Not solve the problem in service

I have doing service in vipul motors old faridabad at 14 july 2022 but I have not sufficient this service because next day my car will heat snd engine will smoke then he resolve this but in car also have a problem of stearing first of all he says that he resolved the problem next day nut on this day says that he not solve the problem wherever my car in warranty. Please solve the issue

key check oil pressure problem
सर मैंने मेरी गाड़ी संख्या rj 43 0339 की सर्विस दिनांक 17.03.2018 को lmj सर्विस सेंटर प्रताप नगर जोधपुर से करवाई थी उस दिन मैंने adviser को key-check oil pressure की समस्या नॉट करवाने के बावजूद भी इसको गंभीर नही लिया और यह समस्या पुनः कुछ किलोमीटर बाद आने लग गयी थी जिससे मैं मानसिक रूप से परेशान हो गया हूं अब मुझे कहा जा रहा है कि गाड़ी वापिस जोधपुर ले आओ में श्री गंगानगर का रहने वाला हु.इसके संबद्घ में कोर्ट जाने पर मजबूर हु कृपया मेरी समस्या का समाधान करवाए

Steering movement is tight

In last month on 20/02/14 I have got repaired my car from Maruti service center pune for abnormal noise in steering rack (steering rack assembly changed), reason to change was not clarified, after running of 350 km still it is very tight to operate and some noise .Is it true that it takes time to get free movement ? I am worried that after some days though it power steering, it will get damage again . Service man says that there may other problem, by this they may ask me to change all parts one by one .

Centers are cheating

Dear Sir,
I did my Maruthi Alto Lxi car for servicing in Kapico Maruthi, Chennai, on 27/02/2013. They told me that the break should be changed. They changed the break disc, Caliper pins etc. All the other complaints, they told me was not urgent. As, I had to go to Kerala, I gave my vehicle for servicing again to Popular, Kezkatlai for servicing. But, they came with lot of complaints (Including the break unit). I told them that I serviced the break just 2 weeks before with Kapico. I had to pay more than 13000/- rupees for that service. When I checked with the SA (DuraiMurugan) He told me, he has done a full service. (But just after checking the car in the morning, he told me a rate less than 7000/-).. Anyhow, just after the popular servicing, there was a sound from break. I did another servicing also after this. They charged for cleaning the break. Now they diagnosed and saying that the caliper pin should be changed and the cost is 450/- and labout is 700/- and the tax….. In Kapico, they changed it for a lesser cost (I still have the bill with me). Please, let me know, whats the life of caliper pins? Is it only 1 or 2 months? Is the authorized service centers using the genuine spares?

sir i dr venkatesan, own alto tn o6 c 5428 purchased from khivraj automobiles, thousand lights chennai.. now i have run 35125 km so far & given for my paid service for which the service bill amount has been given as 30000 rs..when maruthi tells its economical car & less maintenance why is billing so high, , . my service is being done at vishnu cars private limited mylapore chennai. i have been experiencing the same with my swift vxi too.. i need a reply for this, , tomoro if i run for 50000 then my bill amt will come as 75000 rs ah..

on 8th february 2013 after paid service there is an whistling sound from engine/gearbox and on 28 july 2013 I left my car to Std auto agencies jabalpur. then I come to know from mechanic that there was no transmission oil inside the gearbox and he showed me the very thick oil contains with fine iron powder which I have kept with me as proof. till date I have not received any proper response from the company

i have been book a alto lxi car & paid the all price which you has been charge for the same, your sales consultant Mr. Subhadeep Karmakar has said me that it will take four(4) working days for the registration, now it is four(4)days is over but just now he(subhadeep karmakar) say over phone that it will take more one week it mean next friday will hand over the my book alto car.
I requesting to you all please stop the miss saleing to me or miss commitment.
Now once again requesting to you all please hand over my car with registration or i have to cancel immediately.

We are satisfied with the Product but we are not happy after sales service which you provided by your service provider M/s Maruti Sky Automobile, Near Piccadilly Hotel, Raipur (C.G). Below mentioned details for your kind consideration and need full action.

