Hi, I booked i20 June 20th and paid off amount and today is the delivery date I took a personal loan and went to Anna nagar branch and asked manager (SASI KUMAR) where is the car, he said the car is stolen please wait 3 or 6 month but the car parked inside of the building only, and I said I'm going to raise a compliant, he said do whatever you want. I waited full day infront of the office. Again I ask very politely to the manager pls give the car I took a personal loan, he said that's non of my business car is not here I can't do anything. Worst and very rude behaviour.

My car no TN 03 J 8529, was given for regular service with no complains, but surprisingly after service my car has been spoiled, I am very disappointed. I am your old customer and have given my car for service to your exclusively to your Ambattur service centre but this time inspite of giving twice the car is in worse condition.
I fail to understand that how can a perfectly ok car can be spoiled after service, after service the car should get better

Regarding warranty claim

I purchased i20 car from kun Hyundai dealer pondicherry vide reg. No. PY 01 CT 8781. I raised a warranty claim for battery of my vehicle before the said dealer. And they have taken car battery from my car on 14.09.2021and informed me that they sent it to the manufacturer. I prayed for spare battery to my car for my daily transportation but the dealer refused it. After that they haven't whispered anything about my complaint and Mrs Kavitha, service manager, failed to answer my calls repeatedly. For the last 15 days, I have been suffering without using my vehicle for transportation. I am very much affected and disappointed with the said company and dealer due to their deficiency in service.

Rude Behaviour of Insurance Service Personnel

Insurance personnel called from mobile number[protected] quoting as Insurance service personnel from KUN Hyundai.
Informed him that have done the insurance with another company, he is stating that am the first person to be contacted and you should have approached me for renewal.
Since have received the good quote from another company and hence renewed with them.
He hangs up the phone immediately

Model : Elite i20 sportz - petrol
On Sep 30th, 2020, My (i20 elite sports) Car General service was done by KUN Hyundai - Pallikaranai (Chennai) branch with pickup and drop facility. Total bill amount was Rs-9602. But the service is not done properly. Due to Covid-19 pandemic situation, after my car service I have not done a test drive. After 8 days (08-Oct-2020) I started my vehicle, and planned to travel to Salem. While I was driving my car on the highway (Near Maduranthakam). I was driving my car at the speed of 100 km per hour and I traveled with so many vehicles nearby my car on the highway. Suddenly my vehicle clutch was not working and I was unable to change the gear also. God saved me from a major accident.
After great effort I somehow managed to pull over my vehicle on the road side with 2 unknown person support. After that I Called KUN Hyundai – Pallikaranai service center and their response was worse and advised me to call a 24/7 Hyundai emergency. I went to the nearby Hyundai service center (Jains Hyundai - Chengalpattu), fixed the clutch issue.
Note : Before 30th Sep 2020, My car clutch and gear were working 100% perfect. Mean I have not raised any complaint during the general service request.
Please verify my vehicle registration number on Hyundai service site, hope you will see all the details.
Totally, this is unacceptable; I have paid around Rs -10000 for general service but Kun Hyundai Service center is not done their responsibility. This is not just TV (or) washing machine (or) Fridge service, in case of any issues we can rectify very easily and nobody will suffer.
But here around 3 hours, I suffered a lot on the highway.
Just for changing oil, filter and water wash (Bill amount Rs 9862). please don't cheat customer.
In case this happens at midnight or in a forest area, really, I don’t know how much I will suffer. The good thing is I travelled alone and not travelled with my family.
Still KUN Hyundai is not realizing huge mistake. They looking for only money, even they are not thinking about customer safety.
Definitely I will take legal action, because this should not happen to other Hyundai customers also, because it can be fatal. we will meet in the court.

hyundai xcent vehicle servicing charges

I had taken my vehicle hyundi xcent to gachibowli hyundai servicing center to check why the gear is getting tight when change/switch the gear, they told me that it's a problem with the clutch plate you need to replace it, then i agreed and they said we don't have clutch plate stock now and we will order it and then we can do the servicing, then i took back my vehicle without servicing they charged me rs.650 as service charge, when i asked about this charges the service adviser said we have checked the turbo problems, there is a engine oil leakage because of this, you need to replace it and it would be cost you around rs 55, 000, but i checked in other mechanic there is neither turbo problem nor the oil getting leakage. Kindly look into this matter and do the needful.

