I ordered cake online for my son's 1st year's birthday through Just bake App. Initially I ordered accessory basket but later I changed to number theme design and they confirmed change in whatsapp. Cake was supposed to be delivered on June15th 2019.
At the last moment they have delivered wrong design even that was not intact. Broken. This would be my last time that I use Just bake. No response from customer care either.
Most stupid question I have faced is, after 3 days they are asking me if I have cut the cake or is it available? How can they expect me to keep the cake as it is? Do they expect me to have the party without cake. I have attached the pics of broken cake and the whatsap chat.

Initially i made a cake order for my fiance through just bake to be delivered in hoskote. I also had made the payment online but the next day at the time of delivery, a person from just bake called her and told delivery was not possible and she has to collect it from the store. As it was tough for her to collect from the store, i requested for cancellation of the order. But later my fiance changed her mind and went to the store to collect the order, before collecting the order she also explained that i had placed the cancellation. The person in the store told that's not a problem and she collected it.

It seems that you had initiated the refund irrespective of that, which was clearly a administrative lapse from your end. I didn't even notice that refund, if i had i would have definitely contacted you. Suddenly today some guy from your store had called my fiance and talked very rudely about this. This is totally unacceptable. I had made the payment, you refunded it due to your administrative lapse. For that how can that guy call and shout at my fiance. Is this the way you treat your customers. All you had to do was call her and explain the situation in a decent manner and i would have paid the money as soon as i got aware of the situation. Instead your company has called and talked in a rude and unprofessional manner to a girl. I can't leave this just like that. I am ready to make the payment for the order but before that proper action needs to be taken against that person. Also that person needs to appologize to my fiance immediately for his unprofessional behaviour.

Regret to complain that your hosur justbake cheated me for a sum of rs.1, 060 by charging through your pos machine twice rs530. Also the cake was delivered by paying cash 530

So unfortunate that i have been chasing for the hard earned money since than and your hosur manager is just playing game stating that he is checking with their bank, i am sure if i take this up with rbi ombudsman team, this will be resolved in a short span.

I am writing this message with the intention that definitely you will not allow me to take a stern action.

I know everyone will be busy on Dec 31st night. Considering that I ordered(Ord No: JBWSD0056825) for delivery in the evening(with minimal rush) of 31st Dec. But till now(11:35 PM Dec 31st) they did not deliver.

And when I call their customer care, they keep saying their executive will call back, but no one calls.

My kids are still waiting for the cake and it is very heartfelt to say that the cake is not coming today. Every one is celebrating and I am writing this because of their stupid service.

We pay nice to get nicer not to get psyched, just bake has nice taste but due to these online deliveries the presentation went for a toss. The cake was i urge of falling - edge of the card board due to not handle with care - ridiculous it was embarrassing : (, they take heavy amounts but they cannot take care of the the product really well... Why not handle with care

I had placed a irish coffee cake order for my mom's birthday which was on 21st of november. The order was placed on 20th evening at 6:30 pm and the expected delivery was between 7:30 to 9:30 pm. Even the paymnet was done online and receipt was printed and the they gave the expected time for the cake to reach the destination. Waited till 9:30 pm for the arrival of the cake. Later when i called the local shop for where the cake was supposed to be delivered, no response at all from their side. I even dropped a mail regarding this issue. No response so far. Yet to see how they are gonna solve the payment issue.

On 7th october 2018, i placed an online order for "german divinity small" on the just bake website. I had ordered this for my younger brothers birthday who lives in mangaluru and as i couldn't be there in person. Immediate to which i received the below following message:

Later sometime received the branch details where my ordered cake would reach/ prepared for delivery:
"hello, your order jbwsd0048725 is assigned to justbake counter. For any queries, kindly call [protected]"

Soon i tried contacting the above number to check on the status of my cake but the store manager denied on any such ordered reaching them. I handed my order number to him so that he could clarify with the head office.

After several calls & whatsapp messages to the just bale customer support number i. E. [protected], they confirmed on the cake reaching the branch. But the picture was different at the end. And in this confusion my cake never reached.

Later i tried a lot to communicate to ask for my refund but there was no response to my emails or phone calls.

It was a very bad experience with online cake order, i am looking forward on way to get my money back if anyone could help me on any suggestion would be great.

