We had purchased MARUTI ALTO LXI from Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. authorized dealer M/S Premsons Motor Udyog Pvt. Ltd., Ranchi vide invoice no.VSL07001834, dated 07.02.2008, Engine no. 1208662, chassis no. 1090163, vehicle no. JH01V/0266 & is under 3 years warranty.
My vehicle had been serviced timely according to guidelines given in owners manual of Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. & is under observation...

As I have planned to book my car through maruti dealer who can provide me good service, satisfaction as well as long term relation in terms of par excellence , i went through market with different dealers and all did almost the same job, but MARKETING TIMES AUTOMOBILES PVT.LTD 19,DLF Centre, Savitri Cinema Complex G K-II New Delhi-110048 gave me the assurance that they will provide the best, in terms of service and i will b able to experience the service myself.
When every thing was done & my car was suppose to b collected from the promised place sales guy first of all delayed my delivery and on asking for some action to be taken fast said nothing can be done and u have to collect the car from some different place, when created the fuss and told him that u never told me before the collection point then doing some favour he got the car at the desired spot ,the day of delivery the sales rep asked me extra amount said there was some calculation error, again I felt something is happening wrong, I came strongly and it turned out that he will do me again a favour by paying that discrepancy from his pocket, felt really bad took the delivery on 3rd Oct 2009 still waiting for the RC to come, repeatedly calling, enquiring and requesting about the same to the sales team recently I got a call that i[censored] want u can pick up your RC from some other place which I am not aware and took the bad attitude of the person handling me.
Forget about service ,excellence, long term relation this incident will never let me recommend, suggest or talk any positive about MARKETING TIMES AUTOMOBILES PVT.LTD .

MARUTI ALTO LXI — no pick up
I purchase alto lxi(up 15 x 4108) from tanya automobiles meerut on 12 december 2005. i deposited rs 2945 for extended warranty which is valid upto 11 dec 2009.alto lxi is not taking pick up.After check up it was found that sensor is not working properly.Tanya automobiles meerut is not ready to change/repair the same.The alto covered only 11194 km distance.I have already sent the compliant to the general manager service maruti udhyog limited palam gurgon road on 29 november 2008 by registered post but there is no response till today.Kindly do the needful. Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that I went to one of Maruti Dealer Workshop, Mohan Motor Udyog (0606-1) at Arupota, E M Bye Pass, Kolkata 700105 on 11.02.10 with minor accident marks in my car ALTO LXI no. WB 12B 2407. I was advised not to go for insurance claim but get it repaired by own money. I refused to do that.
Further, the service advisor told me to go for servicing of car as it ran almost 5000 km after 3rd free service in 9029 km (total exactly 14065 km and 1yr 10 months). So I went for paid service and he provided me with following services for Rs 1507/-. (Cash memo no BC09014060, Job card no JC09014011, dated 11.02.10 with customer Id 10801/5118)
1. Engine oil change,
2. Oil filter change,
3. Gasket, cylinder head cover chnge
4. Wheel alignment,
5. Break cleaning.
Then I noticed that,
(1) In the owners manual and service booklet, 1st paid service has mentioned in 20000 km /2 years after 3rd free service in 10000 km/ 1 yr. If servicing is required in between as advised me, why it is not mentioned there.
(2) After each service there is a provision for noting the details in the service booklet. But in this case, it has not been noted. May I conclude that the servicing was not required and that is why it is not recorded?
(3) This is the first time; no feedback (either verbal or written) was taken after the service by the workshop or Maruti. What is the reason behind it?
(4) The wheel balancing in 1st paid service should be free as mentioned in the Annual Maintenance Form, but I paid for that.
(5) I had a free service (not free washing) coupon from insurance company but only free washing is provided in that coupon. Why it is not clearly mentioned in the coupon regarding the services, which are free?
(6) I heard that the workshop arranges free checkup or service camps but I was not called or even informed any time.
Therefore, I have some doubts regarding the services I received. I used to go to said dealers workshop only, for servicing and in all the problems. I shall be obliged if you can clarify my doubts at your earliest.

Alto Lxi — ACCIDENT JOB NOT DONE PROPERLY
Dear Sir / MadamThis is for your kind information that my vehicle ALTO lxi Regd. no PB02BC1306 Covered KM approx.2400 was accident on dated:05/08/2009.After all the insurance formalities done I lay down my car at JAYCEE MOTORS Amritsar state punjab.In this accident RHS Door was collapsed and dealer put the Door and done the job but after the delivery we found:
1.Seat covers were totally dirty.
2.vehicle was not complete on time .no problem but washing greasing was also pending.
3.Front Bumper was not alligned properly.
4.Main problem is colour mismatch totally differ from origional.
When i did my complaint to floor supervisor he felt shame and order to mechanic and denter but no body did the job .now tell me, in early stage vehicle is looking too differ .
So we need company support because dealer said i am can't do any thing.