not refunding booking amount

Dear sir/madam,
Please note i have enquired to purchase a car on my wife name with mr. Mohiuddin and finally liked i20 star dust. Due to financial limitation, i have opted car loan and they have assured that there was no issue on it and they have asked document for car loan which i was provided.
As per their instruction, i have transfer the booking amount rs. 5000 to below account for which they have not provided any booking receipt/book etc. After transferring, 2-3 day later they have informed that there was issue in approving loan from govt. Bank hence asked to go with private bank which is charging processing and 10% interest with prepayment charges.
Transfer detail: reference id [protected]; kun auto co pvt. Ltd; a/c number bank hdfc
Date of transfer 4th mar 2019; from naval kishore kukreti cici bank
Hence, i have approached other hunyadi car (Peeyesyem hyundai alwarpet) dealer for same car i20 color (Star dust)/model (Magna+) on same my wife name as i was much excited and eager to have i20. Here, mr. Sayeed (Sales person) had come and shows all things and booked the car with 10k after the loan approval confirmation and provides complete documented booking receipts and also loan was disbursed fromgovt. Bank, with zero processing fee/no prepayment charges as well and also 9.10% interest only and car was delivered as promised on the day.
Now, i asked for returning 5k as there was not my fault, and also i have not done anything wrong for cancellation from my end. It was the fault of dealer where wrong promises have been kept without the checking loan approval and asked to transfer money 5 k without providing any sort of documented receipt. I have asked to return/transfer money to my account with same sale advisor but he had informed that it will be deduct rs. 3000. But really is it my fault? I have taken same model/color with same owner name from the other dealer. Did had done something wrong? If it was not providing by kun dealer’s as per promise/informed should i not to look for other option.
3k is very small money for dealer or company but it is really as big amount the person who had purchased same car same company without a single changes even not a color/model/ and owner name but unnecessary paying rs. 3000 as cancelation charges where his fault genuinely was not there. Is i went to other manufacturer or change the car, no, but taken the same car from other dealer? And, also it was booked after when not done the promises as told and not approved loan from the previous dealer.
It is my kind request; please transfer the 5000 to my account asap which was taken in name of booking by kun hunyadi without the actual ground work for approving loan and also not providing any receipt/book or signature taken from our end on booking receipt etc.
This also we know when i have booked car with mr. Sayeed who was very professional and done all the paper work in a genuine order. I am very much happy with my i20 and their professional approach and work in peeyesyem hyundai alwarpet. I have complaint to hyundai but except mail or sms for service request nothing has been done so far.

I gave my car for exchange and the deal was finalised with all terms and conditions
So once i got my new car tilll now the owner name is not changed even after my old car sold out by kun
Now they came up with new things that e-challan need to clear which i clearly mentioned when negotiating the price initially
Also when i gave my old car i filled the tank full diesel and they accepted to give back the fuel it money for that but till not i did not received any
Worst behaviour from kun guys for both servicing and taking care of customers
One of the executive from kun joshi from kharmanghat branch was so rude less and used some bad abbusive words over calll
And raju from lakdikapool branch was torcherinf on this echallen...
Price commited initially and price they kep on bill was different and they said different stories when i asked

I have owned a elite i20 on March 2017. I have frequently telling to the service adviser that there is a noise from front suspension will i am meeting the speed breakers . So please rectify it but after that I have done 3 services but still the issues has not been solved. I don't no what is happening on the service center. Are the employees properly trained to repair these type of cars? I am wondering how do you get the name that Hyundai is the best service company. Last time when i left my car for body shop work I said to do a polish on my car they have done it and I seen it the polish has not been done completely . I have wasted my money in investing in Hyundai. A person from Hyundai called me and said that your car warranty is going to be expired soon. So, We have a discount for 2 years extended warranty for Rs.4500/- on this range. Then he asked a question that where did you buy this car and I said I bought at my native Nagerkoil. Then they said me sorry you are not eligible for this offer. You have to pay around Rs.11, 000/- . I asked him why I could not get this offer and I am also using the same Hyundai car what matters wherever I can buy as I wish. They said it is a town so this offer will not cover it. As this was done in Kun Hyundai, Ambattur. Please do the needful.

providing false date to get car serviced

I have got my hyundai 120 done with a complete check-up with iol change and all extras. I had got this done in end of febuary.
Today,[protected], i get a message that my car is due for another service - the bonus here, if i get it done in saboo hyundai raniganj, i not only get a free oick up and drop off but also avail spl benefits.
This is disgraceful fom a company like hyundai - i have no idea how many peple have been taken for a ride but i think this should be covered in the news media as scams done by huge car companies.
And maybe you should have proper head office personnel at each branch looking over this.
.. And 1 more question, why am i not allowed to stand by my car while they do the oil change and everything else which i'm getting charged for! I'm sure 1 exrta person/car will not make a differece, in fact it might make your workers more diligent - i mean what is there to hide. Thank you and i hope you look into this matter - getting the media invoved will only make things a whole lot worse.

