Hi, I would like to inform that today I had purchased Veg burger (bill no 1760) as take a way from your Virar west branch and they have charges 10 rs as container while in there was no container and when I asked your sales person he told me that this is packing charges . As per me this is unfair practice with customer by La pinoz end .

I order 2 7 cheesy pizza from lazpat nagar lapinoz kanpur those are smelling like spoilage food and totally smell like hell i take one bite to know but i get vomit i want my full refund

Hello sir i order a large pizza from lapino secter 4 bokaro steel city jharkhand and they deliver me a very bad quality pizza and also it's cold and the quality of pizza is very poor it's totely wasted of money it's my request plzz refund my amount what ever i paid u....

I ordered today one peri peri veg pizza with free item code for pick up and when I done payment process it shows error code 5 and then I cancel it and it show are you sure cancel payment process and click yes then I ordered again and same thing happened then I saw order is placed twice and I call shahibaug branch they do not pick up the call and I go there for cancellation of one of order but they refused. I have to pay 1600/- approx for 800/- please reply me and solve this bug and we only two persons so we have to donate it. If possible please refund half payment of our double order please I am studying in 12th I don't have income source please reply us .

La pinoz pizza, vesu, surat outlet is charging for logo printed carrybag EACH AND EVERYTIME. even after talking with the staff that these is against consumer act, staff said that customer has to pay for it of they want it, else they will not give carrybag.

Ordered on 28th Aug, 2022 from La pino'z Malviya Nagar, Jaipur. Restaurant cancelled the order and refund status is not available as of today. No refund received yet.

I had ordered pizza on 5.03 pm in muzaffarpur outlet. I had not received it till 6.20. I had called restaurant but not got Satisfactory reply. I didnot got response after second call. How long to wait . This is my life's worst experience

I had ordered a pizza from La Pino'z, Pali, Rajasthan.
The restaurant accepted my order though there was no electricity.
Since I didn't receive my order, I reached out to the restaurant demanding my refund where they requested me to wait till electricity is back.
After electricity was back they said they have cancelled my order and refund will be issued in 6 days.
When I checked the app yesterday, they had marked my order as picked up.
The owner told me he would refund the money after 6 days but I didn't receive any message or confirmation.

The cold drinks they al have provided was having dirt inside

I had placed an ordered or ₹593.25and paid it online .the store cancelled the order from there side and didn't refunded my money back. It’s been 1 month I have ordered on 4th may they said they will refund money in 7 working days but they never did that, even I went to store physically for my refund that guy gave me his number but now he isn’t receiving my calls.

I had very bad experience with the pizza that received from la pinoz outlet in ahmedabad...We ordered paneer tika butter masala large size...They sent garlic to pizza large size... Which we ordered for medium size...Upon calling them they were very rude, didn't understand the concern of me...The pizza that received was too much spicy no one can even eat a single peace of bite of that pizza...

I was expecting a delicious food from lapinoz for the first time but couldn't get it on time with the behavioral concern of delivery guy and also not get availability of refund or cancellations on lapinoz app itsel[censored]

Myself Badrinath and my complaint is that today i have been trying to order pizza frim ur La pino'z Official app and i had selected Paneer Tikka pizza and Burn to hell pizza. There was an offer of 50% off and i had to pay 236 rs for the order which i did. In the mail i have attached the screenshot (1st One) which i took at 5.50 pm to which i had been seeing buffering from 5.45 pm. But later the app refreshed and the app asked to pay again which i denied and it returned to main page and it was blank in the past orders(2nd one). U can see the time as 6.13 pm bcz i had contacted the nearby store and the guy who picked up said i have to wait for 2 mins and cut the call. In the 4th photo i have attached u can see when i placed my call first. The executives are not picking the call and there has been no refund on my money. I have also shared my account statement to show the proof of transaction (5th one). Process this Quickly

Yesterday I visited la Pino outlet BOTAD i ordered online and want take off from their outlet.firstly manager told me to wait for half an hour but even after 1 hour my order not prepared.when i received my order and open the pizza box there is so low quality pizza provided by them.

Iam at maliya la pinoz at gallops they r seling expiry cold drinks in the la pinoz store its expire before 3 months

I ordered 7 cheese large pizza from sama savli outlet the pizza was not fresh they promised me to give complimentary pizza but when I call them they refused to give

I had placed an order from La Pinoz's Pizza mobile application but when I was making payment the application got closed. And the payment got deducted from my account. After that I called the franchise outlet of these then they said that we have not landed the order, then you wait 15min after this when I called and said that you will get the refund in 3-5 days. But when I did not get the refund even for 15 days, then I went to their outlet and said that wait for 2 more days. When I felt that they are not able to give me any proper response, then I also called on their online helpline number, then I got no response. My time is being wasted because of their mistake.

Hlo sir/madam i ordered a medium pizza from your mukerian outlet and they charged me 430 rupees for just a medium pizza and was just having 3 topppings and less cheese I want my money back or I will file a case against your company for forcing customers to buy expensive pizza which are not worth even a single penny and worst portion size.

I had ordered two regular size pizza on 14/01/2022 at 7:00pm.(ORDER NO: #4357838 )The order had been accepted . I had chosen delivery option. I had not received my order .When I called at given contact number no one was responding to the call. When they called back after receiving my many calls they refused for delivery. If it was not possible then why they accepted the order. It was really not good service. I want refund as early as possible.

I have ordered a pizza from la pinoz ppr mall jalandhar, punjab.I have orderd at approximately 8:15pm.And after doing wait for 1 hour and then called at lapinoz restuarant and ask them about my order. They told me that delievery man had left from their at 8:45. But i got my order at 9:45. It is too late and pizzas are very much cool and tasteless. I want to file a complaint and want a claim from them.

I made an order online from La Pino’z application with prepaid from paytm but unfortunately the order was rejected and I am supposed to get the refund which I haven’t received it yet.

I ordered pizza under BOGO offer at La Pinoz, Chetak Circle, Udaipur(Raj.) - 313001 at around 9:00 PM. My order was not delivered till 11pm. I talked with the contact person of that branch and he recommended to cancel the order. But, there is not cancellation option in the app. Also, there is no refund options available.

The app does not have any tracking options and the franchise also don't have any tracking options for the delivery boys.

I ordered pizza by your app from navsari branch and your application saw me approximately 30 minutes and I get my order 1 hour and 55 minutes late and I called outlet and they talking very rudly as well as very lie if they not able to deliver order in time then why accepted and why don't give us specific time before placing order they have no manner to talk with customers and I have proof of last 2 delivery about late order also they says they have not enough stalf so u are not able to mange then cant accept the order they represent very bad on behalf of la pinoz india please take proper action on that

Ordered pizza from la pinoz with order number 3496994. The order was to be delivered within 45 minutes but delivered after more than one hour. Also the taste of pizza was bad and the food was cold. It is not first time happening before also it happened. Please refund my money.
