Order no. 80878 dated 16 March 2022 for mentioned product not delivered till date.

I purchased online noise watches of rs 1999/- amt has been debited from my account but didn't receive any notification from nexa7.
I had already puted my compliments but didn't get any solution from consumer complaints

I was buy a hard disk of 799rs using paytm on 10/03/2022 but it is not delivered till now or refund my money. My order number is 62965

I ordered bicycle, but not received

Sir, I ordered a mi power Bank from nexa7 and amount 599 deducted from my paytm but nexa7 not provided me tracking details. Then I cancel my order but amount not refunded yet. Order no.is 131240 and date is 21th March 2022.

I purchased the aircooler on 17th March via online via nexa7 and the money 1699 rs was deducted and got the order number 93338 and after that, no update or nothing till today .When checked found that the website is fake.But Based on their Bank details, I am sure that the govt will be able to penalise them and help the consumers.

I placed an order for Bajaj Microwave basic model on 20/03/2022 on a website named Nexa7. They had advertised this product as an offer and I went ahead and placed the order. Since i did not receive the item i was googling for and then realised it is a fraud company and hence I am writing this complaint. I had transferred Rs.1, 400/-. I want the money to be refunded

I have ordered mobile set of Rs. 1200/- on 20th March which is still not delivered, for which payment was made through online mode.

I ordered a Philips GC[protected]watt steam iron on March 21, 2022 from Nexa7.
I have not received any confirmation email or any other message from them.
I am worried its a fake website and now they have my account details and might extract my money out of it.

I didn't receive mixcy while I paid money to Nexa7

I have purchased security camera in online and paid the amount. But till date it's not delivered.

I have ordered an aircooler through web of nexa7. I have paid rs 2699 thru my citi credit card with their paytm gateway. Order id 91084 dtd 17/03/2022.

This is a fraud company i understand as no communication after that. How come a company like paytm allowed them to use their gateway.

Please take action against them and try to recover my amount.

I ordered a HP mouse and paid through online payment via Paytm. But there is no confirmation about my order. This is the 5th day and from the website there is no confirmation on email. And today I check the website again and there is no such website on the internet.

Hi, I purchased a product in the NEXA7 website. I paid for the product around 2000 INR. The product was never delivered. We tried to call the customer support number but there was no answer. Even the email is not getting responses. Please help us to get the refund and also block the website so that no other issues are reported in the future. I even got the order number as 111117. Very much a fradulent one. I am also planning to raise a consumer court case against them.

As i ordered for a smart watch worth of 999. after payment they said it will be delivered within a week, so the next day i thought to track my order after the website is not working, then i come to know that its a fraud website

Sir, Nexa7.com is collecting payments but has not confirmed orders and unable to reach them. Address mentioned in the website is also incorrect