purchased used car,after 3 month still I am not getting form 35 and other documents-reg

I have procured a Car on 10/11/2017 thro your Receipt 552, Rs 380000/ PY01BR 9388, Volkswagen, Polo, TDI.
After Sales there is no proper response, followup and Nil Customer Satisfaction.
Actually i have received above money, thro interest, still i am not able to pledge my car, due to there is no NOC of Form 35, RC book hypothycation not cleared.
So I want Money compensation for the past 3 Month Negligence.
Past 3 Month they are telling different story. It is not beleiveable
Is it a reputed Co activities? Why should i purchased thro Kun Hundai?
Totally i fed up like anything, Mentally stress, and i am not able freely ride a car, any time anything may happen
Your action required in this regard immediately

very bad servicing done and actual problem not solved

I had given my i10 car to kun hyundai, ambattur on[protected] for servicing. This was a total general service and also a specific complaint that the area below the floor mat on the driver's side and the co-passenger's side was wet ue due to which there was fungus formation on the seats and hence this need to be checked, cleaned and dried
Had spoken to the service engineer also at the service station and explained this to him.
However when the car was delivered on[protected] the problem was still there, the place was still wet and when we pressed with our hands the we could feel the wetness.
Kun hyundai charged me a total of 10200/- rupees for this shoddy service.
Really regret for using the services for kun hyundai.
Their charges are very and as customers we have to bear with such bad service

We saw a car on 11/11/2017 for ikonm py01bf5251 on pondicherry used car show room, we test drives it on 12/11/2017 and we went to pay the advance on 13/11/2017 for the same car but the manage krishnarajhttp://www.hyundai.com/in/en/Main/index.html contact number :[protected] says the price with a higher bid. We said no then he said no i have given to another customer. Then why should he give us the test drive and waste our three says. If it was taken by a customer where is the advance payment info, he dint show it. What is a fair trade, we should commit a product to a customer who gives the first advance is it?. Do kun kyundai is performing a fair trade? It is very embarrassing.

Irrelevant parts changed and unnecessarily charged

I had given my i20 for repairs service. I had complained of noise coming from the engine side, which sounded like belt screeching noise. The service engineer has d no idea on where the issue could be and acted like a professional suggesting to change the IDLER parts which costed me 5000 bucks. Even after changing it there has been no change in the engine noise. When I spoke to the service engineer he is asking to change the compressor at additional cost while he understands that the noise has not come down. I have no idea as to what to do as I am now unnecessarily charged 5000+taxes+labour charge for nothing. It is really irritating and there is no point of contact to escalate the issue.

I visited the Adyar, Chennai branch Kun Hyundai Car Service. To my surprise, the consultants are lazy and they made me wait 2 hours to take my Car in their garage though I have already registered my service. Since it is regular service and the car is in excellent condition (no engine or any other major problem), I was assured, the delivery the same day. When I tried to contact them, they are unable to reach and whenever they picked up my phone, there was some lame excuses. Later they postponed it to next day. I was trying 100 times, finally the representative Mr. Hema Kumar who received my vehicle asked me to collect the vehicle at 8.30 pm. In low light that too in night and the service people were in hurry since service closes at 5 pm, I could not see what they have to my car. To my surprise after coming to my home I found that the back door was tried to be opened with screw driver and there was damage in back door. The hydraulic door closers on the back door were just attached after it is damaged with screw driver and the door fell on my head and I have to immediately replace it by spending rupees 900/-. Though Kun Hyundai, Adyar, Chennai had contacted me for the feedback, there is no much help. I can only caution the public, not to go to Kun Hyundai, Adyar, Chennai Car Service, as I have experienced worst service I ever had in my whole life. Consumer Beware, they have charged me more than Rs.10, 000/- for a normal service, is it not robbing. They are real robbers indeed.

