We had bought red packet milk in mysore and it had lot of cream buy when we bought the same packet in somwarpet it had very little cream. The quality of the red packet milk in somwarpet is not good

The nandini outlet is charging rs.24 for half litre curd when the cost itself is 22. People go to nandini parlour to save rs.2 per day. Please either cancel his license or take necessary action.

Hi, we purchased a nandini milk half liter, we brought at night and tried to use, but it got spoiled. But if try to return next day morning with retail he is not ready to take and give other one.. Called up to distributor as well and they r also not ready.

Is this the way to cheat customer, need your intervention on the same...

I am Praveen Shetty staying in Manjunatha Layout, Munnekulala, Marathalli - 560037. I have bought Nandini milk (Orange Color Pack) today and after boiling it we tasted Diesel along with Milk. This is really serious issue and hope you will further investigate this issue. I have a daughter of 2.6 Year old and I am using Nandini milk to feed her I hope Nandini company will take this complaint seriously and reply to me on priority.

I purchased nandini curd when i opened in home it is not in good condition curd is in water form and detoriated i went to shop and ask for replacement he is not given and roughly behaved.

Bommalingeshwara Bakery situated at 6-7th Cross, Opposite to Vijaya Bank (now bank of baroda), Krishnaih lay out, Poornapragnanagara, is selleing Nandini Products. But, they are collecting more money than MRP. In fact, they are illegally collecting 1 Rupee more for half litre of milk and curd. On questioning, they gave arrogant answer. Please look into it.

Today i've purchased 500 ml nandini yellow milk packet from your dealer near coffee board layout, kempapura and found long plastic material inside the packet. The photo is enclosed.

Is nandini bamul bangalore is allowing nandini booth for selling of cigarettes and tobacco. Instead of selling milk products to customer they r selling tobacco and cigarettes. This shop is located in 24th main road 15th cross next to sarovara bar and this shops opens at 5:00am and closes at 8:30pm instead they are selling only milk from 5:00am to 9:am along with this they sell tobacco and cigarettes and to minors also they are selling now there is a pandamic corona time going on in morning they will be more crowded for cigarettes than milk please take any action

This morning we bought 2 litres of nandini milk, (Half litr packets) immediately when i boiled it, it got spoilt and to check once again i checked remaining three packets n happened same, when i complained the shop keeper he didn't take responsibility of refunding me amount and he asked me to raise my complaint here, kindly do not fool customer plz, i don't know whether it was dairy fault or shop keeper, kindly take necessary action.

I have bought 1 pack of 200ml Nandini milk in the evening (13.apr 20 7:40pm), in that mentioned 2 self life dates
1. in the front pannel mentioned B1 USE BY 13 APR 20 M55.
2. in that back pannel mentioned B1 USE BY 6 APR 20 M56

i think you are doing reselling and recoding the products which are stocking.

Please check with your database and avoid this type of expired products sales to the consumers....

I have never seen such kind of miracle you can say in my life that even after adding juices of 4 lemons and almost half a bottle of vinegar in 2 litres of milk, the milk doesn't curdle up.
This makes me think twice to buy nandini milk ever from today onwards.

I have bought milk at evening whihc was mentioned to be use by 6th april. Just 2 hours back i boiled the milk and it got spoiled. Nor shop owner is ready take responsibility neither distributor. This is 2nd time this happened in last 10 days. Every day we order 1.5 litters of milk, this ia very bad experience and i want refund for same.

Same complaints have come from other appartment in our building

It is complaint about nandini dairy which is at.. Kannuru bustasnd, kannuru, bangalore. Karnataka... This is only dairy in nearby area and owner misusing it, he is selling milk at rupees 100 to 300 to hindi speaking people by saying that you people spreading corona, i will not give you anything and if some one speak he sometimes beat them also, few days a person actually tried to reason with him, he was so badly beaten and sent to hospital later, he uploaded his video on youtube, if you wish you can see there..

I am just informing you, whatever you do is your work, but i am not going but i am not going to buy anything from nandini dairy now.

I bought two packets of pasteurised toned milk on 26.03.2020 (Use by march 28, 2020). On boiling it 30 sec in the microwave, curdling was noticed. When i tasted the milk, i figured out it is buttermilk packed in the packet of toned pasteurised milk.

I request you to provide a suitable return for the incident.

From 1st feb 2020 the prices of nandini milk products are hiked.in our town our distributor (Kamat milk distributors, kumta-581343) charges the liter packet of nandini milk (Blue packet) rs. 40/- and for a half liter packet rs. 20/-. The printed mrp is rs. 38/- for liter packet and rs. 19.50/- for half liter packet.
If we ask about the same to the seller he rudely replay we don't have any margin to sell the product. If you need then you must pay as per his price.
Before feb 2020 he charges rs. 37/- per liter. The printed mrp is rs. 36/- per liter. Then he said the print is old on the packet.
The distributor has no shop and not sell the milk products entire day. Only 2 hours morning only he sell the milk and if we ask anything about the price he will not answer us properly. Please take the strict action against such distributors. Please do the needful.

I would like to complain about the prices the seller is selling in koramangala,
He is selling at rs 2 more on the products.
If no action action is taken against him immediately, i will take it forward and sue against not taking action.

