Applied for transcripts from overseas canada.Took my money and no progress on the application after that.They are claiming that their website is under annual maintenance and requested the documents via E-mail.I have submitted the documents via E-mail after that no response and progress.They took my money and they looks like scammers....

Mailtranscript was a poor choice. To get my documents to WES hassle free, I hired for their services paying around $800CAD. From the start they were extremely slow and inefficient. It’s more than ten months, they didn’t send my academic documents to WES and instead went ahead and cancelled my application without consent. Neither did they provide any services nor made a refund. They also didn’t pay the University fee that they collected from me. Mrigya Patil, the team lead, was the meanest and cared the least about the customer, their own policy and the law of the country.
Now I have to get all my work done through someone else despite paying a huge sum of money to them. All they care about is fee.
Mailtranscript is a scam.

We paid mail transcript the fee as asked to get the services for WES. Its been 10 months. They were very slow and weren’t getting anything done. We asked to refund the money so that we can hire someone else. They denied to pay back and without informing us closed the application from their system. The university fee for WES wasn’t paid. They asked to open new application and pay the fee again.
They are not even ready to pay university portion of the total amount
Mail transcript sucks

I applied for the transcripts through Mail transcripts in the month of March. I wanted my bachelors and masters transcripts. I understand because of Covid there is a delay. but for how long and the reasons they gave are so invalid.
1. even after receiving the transcripts at India address, i asked to courier to Us address. they answer Concerned university person is not available.
then they say postal service is not available. After mailing a lot they say they mailed and give me the old tracking number. This is really intolerable. its almost 5 months now and still I haven't received Masters transcripts at US address.

I have ordered official transcript from the University of Calcutta in December 2020. I have been waiting for more than 8 months. They keep responding back stating that University is impacted by COVID. They do not provide any other updates after February 2021. The sad part is, I have missed two semesters as my registration at the current University is on hold, and my graduation date is getting pushed. They are not bothered that they are playing with people's life and their goals, their dormant, laid-back attitude is affecting someone very badly.
I see there are other companies who are able to get the transcripts to foreign countries during the same COVID time. I do not think they are taking any effort to reach out to the University. They should not take new applications if they cannot honor them or shut down their services till the operations are not fully functional.

I had subscribed to their services in 2018 and since the last 2 years they have been asking me for various documents. I have provided them all the documents and when I finally asked them for the application number and the receipt as proof that they have submitted my application to the university. They mentioned that once they share the receipt they are not responsible for my application and are not answering my request

I would request strict action against them as they are playing with the sentiments of the people and enjoying through our hard earned money

I would warn others not to subscribe to their services

I'm stuck with them from more than 2 months. No answer by call and by mail. Even they are deleting my review from their sites. I asked them about my file and they said we lost your file and searching it and also you have to pay 304$ more even i already pay them more than 300$ . I'm asking for Refund but no answer. They are scammer and not even reply .DONT APPLY THROUGH THEM GUYS THEY WILL TAKE MONEY AND WILL DISAPPEAR .You will waste time and money also. The role of the company is to request a authentic copy of the transcript to the University on my behalf and send it to the respective places. It has been more than a year since I have ordered one transcript service for World Education Services via Mail Transcript. The truth is that they have never done the work but kept telling that they will do. Now, after a long time, they mentioned that they have sent the transcript, they have not provided any tracking number or any other proof that they have sent it. I have asked for a proof multiple times, they have never responded. Therefore, as I understand that they have digested my money and, more importantly, my time. I want a proper justice for that. Also, I want that anyone else in this country does not suffer because of fake companies like Mail Transcript.

I contacted them for sending transcripts to WES Canada. My University charges are only Rs 300/ for getting a transcript. And for sending it to Canada they take Rs. 2000/. But they charged Rs.10030/- for the same and said that Rs.7200 was taken by the University for the transcripts, but as confirmed by University only take Rs. 300/. Why they charged Rs.7200? I want my refund of Rs. 6900.