Maruti Alto — Service
This is to convey to you my disatisfaction with your service. I have a Maruti Alto 2009 model UP32CS4789 reparied and serviced by KTL Private Limited based in Lucknow at Chinhat centre.They had pick & drop my vehicle from my office for 1st free service after serviceing of the vehicle they had not provide me any bill & recipt of the serviceing the person who has came for delivery he took the money rs.857/-& told me he will bring the bill & receipt next day.
Quality of washing was very poor & they had make a scratch on my Left hand Side Fender on complaining the person who had come with the vehicle he said no we have not the make the scratch it was there before servicing.
After one week the telecaller had make me a call for my due 1st free servcing after explanation she said ok i will get back to you with all the details within 15-20minutes after 1-2hour i had make a call & talk with CRM that was some lady i don't remembe her name i explained her everything and she promised me that she will courier the bill & receipt same day. Till i have not received any courier from the dealership.

Maruti / Alto — After Sales Service
I have bought this car from Bhandary Automobiles, Haldia (Kharagpur), West Bengal through ICICI bank finance. Now I have pre close the balance loan amount and bank has given me no objection certificate. Few days back I have come to Haldia for my official Job (IOCL), so I have planne d to withdraw my hypothecation from my blue book. So I have submitted all the relevant original documents to the branch manager Bhandary Automobiles for withdrawal of hypothication of my car as I have bought this car from Bhandary Automobiles and my RTO is Tamluk. I have lost my tax card that's why I have requested Bhandary to issue a duplicate tax card from Tamluk RTO and I am ready to pay whatever the extra amount charges to issue duplicate tax card. But they have just kept all my documents and did nothing even after 21 days. I was having limited time period, so I want to withdraw the hypothecation. But they have just kill my time and did nothing. They have even not contacted me that they have not submitted it to RTO. Whenever I had followed up, they told that they are in process. When finaly I went there to enquer, I found that they have not submitted the documents to RTO. So I have got back all the documents with my disappointment as my stay at Haldia was already over. I have felt very bad as they behave differently at the time of purchase of the new car and just opposite when I require their services.Maruti -Alto — after service complaints
As per the service terms, I sent my vehicle for service in Maruti Service masters, Guindy, Chennai. I got it serviced but noticed poor show by them. Actually none of the complaints made by me was attended by them. The side door noise was heavy and was unattended. In addition to that, my CD player is not working. After I made the complaint they took my vehicle again and did the correction in the side door nosise and now it got reduced. But still the CD player is having problem and they are saying that it has to be handed over to Sony and service charge needs to be paid by me (around 600 Rs). After that, My remote control horn is not working. The same was conveyed to them and it is still unattended for the past one week. Helpful

Sir i purchage a car alto lxi temp registration No HR 99TQ6312 from Apra agency rewari on 17 feb 2012. I am serving in army , refund of 10,000 rs nal not returned to me till date. I have approched many times to the agency by tele conversation but the agency did not satisfy me for refund Rs 10,000 on by till date. You are requested to take necessary action against the apra agency and confirm me .

Sir,I got reserved one IIIAC from Bellampalli to Secundrabad for journey on[protected]. At the time booking its status is WL2.
Due to non availability of seats I was travelled in General Compartment. TC told ne that no certificate or endorsement is required and refund cam be claimed in Sec'Bad station.
I reached station at 5.ooam on 14th.
When ensuired at enquiry about refund he said it is to be claimed at CCM, Rail Nilayam during office hours.
My ticket no. is 32162772 and PNR no. is[protected]. Ticket amount is Rs. 399/-
KIndly arrange for refund the amount. As I am out station I could not make a complaint on 14th.

