I ordered flowers and cake under order no: 1002016 but they didn't deliver my order despite paying them the premium. Their website was showing out for delivery but nothing was delivered. They seem to be scamsters and looting people's hand earned money who want to send flowers or else to their loved ones. Customer care is out of order.

Even After keeping my flowers for the week been perfectly alive and fresh. It all depends on you how you keep it, flowers still look amazing.

I ordered flowers and card for my wife yesterday and no delivery happened. Connected to all the numbers provided over the website and non of them is functional. Website has a customer care message system but this is of no use. No actual human is responding but they have added a BOT to reply for the messages. At night 11:30 i received a message that it has been delivered. But nobody called, nothing was outside and the best part our society is under MyGate app and everyone coming to the society needs to be added in the app and an approval has to be taken. But guess what nobody came till the security then how come the delivery happened.

Don't order anything from this company. It's the way to earn money and play with the sentiments of the people

I haved order gift for Valantines day. Order no.997915 . Delivery time was 6pm to 9pm. tried to check several the track status but nothing is showing . I can not call in any customer care no all no are not in use numbers, and tried to send lot of message to raise a concern option no update from there as wee.I guess my money got wasted moreover your company spoil my surprise gift for my beloved one. So cheap and fraud service.

My order not delivered they played with my sentiments fake site took 1190 rs huge amount it’s hard earned money I want refund or my order how could they do this to innocent people and how the government is allowing such websites.

Customer care number doesn't work; refund complain number as well doesn't work so no way you can reach out for any help.

I ordered flowers on 14th February on the website and prepaid more than 1000 rupees. it's 9 PM and the order is not delivered. Their customer service number is not working. Really destroyed my plans. This is way beyond bad.

This company took my money while i ordered and don't have a proper contact number to contact for refund and other process

The item is to delivered on 14th feb and it is not delivered on time.

i have issue with against my flower tree flowrist. due to today(09/02/2022) I have 1 ordered gift sent for other person time according to flower tree 07:00 pm to 10:00 pm Between but till time is 11:00 pm but delivery and order track is not in a connected and customer call is proper line is busy,
how to connect to flower tree and order.

so please some action agaist to flower tree then that next time will not any issue face with any person,

There was hardly any difference between the physical picture and display picture. The gift was too great. Pluss, when the order was originally placed, it was showing delivery at 4-6 pm, but it deliverd at 1 hr early.

I have order a bouquet of flowers from the company. They claimed 3 hours delivery, but no product delivered yet.

I ordered flower with chochlate combo for 600rs today delivery slot time 8am -12pm. Still order is not delivered and customer care number is showing busy and not able to contact. Order id is 980074. I think it is fake company which accpets prepaid order and does not deliver product.

I ordered a gift for someone i paid rs1700 and the slot for delivery was 10am -1 pm. Order was not received and when i tried calling at the customer care numbers they were all unavailable

I’ve ordered a cake and a bunch of flowers online for my friends birthday but till 9pm they were saying that it will be delivered and late night they mailed me and said that due to problem it was not delivered yesterday and it will be delivered today, and since morning they are neither replying to my mails nor attending any calls. I have ordered a black forest cake from MyFlowerTree on my colleague’s birthday. The cake was very tasty and the cream on that cake was too good. Everyone liked the cake especially the one i ordered the cake for.

I ordered cake and flowers for my friend, and they charge me for delivery as well. They promised us to deliver this product on 1 jan. But they are not able do deliver till now. I also try to connect with customer service representative no repose from them, and also sent am email regarding refund.

They are trying to make full people. Please help me on this.

I paid big amount for small gift. 545, i its too delayed theres no Numbrr no tracking properly nothing. Its jus like I wasted my all money’. These people making fools. Aftrnun 1clock showing out for delivery but still same. And there’s a option delivery time with in 3hours thats y i paid money.

Bogus company. Fake company with fake people and fake reviews. They have good SEO team who does fake work. They take up your hard earned money to fill their tummies but don't deliver your order. Don't even trust these scammer. The calls, messages, chat goes unattended. You can't reach anyone. Fraudsters!!! Wish Google can block these kind of scammers and many can save their money. Google shouldn't allow to run ads by these scammers. They just loot the money and never deliver your order. Instead they cook up all kinds of stories. Need to inform cyber team and these types of scams needs to be stopped. DON'T GET TRAPPED BY ORDERING FROM THESE CHEAP / FRAUD COMPANY. THEY'RE RUNNING COMPANY IN DIFFERENT NAMES JUST TO LOOT MONEY FROM THE PEOPLE.

I loved your website it has fair pricing and the cakes tastes just amazing.

The bouquet did not look the same. Pearls were missing from the flowers. It was a disappointing experience. I am not looking for discount voucher. Please resend the fresh flowers with pearls or refund the money.
