My father prashant jalgaonkar has filled 5 lottery forms. His name is not there in any list. My father has get refund of 4 forms but why about 5th form? He has not received refund of rs 25000 of 5th form. I called at helpline no they have informed that you have not received refund of mankhurd form. They know about it also but still they are saying that check the passbook we have checked it also but there is no entry of 5th form. Even i called today on helpline no. They are picking up my calls but they are not giving any response of that. Kindly refund us of rs 25000, we are waiting since long time.

I had applied for mhada lottery 2018 and i win the lottery for ews (Economically weaker section). At the time for applying lottery no information has given that you have pay extra 2lac money from the cost of house (Flat cost 840419/-). They first ask me pay 84000/- to mhada and given me the payment reciept. But after that they said now after that we are handovering the procedeur of further payments to lodha palava. Palava builders said to pay money atleast 25% of falt cost if you are taking a loan. But i said i cant afford to pay 25% i will paid only 10% of amount of flat cost. They agreed but they said if you are paying 10% so you have pay penalty of 15% of rate of interest.
Then i paid 10% amount to the palava. Then there demand of 5000/-cash at the time of registeration (Not mention anywhere in demand letter). I paid that also, then there 3rd demand of maintaince charges, earlier they said you to pay 30000/- lumpsum including gst. But when i got the 3rd demand letter i saw there was 80000/-lumpsump amount i have to pay to the palava with in a month i have pay this money they given me a due date for this. So my concern is if mhada says that they are giving homes for low income group in the low budgut, what is this.
From the people will arrange so much money in the due date, and what is the use of 84000 that i had paid to mhada where it is gone.
I hope my concern will take a further action.

I had opted for mhada pune 2018. Where i have paid money for the lottery. They had written that i[censored]a name is not there in the lottery the refund will be made on 25th dec. 2018. All the procedures were followed on date but when it came to refund the site is down and it’s 29th today still no update for the same.
Request you plz refund my money as this is my hard earned money. Plz.

I have applied for mhada 2018 mumbai draw and could not win.
How its possible that 4 people in a house win mhada flats. Politicians gets flats.
I am a maths stastician and probability of getting 2 numbers of 5 cr flats to a single person is 0.00001 in 1. But this happened.
Possibility of getting 4 members of single family getting flats is as rare as winning 1 cr 'Mumbai laxmi' lottery 4 times consecutive. No maths or science can support this phenomenon.
Only one word define that 'miracle'
Bye the way, where is my refund?

How it is possible allotment of house to 3 members of same family. What is the use of allotments of needy people. Allotment of property of crores rupees it does seems to allotment of property to needy people. Lottery system does not shows genuine result. Better to analyze the need of people. The objective and aim of mhada is not satisfy at all. I m really really not happy with mhada lottery system. Mhada has verify each and every application after lottery result and then declare the final result. Allotment should be based of requirement

Dear sir,
This is to bring to your notice that since more than 3 months i am putting my all efforts to login the lottery page of mhada, but every time it says there is no scheme. Then how come today there is the result of mhada lottery. It has been knowed that yesterday (15th dec 2018) was the last day of online form submission.
I think this is the pure conspiracy of mhada regarding housing. And also i want to discover more about this by escalating this issue.
So please kindly help me.

I mrs prajakta edwankar have not received refund of 15000/- after several follow ups and a application was also submitted on 2nd oct 2018 at mhada bandra office with cheque and details. Nobody answers my call even after following up daily. I have to run for my own money and the reason provided to me for delay of refund is not acceptable. Once they said that the cheque copy uploaded was not clear so i had submitted a cheque copy on 2nd oct...

It is pathetic to say that mhada people’s are too lazy n harassment due to them...
They r not doing there work n say come next time...
Is there anyone who is monitoring how much these peoples working... Bcoz for issue 1 letter they need 15 days it’s like doing copy paste mhada worker need 15 days still not yet done and for sign we have to wait long time... It’s like shame to see such a kind of working atmosphere...

