I am buy a letv le 1s mobile.but the mobile phone is totally faulty.from the buying I am going service center about 10-12 times for different problems.but they can't repair the phone at all.
Last time a I am facing that, the battery backup of the mobile is very poor.and the mic is not working.
After buying the phone i think it stay in service center more then 2 month. And now after 10 days my warranty end. So what should I do after that?I am going service center many times buy they can't repair my phone fully. So it is your fault that your company cannot give a good service.And the customers are suffer for this.I thinks I am one of them.
At last I am saying that, I am doing wrong to buy a letv mobile.

    I have buying a new leco mobile in month of january 2017. i am facing some problem on my mobile so i submitted my mobile in service center on 22 feb 2017 and they give me delivery date is 09/03/2017 but still (05/04/2015)they not repaired my mobile till now. they told me that some part was not available and they still not looks so serious on my issue. its toll free number still not connect and they can't reply on emails too. they treat me like a fool.

      Again i request u to pls Send me new letv 55 or my money back
      i have complain regarding for letv panel prob. nd ur engg. visited and suggest a change the panel but i request u only in four month not repair my tv pls give me new one or return my payment. after 1.5 mont long time u agree we send newly tv before u send back tv to courier person dt.[protected] with full kit (remote, stand, cable etc..) we have return courier all parts of tv u have first time send it. and then after 23 days we received third class packing material only tv (not include remote, stand, cable ete...) dt.[protected] and received tv with lots of scratches and bleck oil handed dots...pls request u to send me new tv or pls my money back.

      i send photographs of third class and second hand or repairable letv.. no seal pack of tv and rubbish furnished. with a bill..

      My LE TV remote is not working.I am able to reach out any service center in Hyderabad.

      Please help me to reach out them, , all the online numbers are not working with respect to tv service centers.

        My mobile model is lemax2. Jobsheet id(JS[protected]).Fingerprint scanner not working.So, i was submitted my mobile to Letv service centre on december 14-2016.And so they changed the motherboard in my mobile but fingerprint scanner not worked at all.And then they said that they requested a replacement for my mobile.And then they said that "you just wait for few days".So, i waited for few days.And after i asked my mobile.Then they said the same answer"you just wait for few days.But now its about 76 days completed, still they are saying"you just wait for few days".My mobile was not repaired or replaced at all.So, i complained to Letv customer care so many times.They are not responding properly.Letv mobile brand is fooling the customers.Now i am going to consumer court and raise a complaint against Letv mobile brand.So, do the replacement quickly.

            I had received yesterday evening said placed order delivery but order phone received in damage condition. Phone screen was damaged. Photos already shared on email yesterday. After that i am regularly calling to them but no one is picking phone and call is moving on IVR only and on email they are responding that they will call me on 29.1016 around 2 pm. This services and product quality was not expected from Flipkart. I purchased this phone to gift someone on Diwali day but as per Flipkart services and behaviour may be this could not be possible. Pls help.

            Dear Flipkart please look into your services and product quality checks to do not repeat such incidence again with any one. You are also requested to call me today ([protected] and [protected]) and replace the same by 28.10.16 (before 7.00 pm) or else refund money into my card account.

            I have just received call from the Flipkart (Mobile no. [protected]) and now they are saying mobile phone/product could not be replaced due to some problem with Vendor or either you have to wait for 2-3 months for replacement or they will refund money into bank account only. It’s totally unacceptable services and communication or commitment from professional company like Flipkart after a 4-5 days from the order placement or payment we are getting this services from Flipkart and I have also lost my 4-5 days as well as scheme with Flipkart which they committed for purchasing on these days. Now, I feel it’s better to use other online company for purchasing if anyone want buy anything.

            Dear Le Tv, I havent received any reply from your end yet. Pls ensure about your product quality and quality assurance. Atlest you should take the action and reply on the matter as product is yours.
            My mobile handset letv le x507 this handset is good runing and so far that charging pin into the phone so mobile is auto on and off and quick charging is not select. Speed is slow and 4g network is not respond
            I submitted my newly buyed phone at the Authorized Service centre of company for the fingerprint sensor malfunction on[protected]. But till today 2 month later i have not received my phone back. Customer Care is not even giving Statifactory Answers.
            I just want refund money against phone

              I purchased letv 1 s handset thru flipkart on 22nd march 2016. Since 2 months the phone started malfunctioning like closing all the apps automatically and slow charging. I contacted and visited authorised service centre in jammu i. E. Maa saraswati computers on 29th aug 2016. They took the handset for repair against jobsheet no. Js[protected]. They were not able to refresh the software, so they send it to company for repair. After 1 month of repeated follow up for getting it back, they said that the phone is broken in transit from company to service centre and tried to hannd over the handset in totally damaged condition. I refused and demanded replacement but nothing has happened so far. They are saying that they have mailed company for the concern but there is no reply. Called up letv customer care no.[protected], the representative ms. Sanya said that you need to send mail on [protected]@le.com. I requested her to transfer the call to senior but she refused saying that all the seniors are in meeting. Such pathetic services can not be expected from huge company like le eco. I am being so humiliated and mentally harassed that i am not finding any other way than going to consumer forum. The invoice number for reference is #chn_puzhal_[protected].