ALTO — about my car
dear sir, i am not satisfied from your aothorised service center "Prograssive Motors" Golaghat, because i have already visited there three times with my car but not yet satisfied there service. so please do the needfull to solve my problems.my problems are :- when i start my car in the meantime some kind of vibration are on my car, and the sound of my car is not so smooth then other alto cars.
Maruti Alto — Wheel Cap not received since 5 months
Dear Sir/Madam,I have purchased my New car through your one of the dealer M/s.Amar Cars Pvt Ltd V U Nagar (anand) Ph No[protected] on 13/07/2010, as per clear written on pamplate that you will recieve Wheelcap on delivery but today almost 5 months completed i have not recieved answers from Amar Cars. What kind of service you are providing to the customer by dealers, dealers are saying that company is not sending us wheelcap where as maruti cars says we have already sent all spareparts to dealers. after lots of calls there is no any kind of solution. I am taking this case to higher level if there is no responce. As per words with team leader of Amar Cars Mr.Satyendra (Mob.[protected]), you have not recieved Wheelcap to Amar Cars. But as per your custoemer service executive the wheelcap has been dispatched to each and every dealer. then why you are not providing to me as written in your prospector. I want one solution whatever will be.

Well, it's better to actually change the engine oil in an interval of 5K Kms for petrol cars.
Wheel balancing is not free.
Why did they change the engine head gasket so soon??
Other things were fine.
Engine oil and oil filter are changed at the same time.
Wheel balancing and alignment should be done in an interval of 5K Kms to ensure that the tires do not have unusual wear and tear.
Plastic and other wear and tear items such as brake pad, clutch plate, pressure plate, clutch bearing, rubber items, bulbs are not covered under warranty and will be chargeable if they are required to replace.
If the steering wheel vibrates at 60 Kmph or more, then you should go for wheel balancing.
In a plane road, when the air pressure is normal in all the tires, if the car tends to a particular side when one put his/her hands off the wheel, then one should take his/her car for wheel alignment, else it will result in excessive wear and tear of the car's tires and also damage other things.

Very Very Worst Service

I have purchased the Maruti Alto LXI on Jan 06 Registration no. TN59 AM 2952, from the first day i faced the problem of 1.Registration no not get before Jan 17,And i have told to The Marketing Guy Mr.Gobi in Solaimalai Maruti in Madurai,Tamilnadu @ Many Times,But He Not respond me .Still am not getting Insurance Cpoy every time when i go to The Showroom but they have not done anything, Now i got a problem in Heavy noise form backside of My car , now they are saying that free service after 1000KM only So The issue will be closed that time only. Really am very very disappointing . On service this has to checked but they have not done their job properly. This is all . Please do the needful help.

I am again going in your service station due to 2nd service but your staff is refuced to check up my car and waset my time nearabout 5 hours. Your staff is not proper response.

Balance payment which has due on Magic Auto

I have purchased a car Maruti alto lxi from magic Auto Karol Bagh delhi on 20 Feb.2009 at the time of delivery I paid all payments according to executive but I never know that the payment 40000/- exsess received from me when I demand the invoice they told me that we will give tommarrow I did not receive any invoice and the by mistek / cheating of an Executive of Magic auto till date when I did not any response I coplaint to Maruti Coustmer care / regional office ( Gaurav sharma ) at delhi but till date I do not have recieved my balance payment I have already discussed with Show room Executive Gagan , Mr. Bedi, Mr, Ranjit and Director Mr. Kochar they said this is executive mistek and we can not pay to you your balance payment Kindly Help me and Advise.

Manufacturing Fault.
It is very much regretted to say that my maruti alto LXI car which was purchased in the month of August 2007 from the Competent Automobiles & still drive approximate 10000 Kms. & Sevice Of the car was got done only from the Authorised Sevice Station Of Maruti i.e Competent Automobiles Gazipur was stopped on the way in Anand Vihar on 20.1.2010 at 9.oo PM when I was coming from Shipra Mall .In this regard a compaint was lodged to your Maruti Customer Care.After my compalaint a team of maruti mechnic was reached to strat my car but they failed to start my car & told me that the car cannot be started as the ECM of the car has been deffected. I am very much surprised that how the ECM of my car has been deffected while my car is drive only approximately 10000 Kms in 2 & Half years. I hope that you will fulfull my trust in Maruti Car by replacing the ECM of my car free of cost immediately as it is only manufactruing /technical fault.

I have alto lx model 2003. I have a problem in my car since last 2-3 days that the car got heated while driving around 7-8 kms. 2 days ago my car got heated while driving when I checked, it was appeared that the box of coolent uninstalled and the coolent was finished. Then I top up the coolent in the box as well as in the radiator. After that my car is also giving the same trouble. Kindly guide me what is the problem.