I have purchase new maruti alto lxi from bhatia and company dealer at kota, today handed over my vehicle for first service at its work shop 6101 (near dainik bhaskar office) and asked men for few jobs needed.
My vehicle was sent after service to me and at my stock, I found that the vehicle was wet from inside.
I asked the driver to inform to work shop. Te tried for a long time but in vain finally I talked to Mr. Ram Bhatia and he asked to speak him Mr. Qureshi (GM, Work Shop)
Mr. Qureshi seems to a person of no edicts as he took my complaint very lightly & said “Ho Jata Hai, Main Kal Dry Karwa Kunga”. I asked him “why not today”, for which he replied “I will check and inform you.”
I kept waiting for while afternoon but he did not send any one, during my talk with him, he also emphasized me to make payment first.
In the evening when I contacted him before leaving my office, he said that he had sent a person. It was 19:30 hrs but nobody came to me and I left for office.
I want an immediate action to be initiated against such an irresponsible person who does not know customer handling.
Further I need an immediate response else I would drag Maruti in trouble.

I purchased a Maruti Lxi alto car on 1st January 2010, from Popular Maruti Dealers,Muvattupuzha, Ernakulam Dist of Kerala state.I took an extended warranty for 5 years by paying Rs:5000/-+, in that time they told that if any complaints in ac,central lock etc just call them and i can utilize the warranty benefit.My central lock became complaint on Feb 2011,and i have been calling that dealers to sent any one to have a look on that from that day,Up to this day i called 17 times to Popular Maruti Muvattupuzha.Whenever i am calling they will tell like this is done by some third party and they have already informed about this to them.But up to now i didnt received any service from them.
If Maruti is not responsible for doing the repairing then why we are charging with that???
Can you do anything to make my central lock repaired??

Front Brake Caliper Pin

I puchased a Maruti Alto Lxi in Aug. '09. 20000 km it drove very well.
After the its fourth service, it has developed a wierd thud and rooling sound in the front wheels whenever it encounters bad roads. It took it to Markiting times maruti authorized dealer Okhla phase 3 , the service agent told me that its because of loose caliper pins in the front right wheel. He took the car for a day and told me in the evening that the repair has been done. When I drove the car after that everything seems fine. After around 3-4 days the sound came back, I again went to the service station the agent looked into my complaint and told me the same thing, he also took the car for a day and in the evening told me that the problem is with the caliper pins. He then told me that he has got the repair done again but if the sound continues he would replace the caliper assembly. Again the car drove well in the intitial 3-4 days, after that the sound is back.
now my car complete 58000 kms but the problem is not solve and after 60000 kms my cars warranty will over.
I do not understand how can such a problem develop a new car keeping in view that this kind of a problem if found only after much wear and tear in the car.

maruti alto car — Service
Respected sir,I had given my “Maruthi Alto” car on for perioidical service at Maruthi’s Authorized service station name “Sai Service Centre” located at Karingachira, Tripunithura, Ernakulam, Kerala State. The car was purchased from Maruthi’s Sai True Value Shop from Pathadipalam, Edappally, Ernakulam, Kerala State on March 2010. They have given three free service card and all the three services had done. After that I had given for service at Tripunithura, Sai Service centre. The car was taken from my home by the service people on 9.12.2010 and I told the car will be given in the next day since there is no repairs and only for normal service with water service. The next day the Service Engineer was called for any complaints to solve for the car. Since there are no problems, I told that there is not any complaints. Accordingly, the car serviced and in the night at 8.30 on 10.12.2010 the car brought by the service people to my house and the service cost was `. 5,020/-. I am terribly disappointed that the service cost comes to this much amount. They have charged which I did not requested and I was forced to pay for the same. The next day morning I checked the car while I am taking to go for an engagement it was noticed that the one of the wheel cup has missed out of four. Within no time I have called the Service Engineer and brought to the notice of missing the wheel cup. He replied that it will possibly be at Service centre and If you are coming that side it will be fitted. After a week i.e. on 16.12.2010 when I have going through that side I went to the service centre in the forenoon for fitting the same. But the concerned service engineer was not at there and brought up the notice to the Works Manager. He checked the car and the concerned wheel cup was not found. Also the same was not available at the time and told for wait up to evening. Evening he told that the same was not available in the market for purchase and told he will be arrange to purchase another type for all 4 wheels and bring to home and fitted. The next day afternoon when I contacted over phone that the Works manager is also not attended in the Service Station and not possible in that day.
It is alarming to note how Maruthi authorizes their service centres when they are incapable of handling the responsibility. I am very disappointed with the response I got and am also very sure that the next car I buy shall not be a Maruthi and if also not serviced like this service centres. The same is also brought to the notice of my colleages, friends & co-workers.