                My phone doesn't get signal stable it's always comes on and stop it's really annoying and i gave my handset to service centre they simply change the other things and give my mobile back to me and as a fact it because of a little glass debt we can't do this one issue what a shame leeco i will never forget this i will complaint on consumer court what the hell letv you have proved you are chinese

                    When i buy mobile in lemall site i saw offer with mobile earphone and 10% cash back on hdfc bank. so i buyed mobile through hdfc bank on 10th aug 2016 but till now i didn't receive any cash back amount and ear phone. when i mail to letv customer care first they told me that they will send the earphone code with in 2weeks when i mail on 1st September but now they mail and telling that there is no offer in site . if they there is no offer in lemall why i will buy mobile in lemall i can buy mobile in flipkart with same offers there 10% cash back but why i buyed mobile in lemall reason is they are giving earphone the lemall is simply cheating the customers with fake offers.please look out this problem

                      This is to inform u that i have been using LeEo Le1s eco for that last 4 months.

                      And I have been facing a lot of problems that the phone has visited the service center the third time now for the same problems.I dont understand y are there the same problems again and again.

                      I have no free time to go all over again to the service center every time. Chinese companies are fraud companies they should not be allowed to do business in India.I want my phone at the earliest now as i cant wait much.

                      The phone has gone to the service center the 3rd time and the company is still so chilled out.

                      I have never seen so worst quality phone that gets heated like IRON and can get dead anytime.

                      I prefer not using the phone as it can go down anytime.

                      I would never suggest anyone to use this.

                      The call center people are worst for this company.They do not connect to the supervisor they tell they are buzy on call always and also not ready to connect head of the department. They will say they dont know who is the supervisor and head of the company.
                      I never seen such scenarios in Airtel/Samsung/LG people are ready to connect

                          I have bought a le 1s mobile via flipkart on 25/003 and unfortunately the display got broken due to my mistake. I approached the autorized service center veetee communications, taramani. They informed me that handset will be taken and a brand new set will be given for a payment of rs.4, 866/-. Hence i have erased all the data from my mobile and handed over to them on 23/05/16, they promised to get the new one within 10 days. But it was over a 40 days and numerous follow-up's, to my shock they gave me refurbished mobile and asked for rs.4, 866/-.

                          I did not accept it and raised a concern, they asked me to talk to customer care no. Which i did thrice and once got a call back also but they are saying the company policy is changed now and you must collect the refurbished one only.

                          It is absolutely ridiculous from the company, as they never said they will give me refurbished mobile only, if they had told me i would have got the new one, instead of paying 50% of mobile cost for a screen. Many mails to their customer care have got no response, only getting sms to collect my mobile from service center.

                          I would like take this matter legally and teach these chinese companies, how to treat customer.
                          I am using Letv 1s for past 2 months.
                          1.Now its performance is getting little bit slow.
                          2.Speed Dial is not working
                          3.Before call ask sim dialog which not coming correctly.

                            This in the company have no solution to any complaints. On visiting the service centre, i received feedback that they discontinued service centre as no pats provided by company and hundreds of handsets lying un-repaired. Other service centre shockingly said that all 555 service centres of letv only accept handsets and they courier to their banglore ho for repairs. Bull, minimum 20 days is the wait period...

                            Also customers cannot submit their ticket online for returning product even withion 10 days return policy as company has purposely kept it on "buffering mode" What a fraud.

                              I have given my phone for replacement at service center before 3 months.At the time of phone submmision at service center they told me that i will get back my phone within 10 days. But, they give me my phone after 45 days and without replacement. So, i have given back my phone and told them for replacement again they told me that it will be done within 7 days. But now its being 3 months and i am didn't receive my phone. They are not even provinding proper call service. I have complain about it at call center, then i got call from call center that your phone is sent at service center you can get your phone from there, and i went at service center they told me that we didn't received your phone. so, they are like misguiding me. So now i am afraid of all these things. so, now i want my money equivelant to phone price back or they should provide me new phone. Because i have given it for replacement and not for repairing.