I have purchased one Alto car from Hindustan agency Bokaro in name of Sri SS Prasad in the month of march 09. Unfortunately the car met an minor accident in the month of may-June 09. As my car was under the tie up with the maruti. I had given the car in the in Bokaro. After 15-20 days I got my car repaired . I found that the painting of bonnet was not proper . I lodged the complain to the Manager (Works). The manager assured me in written that painting of the bonnert will be done next time.
Unfortunately my car met very minor damages of side door paints and back light assembly while taking the car out from the garage in the month of Aug 09. The same was given to repair at the maruti service and repair centre , Bokaro in the month of Sept 09. As the car was having very minor damages and the service cum repair centre was over loaded I was asked to get the car and give it to repair in some Off Time nad probably after Puja .ID, Chat and Deepawali.
I given the car on 15 th of the Novemaber 09 for repair. I was reported that my car is not having Jack handle , Tool Kit and Safety stand . During the time I have never given my car to any persons. I informed the service centre about the missing tools from my car during my First time repair. I was told that "Yahan aisa nikala nahin jata hai " Than I insisted that those things must have been lying in the maruit repair centre. I was told that they are not having the same I must have checked during the delivery of the vehicle. If I need i have to purchase those things to the counter.
My car got repaired on 21-11-09 . I observed that the car has got some punched mark at the top(which was not earlier while giving the vehicle for the repair) and the texture of paints are not proper which led to my unsatisfaction.
I was told that these punched may have earlier in my car. I requested Maruti that these are not when we have given the car for repair. BUT MY REQUEST WENT INVAIN. I have got delivery of My car.
After reaching home I opened the bonnet of the car I was stunned to see that the battery of the car was replaced. Seeing my past experience of Maruti regading missing of my tool kit along with Jack handles ,I immediately rushed to the work shop. I informed the manager regarding change of my battery from old one. I was informed that my battery has been sent for charging. and same will be given/replaced with in couples of hour. I objected that my battery was new and cannot get discharged. But I could not do any thing .
Sir, If the same thing has been done by the Road repairer , simply we might have called them CHOR AND WE MAY HAVE LODGED A POLICE COMPLAIN AGAINST THE Road repaires.
My faith with the Maruti since last 15 Yaers have churned like any thing. These two incidences are highly unethical may damage the name of Maruti.If I could not have noticed immediately ,they might have told that my battery has been replaced out of Maruti Repair Centre by Some one Else.My question is very simple who is Maruti to replace my Battery without my permission.
I reached 2nd day but i could not get the battery replaced.
I need your intervention for replacement of the Batery , recovery of tools and repair of My car to create my lost faith with Maruti.
Besides these the repair centre of the Maruti is not having propoer capacity of no of vehicles being repaired. neither they show any customer amenities in their Repair Centre. They charge for the Heat painting but they dont do it.
I request once againt to view my problem sicerely and seriously.

Seeing my past experience of Maruti regading missing of my tool kit along with Jack handles ,I immediately rushed to the work shop. I informed the manager regarding change of my battery from old one. I was informed that my battery has been sent for charging. and same will be given/replaced with in couples of hour. I objected that my battery was new and cannot get discharged. But I could not do any thing .
Sir, If the same thing has been done by the Road repairer , simply we might have called them CHOR AND WE MAY HAVE LODGED A POLICE COMPLAIN AGAINST THE Road repaires.

Unfortunately my car met very minor damages of side door paints and back light assembly while taking the car out from the garage in the month of Aug 09. The same was given to repair at the maruti service and repair centre, Bokaro in the month of Sept 09. As the car was having very minor damages and the service cum repair centre was over loaded I was asked to get the car and give it to repair in some Off Time nad probably after Puja .ID, Chat and Deepawali.
I given the car on 15 th of the Novemaber 09 for repair. I was reported that my car is not having Jack handle, Tool Kit and Safety stand . During the time I have never given my car to any persons. I informed the service centre about the missing tools from my car during my First time repair. Poor Service
The local service center of Maruti Udyog Ltd M/S.Narayani Moters Pvt Ltd, BBSR is unable to repair the Power Steering. The service failed twice and every time they charged thousands of Rs. Now I request Maruti officials to rectify the issue ASAP and free of cost.

I have given my Maruti Alto LXI Car bearing Registration No.OR 02AR 7855 on 15.10.2009 to M/s Narayani Motors Pvt. Ltd., Service Centre 217, Cuttack Road, Jharpada, Bhubaneswar (Orissa) for repairing. So far no repair and renovation have been done by your Authorized Dealer on the plea of non-availability of spares from the principal company. I am disappointed and disgusted with the bad service rendered by your dealer M/s Narayani Motors Pvt. Ltd.
I, therefore, request you to kindly instruct your Dealer to complete the repair and renovation work within 2 days and not to harass the customer by making unnecessary and inordinate delay.

