I am purchase a samsung 20000 mah power bank from munafa.com online site. But power bank fully damage. I have already communicate by email the same date of delivery and all communication in mails. Munafa customer care executive are not pick up my call last 05 days and no reply in my mail.

I ordered jeans and give me the faulty product i want to return this product and my money refund 1000 please help me and this munafa website pe no return option please sir help me I want to my money back this munafa website is very bad and contact big Nani Ho pa raha hai unse sirf contact number hi diya hai lii call recive nahi kar rahe hai ye log......

3 day ago i brought a combo pack from munafa.com online sale... And today i get my delavery.. When i opened this pack... I found that... Mobile was not same as the on site picure of pack... This site is fraud. My product is in very damage condeition... Hand free was broken.. Bluethooth is not working.., mobile was not same.. And... Its very discosting... And after that called to helpine they are not pic up the call... This is waste of money......

I was buy a NOKIA 1110i mobile as per domin price worth ₹ 759 on 15jul16 and product reached me on18jul16 Through COD when I cheak mobile Mobile not Supported to any Sim card After that I go to Nokia service center he told me its China Mobile not Original product .when I go for Return to munafa.com he not given options to Return shipment I m doing mail to intimate your product is Worng but Still they not reply ...Sir...