myself dr. swadesh gautam medical officer incharge maholi sitapur C/O mr. laxman prasad i was driving my car maruti alto lxi UP 35 L 2337 i got road accident on dated 25/09/2010 my car was insured from new india assurance comp.ltd.i gave my car to anand motar agencies ltd faizabad road CHINHUT LUCKNOW but they still not able to delieverd my vehicle on date 06/05/2011 i visited so many times on service station they always told they will delieverd car soon i talk to the adviser ANIL SINGH he told me that there is problem in emc of car and soon car will be delivered on dated 20/12/2010 than i talk to body shop manager RAJESH KUMAR MISHRA he told me also like this but car was not prepared and from december 2010 i visited service station so many times but always i feel hopeless and mentally tensionized the manager and adviser always told incorrect things misguiding me then i met to general manager N. C.GRAG he don't know about my car and told me that i don't have any car to repair upto december 2010 and i have only the list of car repaired december 2010 onwards than i showed the paper which states that car is for repairing from 10/oct/ 2010 he don't know about anything now there adviser anil singh call me that ur car is ready and take trial when i gone to service station my car was still not repaired i told him but still he took the trail and again got road accident and got severe mental tensioned and hopelessness he again promised that he will soon delievered the car after repair the car i paid all the payments on dated reciept no: RCP11000605 ON DATED 04/05/20111 AND today 06/05/2011 i'm still waiting for my car and please help me regarding the matter and also help me in removing my mental tension. Problem in silencer
I have prchased a alto Lxi Model Of maruti 2007 Model.
Now it have a problem in silancer, a noise, and i meet in this regard ur service centre,
He told that a Mesh type part is breakup that have a make such sound.
I have seen that this problem is very common in alto model.
my some friends purchase the alto model and facing such a problem.
Is it a common problem in Alto Model ?
& what is the solution for that and what will be the expenditure?
if it is a manufacturing defect than it may be short out by company cost.

Cheated during servicing

I had purchased a vehicle (Maruti Alto LXI) from your authorized dealers (APRA Auto) from Pacific Square, Gurgaon.
Today was my first free service (Dec 21st 2010) and I immediately took my vehicle to your authorized service centre, as I had faith in your dealings. However I now realised that I was cheated.
In the first service itself I was proposed to get a synthetic oil change which costed me 2914 INR. Unnecessarily this is fooling ignorant customers.
I asked the advisor only that please tell me what is recommeded. He should have clearly told me that synthetic oil change is not recommended in the case of first service when the car has only run 520 kms.
I do not approve of this at all, and I feel cheated and harassed because of this.
Kindly look into the issue and revert. The advisor who took the case is Amit Mishra.