ALTO — Bad services by dealer
Authorized dealer not interested in after sales service of the vehicle only interested in generating money,My car was given for service with a facility of Pick up & Drop from home the car was picked up and after servicing the was supposed to be delivered back by but the Authorized dealer but an response was we dont have a driver to drop the car right now ,If a facility has been provided the authorized dealer is bound to send the car back in time ,not when there mechanics will go will drop at places.The person cumming to drop the car is not able to give the details what repairs have been done ,???
only giving the invoice to collect Money.

poor services & misbehave
Recently I have given my vehicle for service at APRA AUTO(INDIA PVT. LTD) POLT NO 3 IDC, Opposite sec 14, Gurgaon, Haryana.
I submit my car to them.
I told them specifically to check my vehicle to inspect and troubleshoot the issues, but the some of the problems were there As they didn't fill coolant in the Radiator and didn't close the door of that . Due to which my car got too hot inbetween the place at the same time i made a call to service adviser named( MR. Rajesh singh , [protected]) but he didn't give any solution to me then i made call to maruti company's service and after that i found the way to take my car back to service center .
But since last 3 days , they didn't repair my car and i m facing such a number of problems and whenever i asked them abut car there is only one thing to say "It's under repairing till then only wait"
they also asked me to pay extra charges for the services like 250Rs. per day etc.

Unexpected & Very Poor Milage in New Car

My single complain is this that at the time of sale of car it was committed that it gives a average minimum & Maximum was 14 KM to 18 KM, But i am just getting 11 KM in my brand new car.
Please justify. Its a clear cut cheating for sales promotion.

MARUTI ALTO LXI — milage
i have purchased maruti Alto Lxi on 28/02/2009 reg no- HR51 AE 0268 it has covered distance of 1488 KM as on 24/04/2009 its milage is 8KMPL in city riding condition and 10KMPL in highway condition The car's user manual states that the average improves after 3000 km; it is low initially ie before 3000 km. How much have you driven so far? Also, I presume the average of 11 mentioned by you is without AC. With AC, an average of 11 is acceptable.
I also have a new Alto and am getting an average of about 12 without AC and 9km/litre with AC in Delhi. I hope it improves after 3000 km.

car battery stolen from Maruti workshop Apra
Sir,
My car battery was stolen from Maruti authorised Dealer Apra workshop when my car was there for reapir and now they are not willing to compensate. they have given me an old battery that when dead and had to recharge. Please advice what kind of action can i take before taking it to consumer court and is it feasible to take it comsumer court.

To whom it may concern:Music system from my car has stolen yesterday. The thief has opened the back window glass by removing the beading and entered the car. What saftey is Maruthiudyog is giving the customer??? In what way Maruthiudyog can help me???.

Fortunately I have maruti Alto car which i got serviced from maurti workshop situated in Okhla Phase-II in tyhe name if J.J. Impex(Maruti service masters). They have taken out few things lying inthe car like bootes, Window Shades, cassetes & other things. When I went in the eve. to take my car i found tehse things are not avaialble & the concerend persons says that we dont have anything of yours lying in the car.I suggest that no one should go there for any type of service.

Missing accessory

I have purchase the ALTO LXI car in the last month, one day I found the when both the back door open then there is no light glow and the same case when open the DIGGY door, I talk to Maruti helpline they told me to contact the deelar then I contact to BATRA Center . There they said that now the Co . does not providing the Back door & Diggy Door switch thats why the indication is not there whether the door is properly closed or open .
If the Company is not provinding the same thing then I can asked why because if you compaire the cost and quality the ALTO cost is very -very hight as per thier quality becuse if you compaire the WAGON-R or other Company Car then thier quality is very good as per thier cost but its cost is very highy 2.86 LAC and quality is like Go -CART and apart from this maruti people doing very cheep type stolen activity they are not providing the switch and steering cover, what is this, to do this how you can save man .
but in the future atleast I never suggest to anyone to by MARUTI car, Hunday car is lway best in all the sense .
if have little bit sens provide me the door switch .

Number Plate Broken during service
Hi
I bought a true value vehicle from BIML Auto Bangalore which was send to its second free service on 13th July, when the vehicle was taken every thing was checked by the pick up man and number plate was well in shape but in the evening when it was returned the number plate was broken and I was promised by the service manager and driver that they will replace the broken number plate next morning.
Mr Manjunath was the manager I spoke, I made the payments due against services to the driver.
next day Mr Manjunath stopped attending my calls and there was no communication from there end and mean while I had to pay fine to a traffic police as well because of broken number plate and then got it changed on my expense @Rs 500.the wole episode costed me monetarily and mentally.
Is this the way to treat your customers? you break there good and then dont replace them?and top of it stoop attending there calls?
I hope some action would be taken.