Terrible experience. I needed duplicate marksheets & transcripts sent to WES & they have been just sitting on my application and stalling . And this is after making a total payment of Rs 25000. After I followed up multiple times I get a response that, I quote -"These things take a lot of time. Duplicate alone will take like 2 months and then transcripts are another 45 days or so. " by Mrigya Patil, Team Lead. The irony her signature also says - Getting transcripts made fast and simple, just like that! I wonder how is 2 months & 45 days FAST ? Now i will have to resort to asking favors from someone to get this done for me.

Registered on 3rd Mar, 2020. I was supposed to get the service done .i.e WES verification or attestation done from the University (PRIST). first they blames the lockdown from Mar, 2020 to May, 2020. Whenever I ask or check status in the mail it said Under Review. And only after June, 2020 they finally filed it to the university on the second week of July 2020 informing me that it will be done in 2 weeks but in their website it was mentioned it will take a month .i.e till Aug, 2020. When I asked them about the status they immediately cancelled my application and initiated for refund then later other people were saying the verification was under process.. Now when I asked for refund they are telling all kind of stories and trying to dodge refund process.

The transcripts i received are just attested photocopies of the marksheets and degree certificates i sent them. When i called the university they told me they don't deal with any other third party but till that time i had already placed the order. Advice - if you are from muhs, nashik university please order transcripts through the college you passed out from. Anything received via any other means will not be genuine.

I stay in hyd and my university is in wb, i hired this third-party company under the name mailtranscript to get my transcripts from my university and send it to wes, ca for verification.
After 12 email conversation, the process was started they took 2 months to just get the documents from my university.
They sent the documents and to my surprise, they did not attach my final degree along with the mark sheets. The wes put my application on hold as they didn't receive my final degree. I went back and forth with their pathetic customer services and couldn't get any help. At-last i had to go to my university and get the transcripts myself and send it to wes, ca.
I lost 20, 000/- (Inr) and on top of that four precious months of time.

I engaged them in march 2019 for wes transcripts they got active afetr several emails and a period of more then 2 months. They took another month to inform me that they board of technical exams is asking for my original mark sheets and i should courier them the 3 years' marksheet. I live in bangalore.
My offer of providing certified true copies was rejected and they claim only the orginals are needed. How could i trust them with my originals.
I asked for a refund and was refunded only the courier charges to canada.
Utterly lethargic and unco-ordinated lot.
Wasted more than 6k on this fruitless attempt. Don't trust them.

It was a terrible mistake of assigning this company the responsibility of sending my transcripts to wes. They are totally unreliable. They took about two months at their end to verify my documents and charged a hefty sum of 10k for this service. I had to send my pune university documents to wes, which the company claims has been sent as per university procedure. However, they have sent the documents from mumbai instead of directly from the university.

This company needs to shut down as they are simply looting people.

I engaged this company paying 11000 rs for my wes canada nagpur university verification. Was asked for mandatory documents not listed on the website. When i asked for refund since i would not be able to do it they came back saying it is not mandatory anymore. That was a trigger point for me which said this company is not right. No ethics.. Eventually they send the wes document but gave me a wrong speed post tracking number. When i told them back why my documents are being delivered in mumbai as oppose to canada, they gave me another tracking number saying typing mistake. I have repeatedly asked them to give me a proof of my parcel with my wes number mentioned.. Told them to escalate the situation since they were support team but it seems there is no layer.. Workers and owners..

Wes verification is a very tedious process... The parcel is also a black box for us.

Just trying my best to make people aware that think twice since ask price is a lot.

I live in hyderabad and contacted this company online to help with my transcripts...