RNS motors , bad billing

Recently I shifted to Bangalore and since my 2nd free service was due I approach RNS motor, Hosur road, Bangalore take appointment on 18th Dec 2010
As agreed I visit the site at 9:00 AM
After examine my vehicle the person informed me that the total charges will be 630 (Approx). I was amazed that why he is giving me estimated bill when it’s free service?
When I enquired about it he informed me that
300/- for engine check --- Don’t know why that required.
100/- for cap replacement --- Don’t know why?
100/- For nitrogen replacement – Again not sure why?
100 /- Consumables charges
30 /- For XYZ things.
When I asked, what are these charges are and how can it applicable to 2nd free service. Coz y during my 1st service my dealer never asked for these then why they are charging. The person asked me to approach service desk manager and he disappear.
I spoke with my original dealer (Chowgule Industries Pvt. Ltd., Pune) and informed him about this case. They told me that these are optional and never combined with 2nd service. I request them to spoke with Customer service manager in RNS motors but the lady refused to speak.
I approach the customer service manager again and request for attendance but she just ignore it and asked me to wait for service person. Finally after 1 ½ wait I approach her again and request for attendance. Finally she called the same person and he told me that he will remove all the charges but I have to pay the consumable ( He told me that it cover Oil top-up , greasing , car coolant etc )charges ( Rs 110/-) I say Ok . But after some time the service person told me that it’s not possible to send the car for service and asked me to go to another dealer.
I just approach to customer service manager but she too speak same language and say since you are asking so many question and not ready to pay the chares the person is not ready take your car for servicing ..
Since I am very new to Bangalore I accept the charges and paid the Rs 110 /- bill.
Now I need a clarification about following question:
1) Just I asked question about chares means I can ignored and denied the serving my vehicle.
2) Did Maruti charged consumable charges? If not is dealer have right to charge the same? (Big question here is greasing and other items are so costly? Rs 100?)
3) When I asked for 2nd free service why the dealer give me
Proposed bill of Rs 630/-
4) They keep me waiting for more than 1 ½ hrs without offering seat or hear what I mean to say? Is this is an away to manage customer.
5) Now I want to know what action you are going to take and are you offering me my money back.
Let me tell you if there is no solution you are forcing me to purchases another vehicle from some other company and in my life I won’t go for any Maruti vehicle.
Hope you find my compliant and get back to me with plan.

Some of the Dealers do get into this kind of practice, and harass the customers who do not pay them as per their demands, even if it is not required to be paid.
Maruti Company must have some system to monitor the Dealers who harass the customers, and are not providing the service as per the Company norms.

Hi,
I have serviced my car from berkley autos mohali,but there was so many problems with cleaning of car like washing,cleaningand vaccum, htey ahve not clean even a single seat cover.,dash board ,when i called up the the service manager he start to say we are extremely sorry sir this will not happen again in your next service this will not happen again and when i send my car for next service the problem was same and all exuces are same if you people will provide this type of service then who will to these service centres. MARUTI is well reputed company, these type of companies has start to dicaurage the compan reputation Hope your will do something to satisfied the Maruti Custmers...............................................

As advised by your showroom persons I delivered the vehicle in your workshop of Mithra Agencies at RTC x Roads. The vehicle is still being looked into by your technicians.
From the above sequence of events it is quite evident that I was supplied a defective vehicle and no quality control measures of any sort were taken by maruti udyog before despatching the vehicle and the dealer has also supplied the same sub-standard vehicle to me. this has shaken my faith in your company this being second time such an incident has been happening to me, as my earlier vehicle a Wagon - R has been supplier with a defective air filter mechanism, which was frequently bursting.
I am extremely annoyed with such utter disregard for a consumer and request that YOU REPLACE THE VEHICLE IMMEDIATELY WITH A BETTER QUALITY VEHICLE as I am not prepared to take this defective vehicle and suffer for the rest of my life.
You may be aware that such a vehicle with a defective gear box and gears jamming may cause accidents and is very risk for my life and hence you are once again requested to replace the vehicle immediately as the problem has started immediately on purchase of the vehicle and I had no chance to even enjoy a small ride. noted that it has gear problem. After I use 5th gear it refuses to
comeback to neutral or take any gear, it simply gets struck. This
seems to be very risky and is a very serious concern for me. On the
very next day i.e.,on 13th at 8.00pm, I had to take it to the seller
at Mitra agencies, Himayatnagar, Hyderabad. There I was redirected to
the Repairs section at The Mitra Agencies, R.T.C Xroads at Hyderabad.,
i.e.,within 24 hrs of buying the car.
After Pooja ,the Car did not even reach my house and neither my
children nor any of my family members could enjoy their first ride.
Please realize the mental agony all o[censored]s had. I am yet to receive the
car after rectification of the problem. I am asked to take the vehicle
tomorrow.i.e.,on Oct 14th.
But I really wonder who is responsible for doing these tests before
the vehicle gets on the road and is given to the customer? What kind
of quality are you maintaining? Who will take the responsibility of