Mr Manjunath was the manager I spoke, I made the payments due against services to the driver.
next day Mr Manjunath stopped attending my calls and there was no communication from there end and mean while I had to pay fine to a traffic police as well because of broken number plate and then got it changed on my expense @Rs 500.the wole episode costed me monetarily and mentally.
Is this the way to treat your customers? you break there good and then dont replace them?and top of it stoop attending there calls?
I hope some action would be taken.

I was regularly getting calls from Competent for the feedback form I have received from maruti udyog, Customer support people used to give calls frequently and request to deliver this feed back form to them, I told them that I have a problem with the car that its windshield got broken twice in last two month after I get my car repaired from them. I was told by support team to bring the car in morning and I was assured that I will get my car back in evening on the same day.
I went to Competent on 18th Jul with my one year old Alto Lxi car which I purchased in Jul 08 from Competent only.
At the time I handed over my car to Competent I reported three problem in my car
1. Windshield replacement
2. One small nut in rear bumper
3. Clutch was tight
At the time I went to collect the car from competent status was as given below.
1. Windshield replacement - Done
2. One small nut in rear bumper – Not done
3. Clutch problem – Not Done
4. Petrol was 25% filled while at the time of handover it was half filled.
Time schedule communicated by Competent
1. On phone before handover to competent -. Same day repair commitment
2. While handing over to competent – Next day
3. At the scheduled time delivery after repair – not ready one more day required
Person interacted but not satisfactory reply
1. Mr. Sanjeev – Supervisor
2. Mr. Jha – Manager Body Shop
3. Ms. Simrat – Customer Support

When I made call on schedule time of delivery I got the message that car is not ready I need to come next day. This was not communicated to me by company but was informed on my call.
I told them that I will collect the car in evening at around 6.30PM but Mr. Sanjeev supervisor of Body shop said that he leave at 6.00pm so need to come during office hours. The people concerned doesn’t value other ‘s time, though they expect others to value theirs( I somehow managed to go to collect the car during office hours, around 3 pm, but I was made to sit about 2 hours, but still with things not fixed, as mentioned above). Mr Sanjeev (supervisor) was walking around here and there busy with his own work, with no concern for the customer waiting for the delivery(though I had already confirmed on phone that everything is ready) when ever I asked him about my papers his reply was, papers are in process. After so many requests I got my papers and I made the payment. Nobody bothered to handover car to me I was told that your car is parked at that location just go and collect, when I went to collect the car from the specified location I got totally shocked when I saw even after giving the car for two more days in workshop, reported last two problems were unattended, When I asked supervisor he said ‘rah gaya hoga abhi kerwa dete hai’ and he asked the person to change the rear bumper nut.
But still my third problem was unattended and supervisor Sanjeev was convincing me that the clutch is ok and does not have any problem. If still I want to get clutch checked I need to go to repair department – Is it my duty to go to different departments for different reported problems????
Another shock greeted me when I saw my car ‘s petrol tank, that was at half (50% filled) when I handed it over to competent but when I was about to get delivery of my car it was only quarterly filled. When I asked them they said petrol was quarterly filled. I had discussion with customer support and all but nothing could be concluded meanwhile 2 hours had passed and I left my car in competent only and till date it is with competent, nobody has bothered to make call or to attend customer.
I spoke to Mr. Rehman (Manager-works) on 22nd Jul, I was told that I would get a call back after investigation but still same as history nobody turned up.
Will somebody from Competent/Maruti Udyog (Support department) will look into this matter to close the issues??

Since the very first day i had been facing Ac problem( AC not working). Secondly didn't have power steering, the side rubbers of the doors are coming out. It seems i have got the second hand car instead of new car.Although they have tried to rectify the problem but there is no satisfaction.

Maruti Alto-LXI — Service is not Good
I have purchased a Maruthi-Alto -LX from True Value show Room at Hyderabad. While taking delivery Vehicle is having problem in Clutch & Gear. The show room manager says that it will be rectified in the first service itself.Whe ncoming to First service the service person says that it will cost around Rs.5, 000.00 even though the vehicle is under warranty.
So kindly suggest me.