My husband ordered a cake online on 4th oct, 2018. It was a surprise for me, so i didn't know anything about the cake. Delivery timing was from 5:30 to 7: 30 pm. At 7:15 pm i got a call from a just bake (Rt nagar, bangalore) person asking my location. He couldn't speak hindi or english. Then he cut. Then i got a call from another hindi spoken person after a few minutes. Then i asked "why are you so late? I had to leave at 7:30." he told '7:30 was the time.' as i didn't know anything about the cake i couldn't argue. My husband's phone was unreachable and just before that he was in flight. So i couldn't ask him also. Finally i left home at 7:35 for office after waiting for the cake. I met the person at our entrance gate, i was very angry. At that time no use of the cake, so we had to cancel it. It is not the matter of cake and money but the emotion attached with it. My mood was absolutely spoiled and i am very angry with just bake. Does 5:30 to 7:30 mean 7: 35? Can just bake say they have maintained the time? I had a serious fight with my husband. Just bake has given me such a beautiful gift on my birthday i can't forget. My day spoiled. What a bad service. Please arrange to return my money.

I had been a regular costumer of hsr sector 1 just bake with an yearly purchase of 3 cakes on an average and had been extremely satisfied with the service. However recently the management got changed and was perplexed to see the kind of service when i went to place the order. The guys managing it doesn't have an idea on date, month and even year. They don't have an idea on the flavours and combination of the cake. The previous guys used to answer all our queries and even suggest good combination. The current guys are engaged with their phone and not bothered to address to the costumers. Somehow of trust that i had gained during the past few years, i placed the order.
The cake was of 4kg that charged me 5k. It was supposed to be delivered on saturday (15.9.2018) at 4.00pm. It was a customised cake and had clearly mentioned to take out the existing name and replace it with my son's name.
The cake was delivered at 6.45 after many followup. It had the same name that i showed in the picture and my son's name was not there. The cake was so soggy and not worth even of 1000 rs.
None of the friends liked it and all gave a bad feedback. I had actually got new costumers to this just bake because of the lovely cakes they used to provide, however it's sad to say that the current management have lost many costumers from my side. Late delivery spoiled the entire party and i feel by supplying such bad cake and it's exorbitant pricing is just looting customers. Totally unsatisfied with just bake, hsr sector 1. The money loss, untimely delivery and spoiling the party should be compensated.

I had ordered cake three days before for 19th aug and i wanted it to be delivered mid night or at least morning before 10 but site didn't have those options and was available only from 11:30... Accordingly i booked the earliest one... 11:30 to 1:30 pm but service is so bad... They contacted me at 3:30 pm to inform that they will deliver the cake only after 5:30 pm and finally they delivered the cake by 6:15 pm... Never had such a bad experience... Birthday surprise was totally ruined... Please stick to the timings.

I don't trust that you provide quality products and even concerned about customer experience. Had a worst experience on 14-jul, when ordered for a car shape 4 kg cake from your rt nagar bangalore outlet. Written instructions were provided for not adding any sugar syrup on top of cake and use mild colours. When we got the cake home, it was dripping sugar syrup with a dark red color. It wasn't a vkae but sugar dipped sponge. Took everyone 2 days to get the color off from the hands. It was so embarrassing. Never had such bad quality cake from anywhere in bangalore. We immediately raised a complaint but till day nobody bothered to resolve the issue. It's been such a bad experience after paying a premium price of 4k for a 4kg cake. It's pathetic service and you claim to make every celebration special. That's lie

I walked into a just bake outlet, beside diamond district and picked up a blueberry cake. I thought instead of going for the usual common flavours like black forest, white forest... Let's try something different. I bought the cake at 6 pm and kept it in fridge till next day 2pm. We were five o[censored]s and all o[censored]s had a small piece if the cake. Within couple of hours after eating the cake all o[censored]s vomitted and drained ourselves out of all d energy. So there is just one possible conclusion that since the blueberry flavour is not commonly sold, so may be the cake was not sold and kept for a very long time in the outlet. This is not the reputation just bake maintains. It had been a great place for cakes. I have been buying from almost 5 years now but this was not acceptable. I am very disappointed.

I ordered the cake online and got a damaged cake after a long explaination with photo of damaged cake they agreed to replace but never told me it will be a different flavor cake. I received it after a long wait. And returned the damaged cake after showing it to the delivery guy. I sent email and also told them that this is not acceptable. As we do not like the one which they replaced . At least they should have informed us o[censored]navailability of the same flavour. After one hour I got call from manager stating we have returned back only half of the cake and ate rest of it. We were shocked to hear and said we have not even touched it and asked them to ask the delivery boy. Then they said delivery boy will never do it. I wonder is just bake so cheap that they blame customer and do not understand we belong to highly educated society. Just bake spoiled our day. I had to say one thing to people in Bangalore please never never opt for just bake. They sent a fully damaged cake they replaced it with an old rotten cake and then put the blame on us .it's month net waste more than anything spolied the whole day. After knowing they dint wish on birthday. They do not have any Courtesy not know ethics nor business. My family, my friends and I will never buy anything from just bake. Everyone should come forward and shut their shops.

