La Pino'z Pizza Complaints & Reviews

Ordered pizza from la pinoz with order number 3496994. The order was to be delivered within 45 minutes but delivered after more than one hour. Also the taste of pizza was bad and the food was cold. It is not first time happening before also it happened. Please refund my money. When contacted they are not responding.

Please look into this.

Today I have an order for 2 monster pizaa but they are doings delivery very late, also not got fresh pizza.
Please refund my money if possible

I have Order from Zomato since 7 pm it was 8 pm No call Recieved by Francise Varachha (Mota) .They Are telling to wait for an Hour more... what is This Behaviour ?? It hurts...

The delivery was given through zomato although we ordered in la pinoz... The delivery was late by 1.5 hours... Package was open and pizza was cold... Delivery boy's number is [protected]

Your delivery service is very very poor as there is no update regarding delivery and I ordered 2 pizza from your site and it's almost 1 hour I haven't received it . Your service is very bad and it spoiled my whole mood . I will now not recommend your restaurant to anyone.

I am a resident of Vadodara and I order a set of pizzas from La Pinoz but by my mistake I selected the Vapi gunjan store and the address of my previous orders in Vapi.
When I realised that it was by mistake, I immediately called the store to cancel it as there is no provision on the android app to cancel an order. The store manager refused to do it. The bill amount is 2131 INR and it is a pretty huge amount to lose in an order by mistake.
I am not a resident of the order they sent their delivery person to and now the food is also not delivered and the money is also gone. I have attached a screenshot of the status of the order on the application.

This is Complain Regarding Misbehaving, Rude Behaviour of Staff Mr. Jenil at La Pino’z Pizza centre located at Pal Galaxy Circle, Surat.

This incident happened today. I have attached bill copy for your reference.

First of all please educate and train your staff to how to behave, serve and attain the customers without any cheating. Staff does not any manners and not ready to listen us.

Not clearly told the prices and quantities of pizzas. He cheated us.

This Mail is just for your information. I am going to file complain to consumer court.

I have order a pizza from la pinoz jodpur branch in Ahemdabad in which i found melted plastic in 7 chesse pizaa, after calling to manager he said that it was by mistake, but what is guarantee that plastic will not in whole pizaa i found at last 3 piece, how will be responsible if something happen to me

Delivery boy was without mask, piza was not cut properly, rotten tomato was used

On costomer desk, they said order will be ready with in 15-20 min, and after that even after 1 hr order not ready, when we asked manager dhrumil patel, he said due to rash it has been delayed, and he told another 15-20 min will take and you can do whatever you want to do...( Je thay e kari lo time to lagse, even he misbehaved with my wife also

I have ordered pizza today, order number - 2493693. Order accepted by outlet but than person from outlet called and said that order is not deliverable to your location, now the issue is that order is neither cancelled nor deliverable. I don't have option to cancel and the person from la pinoz outlet said even he don't have option to cancel. Please resolve the issue.

I have ordered pizza on 3 march at 7.45 pm bt received 9.25 pm nd also i received over burned pizza...also i ordered deep cheese layer bt they sent normal layer...i called owner of that shop he talled me that next time he will send me pizza same order with free...nd today 11 march i called him bt he denied nd talked me that he didnt send pizza...nd talking roudly...really bad exp with lapinoz mehsana...gujarat
