Absolute fraud. No confirmation email. No track order results. No refund.

I have raised complaint with MyFlowerTree through the Chat, Calls and over emails about the delay in service and also pathetic quality of product were sent to me which i had to deny and returned it back. The Order ID # 1035977 dated 08th May 2022.

The delivery guy told me that if i would not receive a refund as they would make an entry as "Attempted to deliver but no one at the property". This is not the right way of making business with the customers taking us for granted.

Please find the note sent to the delivery team and the photos of the product which was wrongly delivered and also with dried flowers.

Did not expect such poor service from Myflowertree. I have raised complaints in your complaint page and also had a chat with the customer care team and waited for a month to get the response and the refund. Since till date my concern has not been resolved, I urge you to help me get a refund the full amount of INR 812/-. Also, such companies should be penalized for taking Consumer for granted and their license need to be revoked.

I have gone through lot of stress in recovering the refund and also made multiple calls on that day but not acknowledged well. Need a compensation for the stress and loss of time and effort to get the right product in place.

Delayed delivery, different cake from what you ordered, flowers in bad condition anything order they wither it will be bad or they wont deliver on time just to make sure your loved ones day gets destroyed. Never order from this site if you want to be in happy mood

8th may i order a mac macup theme cake and good luck combo from www.myflowertree.com which they promised to deliver the same day but they failed to deliver after i raised complaint i got a mail they reschedule the delivery for tomorrow which was on 9th may and in the evening i get mail saying order delivered but to whom i sent the order they didn't receive anything like (NOTHING).
then i raised a complain again they said order is delivered and they closed my complaint without my concern or asking then i tried call their customer executive services but they didn't answer at first but then luckily one call answered by them on 10th may they will investingate and escalate my problem and try to resolve but they failed again and then i tried their email again no reply from mail today i called them at least 4 times 2 times they didn't answer my call 2 time they answered my call and when i said my problem they cut the call i added all the proofs. i paid 3138RS for nothing i want my refund. they are doing fraud or they delivered wrong i don't know. but theirs services should help but they failed everywhere.

This is the worst site for cake and flowers delivery. Had ordered cake an flowers for mother day on 8th May at 9:00 AM, made the payment through UPI in advance and since that moment I am only trying there phone which is always on hold.

The mothers day is over and the next day on 9th May around night 11pm a delivery boy calls me that we have your order mentioning all the wrong details of my order and even the wrong adress.
When I shouted and said it's too late just take away the order, the executive just said ok and disconnected the phone
They were no where concerned to ask the issue and problem and suddenly the message came the order is successful delivered whereas there was no delivery made
Whole 2 days i was trying there call but nothing happened.
My INR 1195 were totally wasted. they have no value of your time and money

Please never order from this site I ordered on mother's day and nobody delivered the product yet. I lost my money nobody picked up call.

I ordered a cake on 8th May by making payment on their online website. They failed to deliver the product even after more than 24 hours of ordering the product. While i am typing this complaint, it's still not delivered. They have the worst customer care service. They never pick up the calls. I called them around 50 times, never picked a single time. They just deliver a message that your delivery is not done due to unforseen circumstances. They are running a total fraud company. Action must be taken against this company. They never respond to your queries and also didn't responded to my refund request as well. This incident has caused me immense mental trauma and agony.

Placed two orders for different locations. These were for mother's day celebration and i gave extra money of Rs 99/- each for same day delivery.
At night around 10-10.30pm, received two messages with exact same message that both the orders were not delivered as receiver was not reachable.
I can assure you that I was eagerly waiting at home for a call or bell ring. No ody came.
This is a scam.

I ordered a cake online today from this site www.myflowertree.com on mother's day the delivery time was till 9 pm on 8 th may .but it never got delivered. The numbers provided on website one is continuously busy other is does not exist. Order no 1040750

I ordered on mother’s day which is 8th May 2022 and they gave me a order number and details about timing for delivery. unfortunately, they did not deliver as promised on top if it there is no point of contact for customer care or any help. i realised upon searching everyone who has ever come across this website has written about what a scam website is this . hence i realised my money and time is wasted and i can get any justice with this matter so i want to save other people who don’t become a victim and save there money please take some action against this website as they are so many people who have been fooled.

Company charge 549 for flowers and additional 99 for delivery by 9 pm on 8.05.2022 but did not deliver nor gave reasons for the same
I tried calling customer care made several requests on their raise complaint box yet no response
Flowers to my mother did not get delivered
My money not refunded
My time and mood both spoiled
How will they compensate

I had ordered Mixed roses and greeting and a chocolate bouquet for Mother's day, which is 8th May, 2022. The amount I paid was Rs.1189.. The order number is #1039219. I did not receive my order and the customer service won't respond to my calls. This is a huge scam.