I have ordered cake for my brothers bday on 2nd june from just back and i did a online booking on 1st june and just bake ppl gave me whatsapp no and they helped me to book the cake even though i have given them the correct details they have sent a cake where in delayed by 4 hours and name on the cake also wrongly written and most importantly they have charged 1700/- while booking the cake and after two days of booking that is on 3rd they called me back and asking me to pay 2550 in total and saying the cake price is 2550 bymistake they have charged 1700/- and now they r harassing me and speaking to me in high tone and asking me to pay the bal asap and they f not even guilt for their mistake pls help me

I ordered a 3 kg cake of litchee flavour and customized aa per attached image (Micky) they confirmed the order and i paid full amount. By chance on the day of celebration i checked with just bake to make sure whether the order is in place or not then i come to know what they prepared.. See the second image.. It's horrible.. And never expected. Just bake completely spoiled my baby's birthday.

I ordered a gooey walnuts 1kg cake worth of rs 850 (Order no: jbwsd0028498) which was scheduled on 9th april 2018 between 18:30 and 19:30. They delivered the cake on time and we kept the cake as it is in refrigerator with an intention to cut it at midnight 12 as it is a surprise cake for my dad's birthday. At 12, we opened the cake and immediately we started to smell something weird. With a doubt, we just tasted a sample of the cake and to my surprise, it tasted so bitter and at that moment i realised that this cake was spoiled. I have invited 10+ guests for my dad's birthday celebrations and most of them taste a sample of this cake and confirmed that yes, this cake is rotten and smells so bad. As a formality, we cut the cake and threw everything in dustbin.

This spoiled cake sent by just bake has ruined my dad's birthday celebration and also made me feel embarrassed in front of all my guests.

I placed an order for this cake for more than 24 hours prior and still i received the rotten cake or spoiled cake or might be an unsold cake which was kept for days. I have been ordering cakes from just bake from past 2+ years (Just bake - vanasthalipuram) for every small or big occasion in my family. I do not know what happened but from past few months, they are delivering old cakes or even low quality cakes. I think, i lost my patience now with this spoiled cake that is why i am here submitting this complaint with a hope of better cakes from just bake.
I would like to request just bake to respond me with a proper explanation for why i got this spoiled cake delivered.

My husband bought a dark chocolate cake 1 kg, red velvet cupcake n two chocolate pastries from just bake, sindhi colony, hyd. My children started enjoying the pastries, when i tasted the pastries, it was stale. Not at spongy like the fresh one. The smell didn’t change as it was dark chocolate n unlike fruit cakes it’s difficult to identify the sour smell of cocoa. When i opened the cupcake, though it was v chill, it was giving a foul smell. The texture of the cake was different. Fungus also started growing from sides.
For few minutes i was in a shock state. If my children had taken the cake before me checking it, they would have certainly got food poisoning.
We trust just bake as it is a reputed brand in cakes. They are known for quality. But now i feel it’s better to buy a fresh cake from a normal bakery than to get cheated by these people who provide stale or rotten things which can be very dangerous to health.
Poor quality products from just bake has left me with disappointment.

I have ordered a cake online from kasturinagar branch and it showed me that my order was successful and also they sent the order id too. I had asked for a home delivery and when the expected time came and when i dint receive i called kasturi nagar branch but they told they have sent my order to kothanur branch and when i called there, they are telling they dont have the flavour that i ordered. At least they should call and inform us before the expected time, in fact when i called in the afternoon also they replied it is ready. They spoiled and goofed up the entire party. How can v rely on such people for further orders...

I have ordered a cake online and it showed me that my order was successful and also they sent the order id too.
But then today when i went to collect my cake they denied that they did not have my order and so casually they told me they can't do anything about this even after i showed them the booking.
This happened at kengeri satellite branch just bake.
They not only spoiled my day but also where very careless

I ordered cake for my daughters birthday from JUST BAKE, Yemlur. On the day of her birthday the delivery people cake and gave the cake as i was preoccupied with some other work i made the payment but these cheat never gave the receipt. The Person named Karthik who runs this shop told us that he will send the invoice on wattsapp but he never did. When i checked the cake they have written wrong spelling of BIRTHDAY for which we were told the staff will come and make the corrections but noone came and they even stopped answering our calls.

I highly regret placing an order with your company.

I had ordered online a bar of white chocolate and cupcakes with premium black forest flavor.

The white chocolate did not get delivered and the cupcake was not of black forest flavor.

The order was a surprise gift for a friend of mine for his birthday and i feel betrayed and cheated for such a delivery after being a loyal customer to just bake.