Sir,It is submitted that I purchased a Maruti Alto LXi car No.DL 5C 9265 from M/s T.R.Sawhney Motors, Saraswati Vihar, New Delhi on 1.4.2009 and I made the entire payment on the same day and I was assured by the concerned Officer named as Mr.Kamal Nagpal, employed in the said showroom that he would return me Rs.2500/- as a Corporate Discount because I am employed in the High Court of Delhi, a Govt. organisation. But, till date, he has been befooling me either on one pretext or another and is not returning the amount in question. He is tarnishing the image and goodwill of the Maruti Company by his such shallow acts.
Kindly take necessary action against the above mentioned dealer and inform me at the earliest.
Maruti Alto Lxi — Non-awarding of auto points
Sir,I am to say that I own a Maruti Auto Card. The said card was accompanied by a brocher/form for getting auto reward points for recommending anyone to purchase Maruti Car. I recommended my colleague Mr.Arun Kumar Sharma, resident of Rohini, New Delhi to purchase Maruti Alto LXi car. On my recommendations, my colleague Mr.Arun Kumar Sharma purchased a Maruti Alto LXi Car from M/s T.R.Sawhney motors, Saraswati Vihar, New Delhi on 1.4.2009. I handed over the duly filled form for auto rewards points for the purpose of getting endorsement of auto points by M/s T.R.Sawhney Motors thereon but to my surprise, the dealer not only refused to endorse the said form but also did not gave my colleague any gift in lieu of that. I made a complaint to Maruti Udyog Ltd vide my complaint No.[protected] dated 3.4.2009 but nothing has been done on my complaint till date.
Kindly take necessary action in the matter and inform me at the earliest.

Iam having Maruti Alto Lxi, MP04 HD 0797 purchased in september 05..with corporate offer of bharti airtel ltd as my husband is working there.
last year he hasbeen transffered to RAIPUR CG..and here i m pissed off by service facility of maruti.
i put my car to SKY AUTOMOBILES at Mohdapara, Raipur..many times for service or changing the parts..and every time they left few things which has to be corrected in a single time. and if i complaint about this they ask me to take my car again chand again...pls chek their register i left my car for more than 2 months over there in a single year of cg...
problems are...
they fit engine and after that coolilng of my ac got effected...
they changed stering and promised it would not affect for at least 1 yr but after 2 months they told us to change it again. this was not ven shown in their record. but when i showed them the bill which was with me, they agreed that they have done the mistake. till now i am suffering due to this, they have changed the repron and from then onwards water is coming fm ac.
they r not able to rectify the problems properly, due to change in repron deck wiring got effected..
they never ever chek other things during services like oil or water of engine..or alignment of wheel...
they still not resolved any problem..
after being asked several time feedback form they r not providing us the same...
plsss resolve the problem and do sapport us...as we r ur custmer sir.

My name is Roji O Varghese. I booked a Maruti Alto Car(Model - Lxi, Colour - Sup White) at Pathankot Vehicleades PVT LTD on 7th of Jan 2010. My customer code is 32119.to day is 12/01/10 there is no intimation from the dealers.I have already paid the dealer an amount of 276285/ mode of DD of PGB Bhadram. I didn't expect it from Maruti at least. In fact I am thinking of dragging the matterto the consumer's forum. Please clarify at the earliest.

Maruti Alto Lxi — NOT GIVING MILEAGE
I had purchased a carat 12 feb 2010 (MarutiALTO) LXI fromD.D.MOTORS limited,WAZIRPUR new delhi.Eversince I purchased the vehicle I am totally dissapointed on the performance of my car' millage. It is giving themillage of 10 klplat all.

my brother purchased the car from rana motors tis hazari DL1C L 7583. I gave my car to wazirpur workshop for repair of acidental claim. They told me to change the front driver side fronterr and bumper front. but the fiting of bumper is not proper, the fronter looks as repainted inspite of new. 1 small mat is misplaced seat covers are dirty, some dents are welcomed. The showroom staff is not kindly.
this is the second incidence. They never give the car on time which is commited. even this time i suffered alot . one of my client was unhapy due to the late delivery and for thjat late recieving of services by me.

parts not Changed under Insurance Claim
Two Months back i got my car accidented and claimed Insurance for the same and booked my car at T.R. Sawhney Motors Service Center, Waziarabad Road. After Service & Repair i payed approx 6500/-rs as my Front Bumper and Right Side Fainter was replaced by New One. But soon i come to know that instead of replacing the accidental part with new one they have just dainted and painted it but when that paint become fainted all things were open in front of me. I request to cancel dealership of this type of Maruti dealers and Insurance Company should take a hard step against T.R. Sawhney Motors. I can Show all billing details to Insurance companty that how this dealer is making fool of people and earning money by wrong way.<br />

service not satisfactory for repairing.
Dear Sir,
I like to draw your ateention on the following points for my dissatisfaction in repairing work in M/S Bhandari Automobiles Pvt. Ltd. Kharagpur. West-Bengal.for my car Registration No.WB-34N-9077. I purchased the car in March'2006. Unfortunately I met with an accident in oct'2006 and the aciidental repair was attended by M/S Bhandari Automobiles Pvt. Ltd. Kharagpur and the same was handed over to me without proper repair. Since I was a new hand then I could not detect steering problem immediately but the said defect was brought to the notice of the dealer. The dealer assured me to rectify the defect. Unfortunately I met with a second accident in April'2009. Again the accidental repair was attended by the dealer, but the car was handed over to me without being proper repaired i.e with the same problem rather worst in streering. Moreover the car was handed over to me without proper verification and I am thankful to God that I have been saved from a serious accident with such defective vehicle. It is very sorry to say that such type of service is not at all expected from a reputed company as well as from a reputed dealer.

