.

jeep india dealer cheated
Hello sir,
Before even launching of jeep compass in india, i’d booked a car on 24th may, 2017 at concept motorcar pvt. Ltd., ahmedabad with mr. Vanraj modi along with the booking amount of rs. 1 lakh. At the time of booking, your dealer had assured the delivery by the month of august. Meanwhile i’d received a call from jeep india call centre to confirm the booking in the month of july, and they said i was among the first 100 customers to have to booked the car & so was promised that a complimentary gift would be sent to my address along with the car. But as promised, neither have i received my car nor the complimentary gift till date.in due time, my two friends, one who didn’t even book the car and one who’d booked it beforehand were delivered their cars within a week’s time. Now on 1st august, i was sent the price list & the models available by mr. Mahindra singh jhala and on 3rd august, when a lady from the agency called i had specifically mentioned the model - white compass 4x2 limited optional. Now, to know the confirm delivery date as it was too late when i made a call on 18th sept. To mr. Mahindra singh, i was told that i wasn’t delivered the car as i had not mentioned the model before and when clarified that i already mentioned the model, they said it’d would take another month to deliver the car. Later, after seeing all this negligence and mismanagement, i lodged a complaint cr number:1-[protected] dated 20th sept.17 at jeep call centre. I received a call from mr. Ravikant from the call centre and he connected me with mr. Vanraj modi to clarify the delivery status and all mr. Modi could say was that it was not possible to deliver the specified model within a month and that if i needed it prior i would have to switch to another model. Mr. Ravikant made a call on 22nd sept. Again and made me talk to the area marketing manager of mumbai & ahmedabad region and he too couldn’t help with delivering the car earlier.
Now, i’m writing to you to bring this to your notice that the agency concept motorcar pvt. Ltd. Ahmedabad, charged me rs.1 lakh as the booking amount instead of rs. 50, 000 as announced by the company. Having faith in the company’s rapport, i booked the car without even considering the models & also didn’t question the amount and thought the excess amount would be refunded soon. I feel cheated when there was no mention of any refund even after the official booking rates were announced.
Having arrived newly in india, chrysler company must keep its rapport good and should stand upto its worldwide standards as our expectations stand high for the company. I request you to look into this matter urgently and make sure this doesn’t gets repeated again. I also expect that you take strict action against the agency and hope that i’m compensated rightly.

Sir maina compass le three[protected] ko or clutch failuer ho gaya complain jeep to koi nahi sounds raha dealt ka pass tool nahi ...or bulb kha249×2 deanna ha maina kha ok sub kheattay rahaey ha fitting charges 2400/= extra customer care JEEP kheatta ha only 249×2 pay CLUCH KAY KAAM MA KOI SATISFACTION NAHI HUI

regarding the delay of my booked vehicle jeep compass limited 4x2 in black color

Dear sir/madam,
This is to bring your kind notice that i, tapan lahkar booked a jeep compass limited 4x2 in black color at your dealer mahesh motors pvt limited situated in g-1, soham residency near nrl petrol pump, guwahati, assam on 2nd july 2017 and had paid rs.50000/- as vehicle booking advance. At the time of booking your sell representative gave verbal commitment to deliver that vehicle within one month once i clear the finance formalities but i have not got the delivery of my vehicle till today.
As per the commitment of your sell representative to deliver the vehicle on 6th august 2017 during your dealer's opening ceremony so i cleared all the financial formalities from my finacer within two days and they were ready to give my sanctioned amount, due to this delay from your side my relation with bank is hampering and they may change the term and condition of the finance agreement if there will be more delay.
I would like to understand that if a dealer is resulting short of supply and not capable to give delivery on time then why that particular dealer take booking at that time. Due to the false commitment from your dealer i am mentally harassed.
Now a days they are telling that different color is available and they need more time to deliver my booked vehicle.
I think vehicle dealer is manipulating the delivery of my vehicle.
Kindly take this as a serious matter and expedite the process of delivery of my booked vehicle.
Here i have attached the booking money receipt for your reference.

Not getting my vehicle as owner asking to give full payment then only will consider and plan the delivery.