sir,
i had purchased a car from PRATHAM Motors, bangalore, whitefield, on march 2007 , model ALTO, LXI. the car was being serviced OK, and many a time, i have ensured that proper complaint was recorded by way of FEEDBACK FORM, which PRATHAM motors was regularly issuing along with the bill after service. I have been very judiciously following on this and have everytime ensured my honest comments and compliments were recorded in the FEEDBACK FORM and sent by SELF POST cover provided by PRATHAM..
my last service was very very bad experienced.. my kms run was 39500 and for some insurance claim i had approached the service department and the car was kept for inspection and due claims for insurance. During this period, i was informed that my paid service was due and since i have almost crossed 40,000 kms , it would be very prudent for me to get the 40,000 kms service done, which means all overhauling done on payment... i eventually agreed thinking their professionalism was to be adhered to.
within a day of having got the insurance claim done, the service advisor called me up and said that since i have covered 39500kms , it would be beneficial for me to get the full service done as is required for 40000kms run. i eventually agreed considering their expertise and heeded his advice and said ok.

i requested that i need a days time to arrange the fund and come to pay to take delivery of the car. next day i went armed with around 10k to cover the bill that was approx 8000+ . to my surprise , first the insurance guy who had done the claim approached me with a bill of 11000 + and asked me to pay the bill before he showed me the car. I was taken aback and somehow through my debit card managed to cough up 11000 + so that i can take the car.
to my utter surprise, the car was brought to me from inside the service station well after an hour.. and when i checked the car, i did not find anything special in the outer or inner.. it was as dirty as i had left it... i suspected something wrong and called up the AGM to inform him of my displeasure.. and asked him to cross check why and for wat accounting should i pay 1000+. he explained me that the 40000kms service required complete overhaul of the engine,+ oil etc... further, since i had agreed for an underchasis teflon paint, i had to pay around 2500 for it.. and the outer teflon coating would also cost me around 2000 + .hence totally to 11000+..
When i brought to the AGM notice of the car condition, and that their was no teflon coating done in the outer.. he partially agreed and questioned the lady in charge about it and she was not in a position to convince or him about the coating. i realised i have been taken for a ride and protested.. to this the AGM , instantly agreed that he will reduce 1000/- as i was not satisfied.. i reluctantly agreed and he repaid back 1000 from the accounts.
this led me to the doubt that the car was not cleaned properly, and was very much doubtful of the service of the 40000kms service.. which has costed me around 8 k.
eventually i took possession of the car as i have paid the full bill. and as is their practice with pratham, they gave me the bill and along with it the FEEDBACK FORM.
i took my car not much satisfied... and with 2 days.. i made out my feedback service failure as per the form and promptly posted it as their was the prepaid cover along with the form.
until 18 of september, their was no response to my FEEDBACK FORM. and i eventually sent an email to PRATHAM motors , indicating my displeasure of the service offered on payment... promptly after 4 days i.e.on 22nd september, a person called up saying he is the GM of pratham motors and that he had called up to enquire about my complaint... and requested me to come over to pratham to address my grievance. when i enquired abt the status of my FEEDBACK FORM , he feigned ignorance of this saying i might not have posted it or something like that. i protested saying it was a complaint i cannot afford to forget or ignore... and that i have very promptly posted it immediately after the service delivery. i again sent a mail to this effect detailing my protest.
surprisingly i got a mail from the CEO, mr. bhasin,. who said he was a bit pained with my allegation about the bad service.. i had used the word cheating... and working like government babus... he said that the AGM AND GM of pratham motors will be addressing my complaint and that i need to get it cleared of all grievances... when i said the purpose of the FEEDBACK FORM has not served, and that i plan to inform MARUTI SUZUKI, about this bad serviceline of the dealer.. he immediately responded that he does not bother , wherever i complain and that if i so wished , i cud get my car reserviced or grievances heard by the GM / AGM.. and if i do not agree, i am free to go to any other dealer i choose fit..
Imagine, this coming from an CEO, of pratham motors, left me completely baffled and to this day i am really surprised how MARUTI SUZUKI can service its valuable customers with such DEALERS, who care a damn for service satisfaction...???