It was the biggest mistake to trust this extremely unprofessional company with my transcripts from ycmou nashik. Even after waiting for more than 2 months, and paying almost rs.11, 000, the support staff is unable to give me definite timelines as to when i would receive the transcripts. Their support staff called me last week informing me that the transcripts are ready and would reach my postal address by the end of the week. However, there was no update after that. The team does not even answer calls. Emails sent to them are either ignored, or replied to in 1 line. Once i managed to get someone from their team on the call, she put me on hold for 15 minutes and eventually disconnected the call. Calls made after that went unanswered. Requests to talk to a manager are also ignored.

When i called their mumbai office number to check why the transcripts are taking so long to reach me since they were ready last week, she stated that it will take another 15 days as the envelope was not signed and stamped at the university. She was also extremely rude and began yelling when i told her that her field agent should have checked the envelope before sending it.

Please do not trust this fraudulent company with your transcripts.

Be aware of mailtranscripts- I have paid ~ Rs. 27000 for my BSc and B Tech Mark sheets and they are asking for more money. No progress in procuring my transcript from Calcutta University. Has anyone know the owner details or any Business registration details- I want to file a lawsuit against them. My application to Canada University is in limbo because of them. I have submitted my application with all details and scan copy of my mark sheets, but everytime they are coming back with some issue and asking for more money. Had they ever sent any transcript to anyone- what is the problem, are they really doing Business here?

I had paid them to send my trascripts from rajasthan university to wes office canada. It's been two months that i have paid 10000 rs to this website and they still send me lame replies with no update on achieving any progress. The lady on the phone gives me the same reply saying that my university is not replying to them.

I need the money back or work done.

Please do not mailtranscripts, it is a fraud company. They prepare forged documents and send to WES, instead of obtaining it from the university. Earlier it worked as WES accepted these documents. These days WES is checking back with your university to ensure that the documents they receive have actually been sent by the university. Unfortunately i had taken services from mailtranscripts, and got caught in the fraud. After months of running...

Worthless service, been more than 2 months since they have received my documents and still I have not got my transcripts.
It took them 3 weeks to give back my originals yes "my originals" that I sent.

Call centre people are always giving vague excuses, do not pick up half of the time. Don't know why I paid them so much money. Complete bunch of ### running this scam.

After applying and paying for money suddenly they asked for more money. I was surprise and did some research and found this company is a fake. They charge 10 times more and initially they say 30 working day and once application completed they pop up message actual time can be varied from eta. They keep on sending same copy and paste status message and there is no one to talk to. Stay away from this company if you are looking for your transcripts on time for very important immigration and career opportunity. Do not go by fake positive review as they can easily manipulate web. They spend money to post positive reviews. Complete scam.

This report is against "mail transcripts" company that purports to send your degree & marksheet transcripts to wes for processing of the pr application.

The first mail was sent in august 2017 for the process to start and the amount was paid in july-august. Till today, 20-december-2017, my request has not been completed as wes is telling me that the documents received by them are not sealed, & mail transcripts is telling me that wes has received the documents.

When i asked mail transcripts people to send this confirmation from wes on mail to me, they advised me to talk to wes and get it resolved myself.
First point - why do you take rs.10, 000 for a single university to send the documents if there is no guarantee of it being received without any damage to the wes team.

Now, i am being asked to again raise the request for new copies to be sent to wes, and spending more amount to have backups if this request also fails.

I want a refund of the amount i spent on the application id: 11990.

For ur information i applied myself for transcripts directly on 10th november and i already received the transcripts! So i can clearly see how useful ur service is! U guys haven’t got it even after almost 3 months!!!

Seriously just give me a refund i[censored] have any manners!

This people adhere to service the requests to the earliest which is very contrary in realty. They are the worst service provider it took more than two months for them to get my transcript from university after paying 5k upfront. Not only this there staff at kanpur and mumbai is so worthless that they don't even communicate properly with in the organization nor with the client. Every time they have a new excuse to say. Mrigya, sunita, milli nobody is of no help even after posting my transcript i they mentioned wrong address over it and i have to search for the package even after paying so much money for the piece of paper.