I took delivery of the above mentioned vehicle on[protected], on the day of delivery itself, the AC cooling was not there, when I reported the matter to the show room, they told me that the cooling will start after the vehicle run for sometime. As this was my first car, I believed what the showroom people told me and even after running 60 Kilometers, the AC was not at all functioning and horn was also started malfunctioning as it was working only intermittently, and whenever I switched on the AC the fans were blowing only hot air and I could make out that the AC was not at all working and I have been cheated with a defective alto lxi.
Further to this on[protected], I took the vehicle to the showroom and they directed me to the Maruti Service (popular) where after inspection of the vehicle, the service people told me that the compressor of AC was not working. The compressor was not holding the gas as one of the nuts is defective. They told me that they will take out the compressor and sent for overhauling at some other work station and will return it to me after four days. This clearly shows that I have been sold a defective maruti alto lxi. Even as on date the compressor was not refitted in my vehicle. When I contacted the Maruti show room and service center, I have been told that the compressor is faulty beyond repair and they will replace the same within a week.
From the above, I come to the conclusion that
(1) Contrary to what people are made to believe, the dealer has not checked the vehicle throuroughly before delivery. they have been deliberately cheating me with supplying a defective car.
(2) After the sale, the dealer’s response was indifferent and even now they have not made any earnest attempts to replace the defective compressor.
(3) I have been sold a defective car at the cost of a Maruti alto Lxi.
(4) If the AC compressor or anyother part of the vehicle is defective at the time of delivery itself, as the dealers say, it is a manufacturing defect and as such I must be adequately compensated for the mental agony, I have been through in purchasing a Marut vehicle besides replacing a new vehicle.
I therefore, request you to take immediate measures to replace the whole vehicle and to compensate me adequately for the mental agony the purchase of the Maruti vehicle caused to me, failing which I will be compelled to file a consumer case.

I have booked one maruti alto lx model car at M/s Oneup India Pvt. Ltd., Alambagh, Lucknow and paid full amount to the Company, but after a lapse of 15 days I have not yet the car. The colour of my choice is metallic microbeach.
Maruti is well-reputed company, I am very shocked that the company is not in a position to deliver the car.

problem with ac
i purchased maruti alto lxi in aug 2007. when in march, 20008, i started using ac, there was no cooling. then i approached modern automobiles in chd from where car was purchased. was told that there is probem with ac pipe and it was replaced under warranty.job card incoive number BC07012559dated 10 march, 2008. . again in aug, 2008 i felyt that cooling was less. so i again approached modern. was told that there is no leakage but gas was filled a bit less. so again filled gas. now this year again as i hv started using ac, im feeling that cooling is less. can u pl depute someone from maruti to get it checked thoroughly to know the ault and get it rectifies. car is still under warranty. car was purchased in my mother's name that is mrs. kamal sodhi.

Dear Sir,I had purchased my alto lxi from manraj motors, jalgaon in Dec'2005
In pune, when my car was parked at a place, an unknown vehical has dashed my car.
When I went to Kothari Wheels, I told to claim for insurance, I got only some plastic & outer sheet metal parts reimbursment.
But when I taken trial of my car, found that power stearing is very jam & hard to move & stearing wheel is also found bend. Insurance co. / surveyeor is refusing for recovery of this problem & telling that this problem was existing before.
My car was altimately defectless before such incidance. This analysis done is wrong.
I told to kothari wheels to look into the matter but they said that the matter is between car owner & Insurance company & we are only service provider. What repairing we will do, payment we should get either from car owner or insurance company.
I didn't taken delivery of car from dealer.
I expect you to look into matter. pl. send your expert to analyse the issue correctly.
I was planned to go for Grahak Munch but felt to contact you first.

Dear Concern,
This is to bring to your notice that I purchased Maruti Alto LXI in February 2008 from authorized dealer Rohan Motors Noida. My car is going to complete 1 year and I didn't face any problem from my dealer. But from past 2months I have been getting unauthorized calls from JK motors (sec-9 Noida-[protected]) forcing me to get my insurance done from them. I am aware of my renewal date and will do the payment accordingly but they don’t have any authority to harass me. Kindly take requisite action against this.

