I just ordered a mixer but its a fake site i dont know about that i dont get my order number as well as a confirmation message pls refund my money

Haven't received my earphones. No reply regarding the delivery from them despite contacting them a lot.

Haven't received my order or email information even after contacting them by email.

I have placed an order for Netgear router i fill up my details and payed amount but I didn't received my order and i have send mails also but there is no reply my order no 71296

I had placed an order for a cycle from the above mentioned website, but after the payment, it is just showing order placed with no information about delivery, etc. Neither have I received any acknowledgement email from Nexa7 after the payment made and money deducted from my account. I would like to take strong actions against this..

Hi, I had purchased a product from nexa7.com on 10 th Mar with rs. 999, but I haven't it yet, it's been 10 days also didn't received any mail Or message for product status. Their mobile number from their website is coming switched off and also didn't received any reply when I mailed them. Kindly note my complaint and take proper action. Attaching screenshot with order id (62513) in it for your reference.

My order number is 72137 i purchased a baby stroller product details -

The payment was successful via Paytm
I have not received any response from the company, no response to the contact number provided, and no response on email.
The company office address is Fake. There is no such office existing there.
Please look into this matter.

I have ordered cooler of bajaj . but I didn't. Get any call or msg from nexa also not giving delivery

I purchased an air cooler for Bajaj Platini PX97 Torque 36-Litres at a price of Rs.1, 899/- on 17.03.2022.

The payment has been done but I have not received any details pertaining to update of delivery or any contact details on the webportal.

I have ordered Symphony Diet 12T Personal Tower Air Cooler 12-litres × 1 which is of worth 1699 and I made the payment through paytm but now no info is showing as to order tracking...cancellation or refund...and I tried sending an email and tried calling but its switched off.
I think i have been cheated...i demand strict action against such frauds and my money back please 🙏 i have not got any confirmation.

I have placed an order in Nexa7 for 1 item of Wonderchef Nutri blend 400watts with 2 jars {red color} on 16th of march 2022 paid an amount of ₹999 through online ptm payment mode. The order number for the above is 85374. As per the delivery period for the item above is 1 day, it's already 3 days since the order is placed. We haven't recd the item so far and waiting for the same to be delivered.

Please help to get my money back.
I didn't know it is a fraud company.
Google and paytm should ban on it.

Yesterday, I purchased "NETGEAR WiFi Booster Range Extender" from Nexa7.com. Even after making the payment, I didn't receive any email or SMS. I tried to call them but there phone was switched off. Looks like this is a fraud company. But I am surprised how it is coming in the top in Google Search. Please take strict action against them. The payment is gone to Krishna Fashion.

This is to inform you that I ordered an HP Z3700 Wireless Mouse (Black) - Silvar x 1 on 10th March 2022. I have already paid the amount through Paytm and my order ID is 63401.
I was expecting to receive the product by now or at least to be informed about the delivery. Every time I track the order through this website https://nexa7.com/track-your-order/ it gives me this information "We will send your tracking details in your email shortly". But they never send me tracking details at all.
It seems a fake website stealing people's money.
Qyestion is here: why the government is taking action against it? It can easily be caught!
Only through account no. and transfering amount these theft can be caught.
Please raise our voice so the govt. should stop these...