i had purchased a car from PRATHAM Motors, bangalore, whitefield, on march 2007 , model ALTO, LXI. the car was being serviced OK, and many a time, i have ensured that proper complaint was recorded by way of FEEDBACK FORM, which PRATHAM motors was regularly issuing along with the bill after service. I have been very judiciously following on this and have everytime ensured my honest comments and compliments were recorded in the FEEDBACK FORM and sent by SELF POST cover provided by PRATHAM..
my last service was very very bad experienced.. my kms run was 39500 and for some insurance claim i had approached the service department and the car was kept for inspection and due claims for insurance. During this period, i was informed that my paid service was due and since i have almost crossed 40,000 kms , it would be very prudent for me to get the 40,000 kms service done, which means all overhauling done on payment... i eventually agreed thinking their professionalism was to be adhered to.
within a day of having got the insurance claim done, the service advisor called me up and said that since i have covered 39500kms , it would be beneficial for me to get the full service done as is required for 40000kms run. i eventually agreed considering their expertise and heeded his advice and said ok.

Battery Discharging

I am using the Maruti Alto Lxi. since April 2008, with number MH40A7231, purchased fro Araya Cars, Pardi Naka, Bhandara Road Nagpur. the car have been regulary serviced at the same showrooms service center, there is a recurring problem of my battery getting discharged and fungal deposition at the one of the battery nodes, after regular request the service center people had given me N number of reason of the problem and no solution to it.
There have been starting problems to the vehicle is taken for regular servicing to the same service center may it be free or paid.
I have tried to convey them my problem but all in vain as I was not given a solution to it, I have to regularly in every 7 days clean the battery node of the fungus and if I don't my car do-sent start. the service center people have been regularly saying that i will have to do it in the same manner. It may be noted that we had bought 5 Alto Lxi from the same service center at a same time and I am facing such problem only in this car.
After repeated request during free and paid servicing the problem have not been solved and due to which in certain emergency conditions I have faced the problem of my car not starting leading to major problem.
If Maruti a leading brand with such a huge team of professional trained servicing people cant solve a simple problem how can we trust the brand and its creditability.

I have booked one Maruti Alto LXI BSIV on 30.06.2010 with PREMSONS MOTOR UDYOG PVT. LTD., Authorised Maruti Dealer and made the payment in full vide Cheque No.426214 & 495212 dt. 30.6.2010 which have been encashed by the Dealer immediately on 1.7.2010 with assurance that the Vehcile will be delivered within two-three days time. Regret to confirm that till date delivery could not be made due to reason best known to them. Now they decline to keep their committment firm with regard to delivery as well as free gift etc.as agreed at the time of Booking.
Look forward to benign consideration.

SIRI HAVE BOOKED ALTO LXI FROM THE SHOWROOM MARUTI KARLO, PATNA ON 7MAY 2008, IT HAS BEEN DAYS AND THE DEALER HAS FAILED TO DELIVER THE PRODUCT ON TIME.OUR ID IS: I[protected] AND I[protected]
IT WAS COMMITTED THAT IT WILL BE DELIVERED ON 12 MAY.WE RECHEKED IT ON 10 MAY AND THE DEALER ASSURED FOR DELIVERY ON 12 MAY. WE WENT TO TOOK THE DELIVERY BUT WERE TOLD THE CAR IS STILL IN TRANSIT.
THE PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE IN FULL BUT THE SERVICE IS NOT PROPER.

De ar Sir,I am a kidney failure patient and I need Heamo dialysis every alternate day.At present my alto lxi is badly damaged and it need repairing so I am sending mycar to K T L Wrkshop tomorrow the dt[protected].I have reqested the workshop to provide loaner car but they are unable to provide me i dont know why? dear siri had booked alto lxi ecro biege colour from nainital motors haldwani on 26/12/10
by cheque of rs. 3000 hdfc bank haldwani the dealer gauranted me to deliver the car on 31/12/10.
when i went to the showroom with my d d the dealer said that car has been sold to another customer.
i was supposed to buy the car on 31/12/10 & now i had not get the car.
i am going to claim a case on the dealer & also on maruti suzuki in consumer court.