Poor Performance of Vehicle
I have purchased Maruti Alto LXI from Navneet Motors Thane on January 8, 2008 in exchange of the second hand Maruti[protected], which I purchased in 2000 September and used it fir 8 years. It had an excellent performance.But since I am a Kidney Transplant Patient staying in Palghar and need to go to Mumbai for my medical follow-ups regularly, I was forced to go in for a low budget new car.My wife drive the car single handedly as I cannot afford a drive.But she is very unhappy with the performace .I will be highly obliged if you look into the matter at the earliest and help me out.Thanking You and eagerly awaiting your positive response.

May I approach your good self with following and crave the favour of your taking a compassionate view of my miserable plight:
That I have purchased a new Maruti ALTO LXI on 08/10/2008 from Competent Automobiles Co. Ltd Tikkar (Didwin) Hamirpur (H.P). The above car was fully insured through your company vide policy No. 4685163 before its delivery.
I had hand over the vehicle at your workshop Competent Automobiles Co. Ltd Tikkar (Didwin) Hamirpur (H.P) on 31.10.2008 vide job order No. 504215 for its repair. Consequently, I have taken back my car after about one moth i.e.28.11.2008. However, your company had charged Rs. 23000/- (Rs.21500/- cash against receipt No.C003755 dated 28/11/2008 + Rs.1500/- by adjusting of receipt for Crain charges from NIT campus to works Tikkar (Didwin). It is not clear for me when my car (Vehicle & Accessories) was fully insured and even one month has not been completed after its purchase then why Rs.23000/- has been charged from me. I have asked for details of Rs. 23000/- but your company personal give me evasion reply in this regard, which is not desirable.
After my repeating demand for details of Rs.23000/-, the competent automobiles co.ltd. has refunded me Rs. 3843/- vide cheque No.054960 dated 23/1/2009 and verbally told me that a sum of Rs.7900/- has been deducted for new parts in addition to 50% depreciation. Although I had purchased the above car during October 2008 and was fully insured (Vehicle & Accessories) then it should be charged from insurance company not from me.
I must make it clear that my patience is fully exhausted and ultimately I have written to your good self for appropriated intervention in the matter and refund excess amount to me charged by your company.

Kms. Present running is 40, 000 kms. that means new tyres are also not used to
their full lives. If the problem is only due to tyres, why Maruti is providing
the lower quality tyres? and why customer should face the problem? I am not
responsible for the same.)
My car is with extended warrantee of 4 years. I need my car to be problem
free.
Please take this as a serious complaint and look into the matter immediately.
I have already recommended many customers to purchase Alto Cars.
Considering my problem and best services, you are requested to sort my problem
to avoid further complications.

i am also feeling same problem and my car is also vibrating at speed of 70 km/h speed. i have also visited to maruti dealer at jodhpur i.e. krishna pvt. ltd. but they just tried to convince me by saying that this is common problen in maruti alto car. i raised voice against this and raised my voice, nw i am going to file a consumer suit.

Non payment of corporate discount
I have purchases an ALTO LXI car on 01.10.08 from M/S Krishna Auto sales (P) Ltd Jodhpur. I am working in Punjab National Bank at Jodhpur. Your dealer has assured me that a coporate discount of Rs.5000/- will be given to me on purchase of Alto LXI. I have completed all required formalities i.e. submitted required documents for the purpose. But as the company sales executive says these documents were misplaced at the company office. He said that he will fix liability of the concerned person and pay the corporate discount, But till date They have not paid any discount. On enquiry they denied payment of discount saying that now the claim of discount from Maruti company is not possible. I have lodged complaints on 24.12.08, 26.12.08, 29.12.08, 31.12.08 and lastly on 10.01.09 to contactmaruti.com under HT 20081224_[protected] but no positive response is recieved from your estimed company.
I finally request you to please look into the matter and arrange to make payment of corporate discount of Rs. 5000/- to me.

ALTO LX — non payment of corporate discount.
Sir,i have purchased a ALTO LX model from KTL PVT Ltd. Faizabad Road Lucknow on 28/12/2007, my Engine NO. is 1208013 anc chases No. 1088208.
It is to inform you that I have not been given Corporate discount since I am an officer o[censored]P COOPERATIVE BANK LTD LUCkNOW. and it is not informed me by the Vendor.
I would like to request you to please reimburse me Rs. 2, 000/- as corporate discount.

Alto Lxi — Non payment of corporate discount by dealer
I am an employee of Punjab National Bank, Presently working at Jodhpur. I have bought an Alto LXI from Krishna auto sales (P) Ltd Jodhpur vide their bill No. 458 dated 25.09.08. I have submitted documents for getting corporate discount of rs.5000/-The dealer has misplaced documents and later refused to pay the above discount. I have also lodged complaint through your call centre/Email but no response has been recieved so far.
It is requested that timely action please be taken in this regard and arrange to pay above discount to me at the earlliest.
I am mailing a letter dated 02.04.09 in the name of CMD Maruti suzuki LTd. Please look into matter.
