Mai loan liya nhi toh bhi loan dikha raha hai mera credit report mai mpocket is fraud

I have made payment of one loan attached here with plz find the attachment
I told my issue to your agents about my phone lost pls waive off my extra payment so that i can make other two payments

I took loan of some amount in 2020 and pay the amount after that i lost my phone and all details and now they send me legal notice of 30k and harrasing my family kindly resolve this issue as i m a student and not going to face any mental harrasment

I took a loan from mpocket and i paid amount after that i lost my phone and never closed my number and now I got legal notice asking for 30k ..kindly resolved this issue as i m a student and not capable of paying that much or facing this issue

Money is not credited to my bank account but in mpocket app, it shows credited plz solve this issue

Maine mpocket se loan liya tha but usko time se repay nahi kar paya kyoki sir reason aise ho gye the. mera record iss company ke sath bhot acha tha maine inke yha se 25-26 baar loan liya tha or time se pay kiya tha but iss baar pay nahi kar paya maine. sir Mpocket app nei mera data hack karke saved kar rkha hai jisse meri contact list ke naam pe merko HARASMENT kiya ja raha hai or bola ja rha hai ki aapki image khrab kar di jayegi sir ye log 5 min mei payment karne ke liye dhamki dete hai jisse ki marne ko mnn karta hai sir ye badnam karne ka legal thodi hai sir mai khud jaldi payment karna cahta hu but inhone merko kahi ka nahi choda hai mere contact numbers par call pe call kar rahe hai jinse un logo ko bhi paresani ho rahi hai or sir merko bhi please aapse request hai ki HARASMENT band band kari jaye..

Mpocket has given my number to some people they have hacked my contacts calling my family and me and abusing they and me using very bad words i have raised a police complaint yesterday 11 feb 2021

I had took a loan from mpocket and i have made most of my loans on time, but when i fail to pay 1 remaining loan due to pandemic these guys charged high fines and intrest these people are charging more than 20% per month and its mote than 240% per annum and if we fail to pay than these people charge gigh fine on daily basis and calling family friends and damaging respect towards us in front of them and send notice typed letters to there adress, they will charge 300% of principal amount for recovery amont and harrasing them th get money from innocent student, please help out of these issue. I had taken nearly 5900 and they are asking for 11000 for all dues.

Sir I'll take a loan from mpocket in july of rs 10000, and there is time line of 3 months I'll facing such Financial problem and my grandmother also died due to covid and my father is also quit job because he is also a patient of asthama I'll doing a part time job to manage house, in the time ill check the loan status in applications they shows 12000 rs to pay I'll think okay i have 2500 in hand so ill paid 2500 after 5 days I'll check the amount for paying they shows 14000, i was thinking that app is not updated and now the amout goes 16000 rupees and their executive calls me every minute they have talking badly iam a student and that's a big amount for me currently I'll facing very bad situations in my house I'm very depressed sir pls help pls sir 🙏🙏🙏

My mpocket account has been misused by somebody. They borrowed a loan amount of Rs.6000, I guess and the interest amount has raised to Rs 14373.

Hi concerned authority, i had taken loan from Mpocket app due to financial crisis during my college days and than suddenly lockdown happened due to which I was unable to pay my loan for some months but after 7 months only they have been charging me 23000 for 10000 rupees taken, I'm not in the financial state to pay this much penalty as I don't have a job right now and my father also lost his during pandemic.
I'm ready to pay the principal amount but the executive are jus bizarre.

Yesterday paid amount of 2106 rs my bending loan amount to be paid.
But not send NOC from mpocket till now...please send NOC...

I did not pay loan amount because i lost job.
Now they are asking to pay 14524
I dont have that much money. My penalty charges are more than my principle amount. If you remove complete penalty charges i will pay full amount of 6000kindly do favour. Your executives are so arrogent. They are harrasing me like anything. If this harrasment continues it may lead to death.

I truely borrowed for Rs. 2000/- from Mpocket. Due to pandemic I have lost my job. And also tested positive in COVID and that was a big challenges I faced to live today and to lead my life. So as a request I have mailed to the customer support asking for any settlement or any help but it was not helpfull more over I got abused from the recovery agent and there are allowing me to talk. And I am in the hospital and I am fighting against my health even I took speak propely no executive have patience to listen why they are so rude? Finally I became a defaulter to repay the amount again the same harrasment calls started to my parents and my parents olden agers. And ia m the only one can lead my family. So they started harrsassing to my parents to repay the loan. Finally situation mae me to pledge my one gram of gold to the gold brokers and I paid for Rs.1800/- as only a penality.

And I have requested as well I have begged each and every recovery agent to help me out with this situation to path off but it's of no use. Now again it's been 40 days over to still I have due to repay my loan bit again the same calls started giving to my father and he is a heart patient. The agents will harrass stating that they are going to lodge a complaint to the police station for 2000/- as a punishment that I have borrowed from Mpocket. If anything happens to my father because this a High level of harrasement I am facing currently.mpocket management will be responsible for any cause of heay issues to my parents. And fraudly they have hacked my contact list and still contacting my friends and they are disclosing about my loan repayment.

I am feeling to die jist because of this kind of calls made me mentally harrassed. Or esle I am thinking to sue against Mpocket to the cyber police station because of hacking the conct list and mentally threatening us and to my parents and friends for the repayment.

I'm Adarsh I do live in Bangalore, I thank mpocket for being needful on time by lending me loan, I have taken many loan in mpocket nd done repayment before due date, I have to pay 10k but I no money recently my father has been passed away I spent all amount on his hospital I have no money left I lost home my mother jewellery etc I have no money to repay, company is calling me everyday, @mpocket please don't use my data on social media ..

Hi I have taken loan of 16k from Mpocket loan application and I was paying them on time including interest charges but due to lock down I was not able to make payment later I saw they have charged 30k including interest charges many times I told they agents that I cannot afford 30k I can make a payment what I have taken in 2 or 3 emis but they rejected and started extortion and harassment please look into this matter and help me out from this situation

Sum personal problems.. So because give me another amount 9000Rs.. Archival my borrowing limite is last month 10000.. Please give me borrowing limite..

My friend brother has taken loan from mpocket as per my knowledge i don't know this i came to know after he was unable to pay it by his video when he has taken loan starting i didn't believe him as my friend provided him all the facilities with college fee and hostel fee, petrol expenditure my friend use to look after it but now he has taken the loan from them.
I really don't understand why they are providing loan to college-going students without intimating parents.
As per indian law loan should be provided to people who are capable to pay his loan and why this scenerio is happening i really dont understand please look after this case.
Even for filling bank form they are asking guardian and nominee.
Even for filling collge application they are asking guardian name.
When they are taking loan they cant intimate respected parents and family before that.

Please do some needful on this case.
Please ensure that right reach the money not everyone.
Please file the compliant on mpocket and take srever action against mpocket.

Please do someneedful on this.