                                My letv leeco le 1s eco mobile dropped from just 1 feet of height and that's it. Its display broken. Very cheap quality product they are offering. Their service center executives even not giving proper guidance. Local service center also asking for different price to repair one is asking 5700 and need to send to ahmadabad and other is asking 4800 and need to send bangalore. Repairing time they quoting 25 days. Why the all are speaking differently and why the cost is too much for this price we can purchase new mobile. Officially they should pay for this cheap quality phone. They are saying for physical damage you are responsible. But who knows this phone is having proper mechanical strength or not? I request all not to purchase anything from this company.

                                  I deep banerjee, submitted my mobile which is leeco le 1s in the service center sonali infonet, appartment, ca/14, railpukur road, deshbandhu nagar, baguiati, kolkata-700 059 on[protected] with advance fee of ₹2000/- where full charge is ₹4448/-. Before submitting i was told my mobile will be replaced 7days by both customer care of leeco and service center. After 1 week i didn't get my mobile. Then also i waited as the job sheet says expected date is[protected]. Afterward i called service center, they replied like i made a huge mistake by calling them. Then i called customer care and was told that i am going to get call back. They said you will get your phone shortly. Then after it's going on like that only. Some times they call back and tells the exact same words & some time they didn't even bother for a call back. I tried sending email many times and got reply that they will get back to me soon, after that nothing. After 37 days all i have a job sheet in return of ₹10, 999/- phone & ₹2000/- of advance for the repair charges. Now a days their shortly changed to dates which is also gradually increasing. The are so truthful that every time i ask them to give the date in written they refuse to do so. Looks like once their product is sold they don't bother to care what happens to the customer.

                                    I ordered a mobile fifteen days back from letv's site. There it was mentioned that phone will be delivered within 5-7 days. But till today I haven't received the product. I am contacting them regularly on their helpline, but in vain as they are not providing any relevant information. I am really harassed by their service. The amount is already being deducted. Everytime i make a call on helpline, i got reply that they will mail or arrange a back call but nothing happens. I need the solution asap. Either i should be given the proper track details and delivery date of my product or cash back.

                                      I am a buyer of letv 1s mobile. i purchased this mobile from flipkart, and my order id, job sheet no all info is given above. i want to tell you that due to two fault on my mobile, i submitted my letv le 1s mobile phone to le tv service center at patiala on 25th may 2016, the reason is that phone not charging up& also its automatically switched off after few minutes. service center person told me company will give you replacement of this phone to new phone in 10 to 15 days, but till date i not got my phone or any repair or replacement from letv, i had taken follow up with service station 4 to 5 times but they do not have proper answer and they suggest me to call in the company call center and i do also that many times nd they are also not answered properly just giving hopes, and also they are not on one stand for what the reason is bcoz one told me that ur phone is in the bangalore company for repairing nd another told me that we have facing a problem for importing phones. sir its already 45 days are gone, last time on 28/6/16 letv customer care person told me that you definitely receive your phone on this week, nd this week also gone. service center executive told me that we can't help you in this situation. because earlier persons also having the same problem. letv customer care persons always saying that we do not have stock but online sale they have stock for selling nd also sale of their phone online is going on. this type of service is providing by letv. the problem is not in the side of serive center but to letv. first i wanted the phone with extend warranty. but now i want to refund my whole money bcoz now i have no trust any more to letv or their service. kindly help me to out of from this situation nd.inexplicably 45 days are gone nd this is not my fault. i attached here my invoice and jobsheet document also. please take some fast step to solve my problem.
                                      Today 51 days are gone nd the problem is as it is. Flipkart also did'nt handle my problem or provide any solution. Bcoz i purchased this from their site.Letv repersentives also gives false hopes. I made a mistake to purchased this phone. Plz don't buy this false cmpny's mobile which harass their customers.

                                        Team, this in regard with complaining against Le Eco 1s mobile, i have purchased this mobile on 08/03/2016, within a period of 2 months i have faced problem in touch button, it was automatically toggling between different screens without touching that. I have submitted my mobile with Samvruthi Technologies at Koramangala, Bangalore - 560095 on 05/23/2016.
                                        Service centre promised me, that they will provide my Mobile back within 15 days, but today 27th June 2016, its been more than a month but still i have not got my mobile back. Kindly help me in getting my mobile from the company.
                                        i have followed up with customer care, but their replies are not satisfied. keep on giving false promise. My email id - [protected]@rediffmail.com

                                        Hi team,

                                        If any refund or replacement with New handset required with compensation to my loss incured in the meanwhile.
                                        i have lost my business by 40% because of this delay in replacing my mobile.
                                        so please provide me solution with equivalent compensation.

                                          Hi, I would like to bring to your notice that, I gave my phone Le1s gold for replacement on 16th of April. It was a physical damage and the service centre asked me to pay 4800 Rs for it, they further added that the phone will be available back to me within a week time, but i have still not received it back. I also called in at helpline no, but all i got was further delay and nothing much. I am really disappointed with the service. Hope you resolve it.