You piñata cake was so beautiful and we were all talkn about how good they taste. Perhaps, it is sad that our daughter will not remember her 1st birthday party, But thanks you myflowertree

My little brother like your kitkat cake. I ordered kitakat cake on his birthday and he really liked it. It was very tasty. And he ate all the kitkat on the cake.

You made for my husband’s day with the wonderful cake n flwer Myflowertree. We just had our 1st Anniversary and I ordered the cake for him it is still wonderful!!! Thank Q again!!

I had ordered[protected] gift for my wife on my wedding anniversary one day before because I was out of India and selected delivery time slot at 12-3pm and got confirmation message for same as well. Other things were also planned with related time. Even next day morning I send reminder at customer support to please deliver my product on time.I got reply product is under process. But suddenly they told your delivery time slot is between between 6-9 pm .. without my concern or any feedback they change. I got delivery of cake, flowers and card more than 5 hours delay . These guys actually spoiled planning. And the card they provided text was not the same I provided them to take print.. they just send it with text what ever they want so don’t ever try this company for any occasion.

I have ordered the bouquet of 1500 rupees and they claimed to deliver it within 2 hours on 18 Mar 22, but they have not deliverd it at all. I think its a fraud company..

I ordered the Combo Pack Yesterday for Women's Day to make my loved ones feel special( here is the order no 1013656). The gift was supposed to be delivered yesterday before 7 pm but as promised they failed to deliver it yesterday but even today it has not yet delivered. The chat support system they have in place is pathetic. They ask you for your order number and then disappear without giving an update for the same.
The call is never answered by them. They again made a false commitment/promise that the parcel will be delivered before 12 pm today and it is still not delivered. They are big time liar's.

What is the use of sending a gift to someone when it is not delivered on their special day. The day is just spoilt. Horrible experience, no customer care support, you have to be online for hours and the call never gets connected.
GUYS NEVER ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE AND SPOIL THE SPECIAL DAY OF YOUR LOVED ONES. SUCH FAKE AND FRAUDULENT WEBSITES SHOULD BE CLOSED.

Worst site and worst customer care service. They were unable to deliver order on time, even didn't delivered second day. Denied for refund also. If you order from this site then will spoil your occassion.

I have tried a lot of expensive website to order gifts but myflowertree is the best one throughout the years and your eggless cakes are moister than regular ones, Wow!

Placed an order on 15th of Feb 2022, for which they mentioned the expected delivery date would be 17th of Feb! Have been writing them every single day since then. The order status shows itsnot even picked up the courier partner. Extremely disappointed. Nobody answers call, and email replies are computer generated.Money gone, time gone efforts gone. Most of all, lost trust on such online sites. Please take action against this fraudulent company. There seems to be so many people who have lost money with this company

I have order cakes many time from MyFlowerTree that i even can’t remember. And every time the cake was delivered timely. Also cakes were very tasty. I really love to eat your cakes.

I have placed an order on 14th of Feb for someone but the order was not delivered within that day, its a busy say to whatever. They marked the order as "delivered" the day after with no one receiving anything and its impossible to contact anyone at MyFlowerTree. I had ordered from them twice before and this is the first time I've had such a huge experience. I cannot issue a refund, file a complaint or do anything against them. Its extremely frustrating when the people in charge just suddenly disappear and there's absolutely no way to reach out to them. There are a ton of other people facing the same issue in the similar timeframe. I reckon a legal action against them is in order.

14th February delivery date today is 16th February order is not delivered. If it is not delivered today then i want to cancel my order and refund my cash i have paid 1144rs

I have placed order on 14th February and paid extra for express delivery to them thru their website. The status for the order shows, it is out for delivery since 14th February evening and their customer care number is not available and no reply from them thru email.

The total Amount paid to them for the flower bouquet ordered was: INR 1898.00

We ordered a cake for same day delivery. They said three hour delivery but half of the order got delivered after two days. They also delivered it completely different cake from what we ordered. They said other half of the order is going to come in courier but don’t know when it is going to come. Also no customer care. It’s a horrible company. It’s fraud. Don’t order. Please don’t waste your money.

I have ordered some roses chocolates and a teddy worth of 940.00 and it was never delivered to the person supposed to be delivered. now they are asking about 100 rs. extra for next delivery attempt. i have scheduled that order for 13 Feb but still not received.

I had ordered flowers for Valentine's. Was told they will be delivered by 2 pm. I paid Rs 100 "surge" charges as well. Flowers have not been delivered at all. These shameless people have given a non-functional number and chat where people respond once every few hrs. The only messages are generic apologies and my request for cancellation and refund are being ignored. I will recommend that folks in a similar situation should join together and raise a complaint in consumer court.
