I placed an order on 10 Nov 2015 for Samsung Note 3 and on the same day 16276 was deducted from my credit card. It has been 27 days, but iam yet to receive the product. I have shared many comments on the site of Junglee.com, but there is no response. Neither they are cancelling my order and refunding the amount. I gve refund request for my purchase of 25, 500 rupees of i phone 5s 16 gb gold on 13th nov but it has benn 10 days neither the seller zepmart has refunded the money back neither they are receiving my call.