I had ordered for a sumptuous strawberry cake on 23/11/17 for delivery on 27/11/17 between 1.30 pm and 2.30 pm
I had to call the customer care and follow up for the delivery n by the time i got the cake it was 3:30 pm n finally when we open to cut the cake we are surprised by a different cake.
I had tasted the sumptuous strawberry cake before n found that awesome n hat made me reorder the same. I was cheated by them. Never will i order with just bake. They themselves are spoiling their name by doing all unwanted stuff. Their customer care is very difficult to get through.

Yesterday (08.11.2017) i have ordered one cake which is cost of 750 inr through just bake online app & payment has done online itself, the order number is jbaed00146 and order was confirmed then i've received a confirmation message as well for the delivery through sms and email (I have attached screenshot of evidence) but order was not delivered and trying them to contact to celebrate my wife birthday but it was not done. We are totally disappointed with this and finally we did not celebrate the birthday due to non availability of cake.

Such a worst service i never seen.

Why they are cheating the customer.

Please take a necessary action against this issue on them. We should not leave these kind of cheaters and we should save others

We placed the order on[protected] for some cooperate celebration for[protected] for just bake kadubeesnahalli outlet.
On 28th we were tracking the order on the just bake helpline since morning and were constantly updated that order will reach around 2 pm.

On calling the just bake kadubeesnahalli outlet the person started giving some false reasons and acted very rude.

If they could not deleiver the order they should have updated as we were constanly calling multiple times to the just bake customer care.

For this kind of behaviour i am never goign to place order with just bake not my team.

Worst customer handling.

I haven't received any call from just bake team after placing the order. Placed the order for sep 5th 12:30-1:30pm. When called the just bake outlet today at 10 they notified i will receive the order by 1:30. Called them at 2 as i didn't receive the order and they said i will get in 1 min. After that got a call saying delivery person met with accident and i will get only at 7:30. It's not at all acceptable. I have a party at 4. Please look into this urgently and make sure the cake is delivered to me

I order cake and flowers online at Justbake making full payment. later I was informed that I need to collect it from Chandapura Justbake store. I had no option but to agree. Now when I reached the stores, there is no bouquet of flowers. I called Justbake 10 times but the girls at the number are giving stupid excuses and never called back or bothered to even understand the issue.

Justbake are cheating the customer, first by not delivering on commitment, second they spoil special occasions for people who trusted them.
I want full refund of order which is prepaid online but never delivered.

I called them at 11 no one answered and the line got cut. I called them at around 2pm it asked me leave message which i did. I called around 4pm one girl picked up the phone and she kept on saying eggless cake not available but i have never ordered eggless cake nor i mentioned that i want eggless cake. Upong asking her name she cut the phone on my face. It was my daughters birthday and she will be leaving out of country tonight so just wanted to cut the cake before she leaves. Anyways it did not happen i sent 3 to 4 mails to just bake no replies. I called again and it went to voice mail again i left msg. Up course i am angrey and upset and abused them as well after the voice msg!! That 's what jb deserves. Do you treat your customer like this? Or is it because cod? Then why the hell do you advertise or even mention cod you can deliver???

Dear sir/ madam,
I have ordered 6 kg cake from justbake on[protected] online. I was delivered on[protected] but invoice (Bill) was not given by delivery boy. He said to get it online. From 21 july 2017 till today (26 july 2017) i have written number of mails, called customer care number but i didnt receive the bill.
Order idjbmsd00160.in mail communication, justbake said invoice will not be given. I have to claim the amount from company and for that invoice is mandatory.

We bought two brownies from justbake, padmarao nagar today at around 8.00 pm, got home and warmed it up post dinner and were shocked to see these tiny bugs wiggle out! Please zoom the videos for detail as they are too tiny to notice otherwise. Had i not warmed it, we wouldn't even have known and my children would've eaten all that crap! 😱
I immediately called back to the shop and got a very lukewarm response from him! I had forgotten to take the bill and when i asked him on the phone if i can come and collect the bill from their store, he said the printer is not working!!
The last experience of ours with just bake in june was also very bitter as the birthday cake that we ordered and got for my daughters birthday was spoilt and fermented.
Shame, shame, shame on you 'just bake' for fooling customers with such sub standard food! 😡😡

I still have the untouched brownies with me. Any suggestions on what i should do?

We had ordered german divinity cake for my daughter's birthday on 29th april 2017.
I got a call saying the cake is not available under express delivery.. Then i asked whether it would be available if i extend the time till 7 pm which is their normal delivery time. The person confirmed saying yes... They can provide the cake.
But to our utter shock... When the cake was cut, we found that it was not german divinity but some other flavoured cake probably curry berry.. Decorated as german divinity on the top...