TR Sawhney service center complaint

Dear Sir,
I have a Maruti Alto LXi car Registration No- DL9CP-5942. I stay at Rohini Sector-11 (Delhi) so I prefer to go to TR Sawhney Motors Pvt.Ltd (Badli workshop opposite sector-18 Rohini) for servicing and other job works. Last week I sent my car for servicing and got back yesterday evening. Please excuse for my language but I have no Idea what kind of Micky Mouse business those people are running, I mean the service they provide was Pathetic. Today while going to office lot of smoke and burning smell was coming from steering wheel. I paid 12000.00 Rs (Twelve Thousand Rs) for service Invoice No- BR10004677 Dated[protected]. Job card no[protected], I told them about all the problems like Stiff Steering, Knocking sound everything and still my steering is not working properly, one of the wiper park above bonnet and other one inside bonnet, half wiper blade was also missing, one rear side door lock was broken and the car was not even washed and when I asked they said they will do the washing again. Any ways this smoke/burning thing is bothering me a lot, I hope it won’t blow out like the kind of burning accidents happening these days. I need some visible action on this; I don’t think they have done all the jobs I paid for so I need a third party audit too. I hope I don’t have to go consumer court for this, please do the needful and oblige.

MARUTI ALTO LXI — RC NOT GIVEN BY T R SAWHNEY
T R SHAWNEYT R Shawney is not a good company of Maruti, as it harras me a lot, after giving full payment, the people of T R shawney is not in a mood of giving me relief.
Its been 4 months from Nov 2007, and till yet I've not received my RC, every time they just giving me wrong information. Not even a single person is responsible there.
In my opinion T R Sawhney is the wrost company I've ever met.
I m sure that in future I'd not like to buy anything from T R sawhney, and not even recommend anyone to them.
MARUTI ALTO LXI — Bluff service
This is the third case of mine where M/S Reliance motor Care of Lucknow has intentionaly bluffed me ..I've given car for frre service and they did'nt done anything as per maruti service policies..only cleaned the outer face and asked for money..Request you to look into this matter as we might do a legal case against them..

dealer not giving papers and blank cheqe back

I have bought a maruti alto lxi from karnal motors in karnal.i have given down payment of 69000/- and applied for a loan..Maruti dealer forced us to take the car home and get the loan approved and demand a blank cheque for security.we took the car home after giving the blank cheque.it take 1 month the loan to be approved .when the loan got approved,we gave them balance amount.when we asked them for papers they refused to give and tell us to come after 4 days...when we again meet them for papers they repeat that come after two days our boss Mr BALI is hospitalised..they repeat it 5 more times..we were really harrassed..but we kept our patient..now today when i went for papers and my blank cheque again.they refused to give us the papers and cheue and demand 6600/- as interest.we are really upset...we have receipts of payment we have given..I am a widow,i am not able to take this much tensions and harrasment..plz look into this matter and do the need ful...

Insurance was done from maruti itself. on 19 ,little damaged occured in the body, i contact to the same executive, but i didn't get any positive reply, still i could not receive insurance paper and the invoice. i also purchased some accessories from the workshop but he did not give any receipt. why .... now i want that my damaged should get repaired earliest as soon as possible only... the name of the executive is dinesh rawal from kiran motors navrangpura ahmedabad. now i am very unsatisfied from yr service. a lot of promises are done before purchasing but after that forget the customer. Is this the policy of maruti...

I am Senthilkumar residing at Site #7,Thirumalai Nagar,Udayampalayam,Gannapthy(po),Coimbatore-6,Purchased a Maruti Alto Lxi at Ambal Auto Ltd, Coimbatore on[protected]. From the date of delivery onwards we have a problem with the car, ie., as soon as we entered into the car it is causing high irritation to the eyes. This problem continues till now. I have already made a complaint to Ambal Auto, Coimbatore regarding this for the past two months and no action was taken in this regard.
Kindly do the needful at the earliest possible to rectify this problem.