Fraudulent activity in utilization of my loan emi cheque

This is leela Manohar Gokavarapu, i had purchased an Hyundai - Grand i10 - Sportz - Star dust Color (T/R - TS09AATR 5124) from Hyundai Show Room - Krishna Plaza, Khairatabad, Hyderabad, Telangana 500008, for this i got loan from SBI Car Loans of Rs.5lac with the EMI date on 15th of Every Month.
in this regard they insisted that i have to submit Blank Cheques as per their Norms to deliver the vehicle on 5th Jan'16 . Hence i submitted the same to Mr. Ramana & Mr. Rajesh - Loan Processing team, to debit monthly EMIs from my Account ( Bank Of India ). As per the Loan documents received by Hyundai they supposed to debit the EMI on 15th of Feb'16, but with out my knowledge they deposited the cheque on 12th Feb'16 which causes additional Cheque bounce charges and my Loan History was spoiled due to this. when i ask them to give clarification on this they stated that " do what ever you want, we didn't bother about the complaints and we know what we have to do".
hence kindly help me on which they ruined my Bank / Loan Profile and guide me further about the remaining EMI process.

I purchased a i 10 new 1.1 car from chennai in 2010 december. The vehicle is really good, i am satisfied with its performance. But yesterday i left the car f or servicing at kun hyundai pondy. During that time they informed that the fuel tank gets rusted and needs to be replaced. i am shocked. I am a regular usage, own driving type car owner and fill petrol in selective bunks only. So i get panic. How it happens? Is there no rust proof coating? Is there no sensors to sense rusting level? does there is no method to avoid rusting? Can we now clean the tank, apply rust proof coat and re-use? The above doubts are to be clarified.

I have been repeatedly complaining about the hardness of the power steering for the past one year and giving the vehicle for service.Even after the service the steering is in the same old condition.One of the service advisor told me unless you change the Power Steering motor the steering problem cannot be solved.But no one is taking care on this.I told the vehicle is under warranty why dont you change the motor.

Issues with Delivery

Dear Hyundai Team,
I have a complaint on the Kun Hyundai, Kondapur, Hyderabad showroom.
We had booked the Xcent SX top end petrol version on 6th May 2014. We were promised delivery on 9th June 14. We have been following up with the sales person regularly and he says he have no idea about when the car would be ready for delivery. He always promised to check and call back but never made any call. On sunday 8th he says he placed the order only on 22nd may. When asked why it was placed so late when we booked it on 6th may he had no answer.
Yesterday we went to the showroom. The manager says the order was not accepted by Hyundai - he said in fact they REJECTED the order. So basically till yesterday no order had been placed. They have been lying and giving all false information. Now the manager says the delivery would be made latest by 23rd June but again there is no assurance. We have not been given any order number nor any details.
We are really upset with all these lies. I have been a loyal Hyundai customer but this is the most horrible experience we have had. We wish to register a complaint against the sales person and the showroom.

Sir,
Under the instructions from my client Mr. Chaluvadi Venkata Suresh Babu son of Kannaiah, 27-2-491, A.C Nagar, Nellore owner of the Car bearing Registration No: AP 26 AG 5677 its Engine Number M361442, Chasis No: M5950947C and Model-i10, I here by issue this notice as follows:
My client purchased a new car from No.1 of you which has been manufactured by No.2 of you. No3 of you indemnified the vehicle including debacles of running condition of vehicle. No.3 of you is authorized to take up the insurance of a New Car as an agent to No.1 & 2 of you who is the premises of them. My client got obtained warranty for manufacturing defects for one year and there after it is extended for further 2 years and paid amount to the services rendered by you without claiming any thing from my client.
My client states that my client put the vehicle in No.1 of your work shop for the first service as prescribed by and in the service manual authorized by No.2 of you. The vehicle in first service resume by my client without any defect. My client further put the vehicle for second service and after completion at second service handed over the vehicle to my client and soon after delivery, the power steering of the vehicle failure due to miss- handling and change of original parts and put local parts in place of company parts. Due to the change of parts the power steering system was failure and not working properly.