I didn't get the refund of my deposit as
I have applied for MHADA Maharastra government housing plan 2018 lottery and deposited ₹ 10000/- for the same. As I didn't get the lottery I am supposed to get the refund but I have still not received any intimation regarding the refund amount till date.
There is no complaint no. or helpline mentioned in the site.

The officer says that you have 65 thousand left. According to them, mhada should give interest to sbi bank. Request your request. My interest amount should be paid to sbi.

Yesterday 22-mar-18 the slab of our bedroom collapsed at once, by god grace there was no casualty. By the view of the same it seems to be highly hazardous and dangerous for our life. Enclosed are few photographs for your perusal.

We had already put a request to mhada in month of october 2017 through our landlord to repair the building and the celling of each room. But the request is yet not processed.

During rainy season the ceiling has water leakage and there are banyan trees grown on the different parts of the building like terrace, balcony and the building walls. Enclosed are few photographs for your perusal.

I would be highly obliged if an engineer can be arranged to inspect the building and get the repair work done at earliest.

I stay in 20/24 dev ashish bldg., residing at 1st carpenter street, mumbai 400004. Our building is in very danger position where old landlord as well as new builder who has purchased the building m/s adinath developers, is not ready to help at any stage nor trying to give any facility even after collecting rent. He is not doing any work since last 8 years from the date he purchased the building. Building is in very danger condition and leakage in full building.
There are few tenants who are allowing workers to sleep in the pessage with their family who are not working for building but staying in common part of building and creating trouble for other tenants.
Plz do help us to get things better.

I had applied for mhada lottery 2017 under scheme code 269-b vinobha bhave nagar, kurla the online payment of rs.25389.10 is deducted from my savings account but acknowledgment receipt is not generated and my status is reflecting as payment not received. But bank is saying that payment is already deducted and given to service provider. So kindly confirm whether payment is received from your end and if then generate the acknowledgment receipt immediately. Kindly treat this matter as most urgent as i m in need of my money.

He has cheated me in such way that he showed slum area in powai and told me to buy a slum there and so i did and then he said that in some years these slums will be broken and instead mhada buildings will be build by mhada and so he took 90, 000 rupees for the slum and he also made agreement, election card, and ration card.in that agreement, election card and ration card there is no particular address.
We showed the ration card at the ration shop the ration shop fellow is telling that someone else is buying ration on that address and every time i ask him this estate agent about the mhada every time he tells that case is still going on in the court, he never tells anything properly. So now i don't have house to stay, i am in lots of problems right now and i am staying in rent in a chawl. So please help me as i am uploading my documents which will help in investigating about it. From 11 years he is cheating with me and not only with me he has cheated but with many other too.
I hope quick action will be taken against him and i will be helped by mhada to solve this problem.

Continue leakage from ceiling since more than 2 yrs, even aftr repair work done by mhada its not solved. I fear o[censored]npredictable accident in near future due to this leakage as its happening right from top till the grnd flr. If any accident takes place due to this leakage than, its always better to act than regret.

I stay in mahada constructed building "durga niwas"from last 1 year there is heavy water leakage from my roof so its impassible to stay there or cook food its risky bcoz coba can fall down any time. Its risky not for me for entire 5 floor building also. So i would like to request send some 1 to inspact and make necessary repair

Complaint against Siddiqui madam milkat vevasthapak mahada officer 1 floor room no.258 mahada office bandra east mumbai. I had complain against unauthorised construction last 1 year back. I am doing a regular follow up of this complaint form last 1 yr but no action is taken yet. The Siddiqui mam Who is looking after this complaint is not taking any serious action against this unauthorised construction. She had issued to many notice for the demolition of the construction even after issuing the notice she had not taken any serious action against the demolition. The notice which was issued by Siddiqui mam for the demolition o[censored]nauthorised construction date[protected]. She had only issued the notice but she had not taken any serious action against this. I am having the demolition notice which was issued by Siddiqui mam. Such kind of government officer of Mhada which are not doing the job properly only diverting the mind of the people. I'm following up this complaint regularly but she's only saying that I will demolish the construction. She's only saying but she's not taking any serious action against this.