Almost every shopkeepers charge 1 or 2 rs extra on each 500 ml packet of nandini milk, if i question, they agitate us saying that, it is dairy print and not Mrp. And many more stupid excuses. Kindly look into the matter. I want to lnow, why people.aren't questioning them.. How can they sell government milk at higher prices, whom to complain And how?..

One of nandini distributor near arekere main gate, sold us rotten paneer on 30/09/2019 worth rs 75 mfg date: 18/09/19, with bad smell, within 10 mins of purchase when tried to return the owner is arguing with full confidence that its not her mistake and she wont return money or take the product back.. I want to understand what is nandini policy for such cases?

I have been a consumer using good life from 15 years. Every week i consume 6 packets 500 ml each. From past two weeks the packet that is coming at the store is already spoiled. When i cut the packet, the milk is spoiled. The date is august 31st, 2019 on the packet.

Request you all to kindly look into the matter as the shop cannot take the ownership & i have lost rs.88/- in the past two weeks. This will only make me think twice if i have to really go for nandini? Are these fake packets? This has left us flustered.

The nandini milk parlor at valagerahalli, harsha layout, inside 1bhk bda apartment always charges more than the mrp rate. When i asked them what is the reason the response was very rude with no proper explanation. This is been followed from a long time and no one has complained.
Being the only show nearby to these apartment they are doing this, but selling things higher than mrp is illegal.

I bought 2.5 litres of milk from Nandini Shop in 16th Cross, 5th Main, M.C.Layout, Govindarajanagar, Vijayanagar, 560040 on 1st October, 2018, at around 8pm. 1.5 Liters(3 packets) got spoilt when we tried to boil it around 10pm, same day. When i complained about this to the shop keeper, he was rude to me and asked me to contact the customer care directly, as he was not responsible for the milk quality. He had provided me old stock of previous day and still was arguing & rude to me. Who will compensate me for the loss? Please take necessary action on the shop keeper

Recently bought nandini milk from an outlet in beml layout stage 6 near kundallahali has a chlorinated flavour. Taste feels different from everyday. Milk is bought on 27 may 2018. Its shubham the orange cover variant of standardised milk. Both the packets have this problem. The quality of the milk is ok, not spoiled while heating but the strong chlorin smell makes it difficult to consume.

I bought 1 liter of nandini homogenised pasteurized (Green colour packet) at 8pm on 26th april at. ^ maltesh cold drinks, srinivas nagar, near siddarudha matha, hubli, 580024^. When i kept the milk to heat at 10pm, it was spoilt and i could see the coagulated substances in it. The milk was unfit for drinking. When i asked the milk vendor to replace he said that this problem is of the company not his. I contacted the dealer (Whose number the vendor gave to me), he said it was the vendor's mistake. Now who will return my money. I was fooled by the vendor who had sold me the spoilt milk. If i don't get justice i'll stop buying your milk and ask my neighbors not to buy the milk from that vendor

I have been buying milk at a near by nadini outlet for few years now and had no complaints until the start of the summer this year. I found in many occasions that the milk bought form the outlet gets spoiled even though the milk is used within the expiry date. I complained to the outlet owner quite few times and he told that he has been receiving such complaints from different customers. The owner mentioned that he did reach out the supplier providing him with the milk, but their reason for these kind of complaints is because of hot weather. I am pretty sure this cant be the case, as there are many other places which are hotter than bangalore and are getting good milk. Kindly look into the issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

Today i had been to nandini milk parlour which is in vtu campus belagavi. He charged 2rs more than mrp. When asked he said he is doing it from the day he opened the outlet. The outlet owner was very rude when i asked it. He said you are not the only customer many people pay the same price more than mrp. Please look into the issue asap dated 29/1/2018

Palace Mart, Sompura Gate, Sarjapura Hobli is charging more than the MRP for Nandini milk products one rupee etc for every 500ml pocket.

We request the concerned officials to take necessary action.

Nandini gives vert good quality of milk products compared to any other milk products.

The price of 500 ml packet MRP is 21 Rupees where as PALACE MART vendor charged 22 rupees which is above the MRP .

I request the concerned officials to please look in to the matter without any further delay.

I am attaching bill from PALACE MART, Near SOMPURA GATE(SARJAPURA) where clearly shows Rs.22 instead of Rs.21.
This is absolutely unacceptable and need strict action on this kind of vendor.

Past from 1 week we are getting milk from "Nandini outlet" which is located in HSR 9th Sector (BDA complex). It has no taste while drinking as milk and use the same milk for curd also. The next day curd looks very sticky (as melted ice cream). Please check your milk quality as these consumers are kids and pregnant women which is very serious health hazard.

I am the customer of Nandini products for last 30 years, but Foul smell i.e, strong chemical smell is found in the Nandini blue half liter 3 sachets red and blue purchased on 16-02-16 from your private distributor at AECS layout, Bangalore.
We are getting this smell from past 2 days. People rely more on Nandini as it is a renowned and reliable brand. Therefore check if any adulteration is happening
in between supply and distribution channels. therefore Kindly maintain the quality and ensure such defects should not be happen in future.