My client questioned No.1 of you about the illegal act and there by No.1 of you explained that the power steering in that model is totally failure and unable to set right the same and further even if set right the complaint may occurred time and again.
My client further states that since the defect in steering system my client put the vehicle for 3rd service to No.1 of you and after service delivered the vehicle to my client. Soon after delivery of the vehicle my client, his colleague and No.2 of your mechanics were attended for test drive and in the test drive itself there is a defect in break system. Before the handing for third service there is no defect in break system and after completion of third service found the defect in test drive, shows the parts of break system were also changed by you in place of original. As the warranty in force it is the bounden duty to check and verify to attend for the works necessary to the vehicle.
My client states that my client put the vehicle for rectification of failure of break system and No.1 and 2 of your authorized staff attended to the work and machined the break calipers and fixed the same instead of change the defect calipers to the vehicle. My client and one of his friends and staff of No.1 and 2 of you conducted test for one KM with different speed levels again the break system is failure after one 1 km. Again my client put the vehicle for rectification of failure of break system.
My client states that there is still pending of steering system and break system again handover the vehicle to my client stating that the entire defects has been checked and found good. My client along with his wife went to Chennai to bring back the children from college and after coming back from Chennai again the break system failure at Gummidipundi and there arises sounds in the break system. Luckily the vehicle has been stopped by using gears and intimated to No.1 and 2 of you over phone in online complaint and the phone of online complaint has been switched off and there after my client called No.1 of you. No.1 of you without taking care and caution of my client cause suffer for more than 4 Hours and not arranged any vehicle to the immediate effect to shift my client and his family members and also the car.
My client states that my client get the vehicle by toeing from Chennai to Nellore with his own risk and cost and put the vehicle to meet the irregular function of Break system and Steering System. My client states that there is no change in the

mind set of No.1 and 2 of you and caused threat in my client’s mind due to defect and failure vehicle to take back and run the same.
My client hereby demanded you that the life of car is nothing before the Life of my client and to exchange the car in place of existing one as No.3 of you is indemnified the system of functioning of Car. My client is a business man is unable to attend continuous and frequent troubles as the car is defective one. No.1 and 2 of you though changed several parts in the car the defect is not rectified as No. 1 and 2 of you sold the car not of machine made one but of assembled with local parts as such the defect is continued.
My client states that my client paid entire amount to you and purchased the car and also paid Insurance at the request of you an agent who is sitting in your office and further paid an amount for warranty and extending warranty for 1+2 years and you are liable for all cost and consequences if you are not changed the vehicle within one week from the date of receipt of notice or electronic transcription. On your failure to comply with client request please take notice that my client takes appropriate legal steps.

Service Issue

I have given my i-10 car for General servicing at Chennai Ambattur service station on 12/08. It has been 10 days now that I have not by car. Whenever I contact the service station, the people over there are not in a position to advise the date by when I will be getting my car

replacing the dashboard
Respected Sir/Madam,
I bought Hyundai Verna on 02/07/2007 at Pondicherry,it was registered as PY 01 AL 7447.For the past 8 or even 10 months,my car's dashboard has become sticky,and any object placed on it gets stuck onto the dashboard.On scratching the dashboard,I am getting the paint on my nail tip.
For the above reason,I went to the branch manager Mr.Dhamodharan,Kun Hyundai,Pondicherry.He asked his supervisor to take photos of my dashboard,and after 2 days I went to the manager,he said that he spoke to the company manager in chennai and they said that my car is out of warranty.So,my I asked that the life of dashboard paint is one and a half years?For that,he said that it might be a manufacturing defect.On 27/01/2010,two service engineers inspected my dashboard,and said that the paint is getting removed.When I asked the cause for it,they were blank.I asked whether is it a manufacturing defect,they did not give any response.
On 28/01/2010,the 2 service engineers said that they can try repainting on my dashboard,with my car halted for 3 days.They were not sure that whether the paint will get fixed without getting removed.First,the engineer said the paint would remove on touch,and then,he said we can try repainting it.
The cost of the dashboard was said to be around Rs 18,000.The company in Pondicherry said that they will bear 50% of the amount,and I was asked to bear the 50% of the cost,and get a new dashboard for my car.I have an Accent,which is nearly 5 years old,still the dashboard is in good condition.I am a doctor,and I have been visiting the Hyundai company atleast thrice a week for the above problem.All my visits were being either delayed response or no intervention by the service supervisors in pondicherry.I asked the branch manager regarding my mail to the company,he said that his response to the same problem was they will bear 50% of the cost or they won't replace the dashboard saying that my car is out of warranty.
My request is to replace the dashboard,kindly get a solution to my complaint.

After a long delay, I got a response from the regional office, they told me that my complaint has been processed and they will relpace the dashboard.
But, the Hyundai service station asked me to pay 20% of the total cost, exactly Rs 3, 431.00, I paid the said amount and got my new dash, and the old dash was kept with themselves saying that it will be sent for quality check at Delhi.But, they gave a bill as Rs 0.00, and with written statement that 20% paid as customer share and 80% as HMIL goodwill.

Mr. Surendar Rangaswamy, thanks for sharing your story. My name is Karthik and I have a similar problem with my Verna, which is now 3 years old. I have checked with Express Hyundai on this and they mentioned that they are going to repaint it with a special material. They are going to get back to me in 2 days time.
