overflow of water tank at gitanjali station

Dear sir,
Entry road for gitanjali metro station from nsc road side second scheme/ sri guru ashram get water logged from overflow of overhead water tank. I am a daily passenger of metro, when i go to station at morning 08.10 hrs it overflow always. I complained to stn master/ security personal also but no action taken so far.
Please do the needful.

Non refund of security deposit of smart card

I have bought a smart card from kolkata metro railway vide card no.[protected] in the year 2014 or before and since then using the same for metro railway.
