I haven't received my prepaid order (Order id: [protected]) till date. I have been chasing for it more than 25 days with no answer to my queries.
Worst experience till date of online shopping.
Tried contacting max fashion customer care as well regarding my order but always received same reply from them that "we have escalated the issue and will get back soon". But no one have provided any update. I feel max fashion doesn't care about their customer and their feedback as well. I never expected this kind o[censored]nprofessional behaviour from such a big brand when i am regular buyer from max.

    My order number is [protected] I placed return request for the order on June 2, after 3 days, the order was not picked up till 6th June Your Executive Told me due to some technical issue AWB number is not generated. That's why your order was not pick up. told me you have to send again return request.Then again, on 6th June, I placed return request for the order to return but no one came to pick up. and when I call Customer care they only say the order will be picked up soon. They told me again due to some technical issue a AWB number not generated (according to concerne team) wait for 24 to 48 Hours Now after 32 Hours they Told me to send again return Request I send email to the company but company didn't respond on my mail

      Hi,
      I bought a jacket back in early 2016 which i returned within 2-3 days and they handed me over a cashnote valid for 3 months instead of cash. Unfortunately i lost it somewhere while shifting and i called/emailed help center within the validity. They said that i could purchase anything worth same amount from the very same store and also mentioned that they had also sent an email regarding same which i never received from them. On which they mentioned that sometimes it took time to receive email but i would eventually got it so wait for it and disconnected call every time. I called 20-30 times and every time it was different executive to whom i had to explain my problem from start but no resolution was given. I reached store and enquired about the same but no assistance was given. This is how i lost rs.1199 in max. I'm still hopeful that one day my problem will be resolved. I sent emails from this email address only. Kindly get the history and get it resolved

        I have ordered for a black jeans in the month of april 2019 from max. The product came to me and the colour was white. Instantly i have asked for a refund of that product without even opening the packet. The delivery guy has taken the product that very day only which was 15th of april 2019. But still now i have not received my money back. I have sent them repeated emails. But they did not gave me a single reply to my emails. Whenever i call them up, they give me date after date making false promises.

        Please help me.
        I am a regular customer of max fashion and I got a really bad and insulting behaviour from their staff it's the first time but it was shocking that how can they rude or insulating a women infront of all other customers I need an explanation from their side

          Order no. [protected], which i ordered on 24th april, 2019 online and click and collected from moments mall, kirti nagar on 28th april, 2019. However the status of he said order is still processing. I called customer care many a times and visited max fashion store at moments mall, kirti nagar also, however noone is able to help in this. Actually i wanted to exchange the product, and till the time the status is changed to delivered, i may not be able to do that.
          Pls. Help me

            I have ordered 2 tops from max fashion on jan 7th...2 days after it has been cancelled... Till now my refund is not processed... Regarding the same issue i have cld max fashion many times... They were least bothered about customers complaint... I hav also done live chat with concern team by showing bank details... They wre saying we are working on it and we will clear it on high priority

              Returned it on 24th dec, till now my refund is not processed.

              Whenever i check with customer care they r saying we are working on it.

              Max customer care is too worst, they are least bothered on their customer complaints, every time i had call or live chat with them they are always saying our team is wroking on it. We will clear it on high priority.

                1 month has gone but they are not responding seriously
                Ignoring my calls and not satisfactory reply of my mailes
                I also shared bank details with them regards amount deduction and also complain for another order which i returned to them but refund still pending.
                I made so many calls but customer service executive put my call on hold then after 8-10 min they cut the phone line. Again again same process had gone.
                They without resolving closed my complain.
                Its my worst experience to shop from max fashion.
                I suggest other followers please do not buy products from this site
                I request to you please refund my amount as soon as possible.

                  Why do you guys always cancel my products without informing me. I am not listening to this anymore. I have lodged complains through calls but nothing has been done.

                  I want my top to be delivered and also a compensation along with it.

                    Hi,

                    This is the first time I am facing such a weird issue. I had purchased 3 Kurtis on 06.07.2019 with the order number [protected] and had thought of wearing them during the Durga Puja. Though my size is XL but still these are little bigger in size so I though that I will give them to the tailor for alteration before the Puja. So I kept them as it was with the tag and everything.

                    Yesterday when I opened them again I was really shocked to see that the Pink coloured Kurti has turned Blue in certain places. I called up the Customer Care and the Support person named Ms. Jayarani said you guys will definitely look into the matter and asked me to click the pictures of the Kurti and send them through email.

                    Please find attached some of the pictures and it might look little dull in these pictures but the Blue colours are prominent in reality.

                    I would like to return this product and would request you to please take the necessary steps at the earliest.

                    I have the Kurti with me today and it will be really great if you send somebody to pick it up today.

                    Looking forward to hear back from you at the earliest.

                      I ordered few products from max fashion with multiple packages, and my pincode was quite appropriate, but i was said by the courier partner that i'm being told not to deliver the courier as per your mentioned address. If it's so, do let me if they will deliver on my mentioned pincode or not when i'm placing an order! The delivery boy said that my pincode is not served by blue dart, so how is it possible that this pincode is accepted when i placed my order. And this didn't happened with me once, rather it happened the same 3 times. Please look into it.. Even the delivery partner is too rude!

                        My order no.[protected] from "http://www.maxfashion.in/" was delivered on 2nd aug 2018 at 10.58 am and the courier person collected complete order amount of rs.1638 as cash from me for two items but when i opened the packet there were only one item worth rs. 439/-and second item was missing. I immediately reported this issue on the same day to max customer care via mobile and email both. They told me that the product was not sent due to quality issue from their side and they cancelled the item order. But i had already paid to the courier person the full amount for which they told me that i will get the refund. Since then i am continuously doing follow up and every time they just reply that we have escalated your issue to concern department and wait for 24-48 hrs. And it's been more than 7days now, they have not refunded my money back and also haven’t responded to my complaint raised.
                        Please look into this issue as they have retained my money and not returning it back even after so many calls and emails.
                        I have also sent them the invoice copy attached in the packet for the proof.

                          On 29th april i placed an order with max fashion for 3 T-shirts, among those i returned one on 4th may. While returning i was convinced by company's Customer executive that my refund would be made within 7-8 days from the date of returning the product. I waited for prescribed time but no refund was made so i called them many times even i sent them emails too. But now it's more than 20 days and they always made different excuses every time i called. Earlier also same defraud was made with me by the same concerned company maxfashion. I also said them that i would make complaint to Consumer forum but now it seems that they don't care about your power too.
                          Respected sir i know my t shirt amount may be little but the thing i am really concerned about is their defraud policy. I really believe in you and i hope that you will help me in getting my refund back. This matter does not relates to me alone but it may be against other customers too if they didn't made correct this time.
