I ordered on 11th November and have not received yet. Sent mail to customer care as well but no response....

I had ordered clothes worth 2500 Rs on the 25th of Nov and haven't received it yet. No emails from them other than order confirmation and no customer care number. I saw the ad on Instagram and ordered....

I got to know about this site through Instagram ads. I had ordered a pajama set around a month ago and the payment was made online. Other than order confirmation mail there is no other response from them.
There is no other way to contact them.
I have written 3-4 mails but in return I just got computer auto generated message....

they will initiate the refund in next 3-4 days.
i did the same and got my refund today.

Even my order got stuck with them, its a total fraud company....

Its been more than a month of my order from site LushBurry. No response after multiple emails to their support ID....

Had placed my order 2 months before.
I'm yet to receive my order. It was a prepaid order. Have sent so many mails but no reply yet....

My product ordered on 5 Nov 2020, still I'm tracking no response, I got to know it's a fake website, taking people's money, kindly take action Immediately....

They aren't replying to customers' queries. I've place my order in the month of October and it's been over 2 months still I haven't received it. I really don't know what's their problem....

I have placed order in the month of Oct, nor received my order nor the refund (order id: 7831096). There are no responses from the customer care team...

Like every complaint here, I haven't received my order which is prepaid. Yes I have written multiple mails and there's no response. I wish I did my research before ordering from them. And the most annoying is that they haven't put up their contract number anywhere! There's noway you can do anything about it....

I placed an order on 29 October and completed the payment. But they did not send my order. It has been 40 days. Every time i send a mail it shows that ticket has been raised but then they do not respond back....

I had placed an order on 5th Nov, and since then there has been no notification regarding the dispatch of product. Apparently they lured us by displaying reasonable price on products and duped all o[censored]s. One can simply not trust these pop-up ads on instagram and fb....

I placed an order a month ago and I have been following up on them, sending them emails requesting for an update. But I haven’t heard back from them at all. There was no option for Cash on Delivery, so I had to make an online payment. And now I have been conned.

They don't respond to the emails sent to support and there's no contact number as well. As far as I can see, it is a fake website, made to just take money without any delivery. Absolute fake. Please don't order from here....

I ordered from lushburry.com on 10th November. There is no update from them since then. Reading all these complaints, I'm very sure that it's a fraudulent company and the money is gone now as they have kept only pre-payment services. Worst experience. Instagram and FB should stop promoting such fraudulent websites....

Came across this fake website which is an online clothing ecommerce site based (according to their page) in Delhi.
Contact details are provided but email is fake and I know of other people who have been scammed by this site. They also have two fake instagram accounts which I have reported. I placed an order a month ago and have not received any shipping updates or information. The chat help service is also fake and always says unavailable....
